Always a great experience at Starbuds Glendale normally. Not Today. They have construction going on at the moment and stated on website that walk ups to drive thru were allowed but the employee working the window was extremely rude to me even after showing her on their website where I said I could. Wait til next week or when Sergio is there for better customer service.

Where to start? Smokin Gun Apothecary is nestled in what used to be the old Shotgun Willie's building. It's unassuming and stark on the outside. When you walk in, your immediately greeted by a graciously kind young woman working at the front. She checks you in and leads you through the coolest dispensary door in Denver. It's blended in with the wall like a speakeasy. You enter the main room. It's open and airy. It's well decorated and has such a chill vibe. I'm greeted again at once, this time by Angela, and let me tell you, she was great to meet. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. Letting me check out strains, offering suggestions based on what I was looking for. It was a superior experience to other dispensaries I've visited. Update: Britney is really awesome to chat with. She has a laissez-faire attitude that compliments the shopping experience. She's super kind and helped pick out a killer strain Lilac Diesel from the Premier shelf. It has wonderful amber-colored trichomes, swollen calyxes and tongue-drenching terps. I love this place. Britney and the staff are a big reason why when there's a million dispensaries to go to. Also, the flower is great at a variety of price points. Ranging from specials to connosieur. It gets expensive but you have options. Clean, no chemical aftertaste, very smooth, lasting flavored Super Lemon Haze. 11 out of 10. Pinnacle recommendation, will visit again

I like the revamped exterior while keeping the murals inside, but honestly I would rather avoid going to this location because of one of the employees. He is overly familiar and takes a bit too much time chatting with female customers. I can't remember his name, but he was short and wore a lanyard with pins on it. I was pretty uncomfortable when interacting with him and I don't want to risk having that experience again. Great selection of products, maybe I would go through the drive-thru next time.

Star buds goes above and beyond. I’m a regular at the federal hights but I must say Glendale is just as amazing. Ran into a small issue with one of my orders and the owner/ manager Uriel did not hesitate what so ever to get to the bottom of it ASAP! The customer service at this location is incredible and I must say it’s not something you find at every dispensary. I appreciate Uriel for all his help. Star buds has the best selection/ prices / customer service out of any dispensary near by. Keep it up guys 🤙🏻

Joshua was hands down the best budtender I’ve ever had! He was personable, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and funny. He was super helpful and let me know the best deals/ find exactly what I was looking for. He even opened the door for me on the way out!!! 11/10 service and super excited about this new location.

Lady on outside checking ID super nice. Then I get a brown/red headed longer hair girl and I guess it was shift change she did nit know prices and wasn't very helpful.... Running sales but always out of the sale items.... the other location is much better.

Everyone I know that works at this location is amazing and very helpful with anything you need. They have top quality products that I will pay the extra dollar or two for! Today I was helped by Derrick and Amanda helped me today. They were able to help me with what I needed, worked with me to figure it out, and very knowledgeable about their products!! All of the workers here are amazing and I would recommend this place EVERY TIME!!

This place is unique! I enjoyed their preroll and the name is magical! Their cannabis, name, and atmosphere created a magical, whimsical experience for me! I'd like to emulate that again, and am quite thrilled to try out any of their other stock!! Such variety - I'm really looking forward to experiencing the buddy , earthy matter that is this store's essence .

Nice place not too much selection but I will say I was very impressed with their bud quality and pricing. Yes I've been to some huge dispensaries while up here in Colorado but I really liked everything here. Leslie helped me out and didn't act stressed out by my questions since we don't have this type of store in Texas. Very helpful and will definitely be back

We usually have a good experience here; the staff are very helpful and motivated. On our most recent trip in, Julius hooked us up with a pretty good deal. The only bad experience we’ve had was when we went in one time and shopped around for fifteen minutes while the gal checked our IDs. She then came up, told us they were fake, and kicked us out (they’re real btw). Other then that one time, they’ve been great.

Beautiful location right off the highway. Good deals on concentrates with BOGOs and good prices on shake as well. Julius was incredibly helpful and accommodating. You can be sure I'll be back soon! Blessings.

What an odd experience. The employees did not listen to us at all. Could not find a pack of gummies less than 100 mg of THC. We explained we only wanted enough for one night. They couldn’t really help us. There was also a huge surcharge for using debit. So bring your cash!

Very rude clerk I went in to buy Christmas gifts for my wife and daughter, my daughter was out of town during Christmas so we’re celebrating tomorrow. I went in and no one was at the checkin desk, after waiting a minute with my id in hand I started walking in, I was yelled at to get out, so I walked back out she followed me out and I stated no one was out here, she stated she was coming, I told her she didn’t have to be so rude she stated she was from New York, I said well I’m from Colorado and we don’t talk to people like that, after a few more words I said I don’t have to spend my money here I could go somewhere else she said to go somewhere else. I went across the street to emerald which they were super hospitable and spent $200 there

Great help from Julius making sure we were covered for whatever we could possibly want! Very courteous and kept our budget in mind to make sure we got the most out of our visit.

While visiting from Florida we were very fortunate to have their dispensary conveniently located near our place of lodging. What a warm and friendly team! Very helpful staff. They were very patient with me asking a ton of questions. They're always running some sort of daily special so that's pretty cool. Wide selection of different products. Their pre rolled specials are hard to resist. Highly recommended

Jessie helped me so much telling about the difference between the wax he showed me and made it super easy to enroll in the points program they have. Hands down 10 outta 10 service and strains.

What a wonderful dispo.The employees (especially Jessie) are amazing. Product is some of the best in Colorado. Kudos to the growers. But if you have a question or two go see Jessie this young man (I'm 60 so I can say that) is so knowledgeable on their products. Definitely one of the BEST dispos in Colorado

I had a pretty poor experience with the Glendale store, but it was completely turned around by Uriel. His empathy and follow up were beyond my expectations. I have been a customer for years and will continue to be due to his efforts. Star Buds is a place with great and affordable weed, but I now see that it has great leadership as well. The employees were very helpful and the lady at the front desk that checks IDs was very nice. The only reason I am giving it three stars is because this is the second time I went to Starbucks and the quality of the pre-rolls haven't been very good. The flower is good, but the quality of the pre-roll is lacking. The top end of the joint was loose and a quarter of the flower was loose inside the container and the joint was bent in the center. I bought four and two of them were like this. Sorry, I tried to post a picture but it won't upload...

Angela and Julius were outstanding budtenders. By far the best in the area, came in confused and did not know much, came out more than confident in my choices. Super happy to have had this experience!! COME HERE NOW!
