Nobody ever picks up the phone or calls back. As a returning patient this is by far One of the worst doctors offices I’ve ever encountered..Trying to get in touch with anyone to make an appointment is like pulling teeth.. No- matter how many messages I leave nobody ever returns my call…. I’ve been trying to reach the office since last week and still no call back. Finally get a receptionist on the phone and she puts me back on hold while I’m mid sentence. The girls here are rude and extremely unprofessional. Dr. Annest is amazing but the staff of this office are the worst professionals I’ve encountered in any medical facility in Colorado. I might change my review if somebody calls me back to apologize for the way I’ve been treated..

Dr Steven Anist hurt me when he injeted lidocaine in my muscle missed and hit the neve. My chest pain is unbearable now. His medical assistant took over a month to fax my physical therapy referral. I just found out my physical therapy referal sat at the office signed for a very long time. They never faxed until today. My physical therapist had to call several times.Do not go there!

I was a long time patient of DR Richard Sanders. He was a wonderful doctor. The office staff at this location are just plain rude. Why would I want to go to a doctors office when the staff is rude and unwilling to help. I first saw DR Sanders in 2001 and continued to see him until 2010. I can't get into this office for help unless I go to another doctor and explain my life history all over again and get a referral if I'm lucky. I'll look elsewhere. It's a shame, DR Sanders would be ashamed of these people.

I was scheduled for appointment at 2 pm just 2 weeks after my full knee replacement surgery. I was waiting for 45 minutes and 3 people have been taken before me. I was very upset. They should let people know if they are behind the schedule. They should give people more respect specially ones after surgery I was in a pain and sitting on a chair it’s not really good. Did not meet expectation and disappointment. They tried to apologize but it’s not working for me. Even writing this review it upsets me. I would look for other places to go

Dr Annest & his team are amazing. I had a complex & unusual surgery in 2020 followed by an in-hospital procedure 12 days later. Prior to & in the hospital afterwards him & his team made sure to keep me informed, check-up on me & while in the hospital kept me comfortable. He’s the most knowledgeable, compassionate & thorough Physician I’ve had the pleasure to meet, with a wonderful bedside manner to top it off! I Highly recommend him & Vascular Institute of the Rockies to my Friends & Family! Thank you Dr Annest!

Very friendly staff and kind Drs. Unfortunately, my case seemed to be too complex and my doctor threw in the towel. I had to ask for a referral (which i did get) but was frustrated that I had to push for it. Also, it was very frustrating that the results of my venogram procedure were totally inaccurate. I felt dismissed with a bogus lymphedema diagnosis. A new doctor had to repeat the venogram as there had been errors in the first one. I feel like there was a lack of attention to details and that my doctor didn't care to really look at what was happening w/ my leg.

I came to the Vascular Institute with a serious condition. I was treated with dignity and respect. The staff was very understanding, knowledgeable and listened to all my questions. I am confident in the quality of care and excellence in treatment as I will have a continual relationship with Dr. Kramer for the rest of my life.

Never been here, and I guess I never will since they don't reply to email inquiries. Hopefully their "competitors" will. Was really hopeful about this place. Update: Never got any kind of response, so I went to Boulder Vein Center who DOES reply and they did an amazing job.

Dr. Annest is the greatest! His compassion and listening skills outweigh nearly every other medical professional I have encountered. His word is his bond. He took me and my unusual case very seriously. He made my experience not only safe but pleasant!! I can’t ever thank him and his staff at the hospital enough!! The staff love him too they listened and followed his procedures for me! So happy with my whole experience!

Dr Garland and his staff are absolutely amazing, they took their time to explain my procedure and what to expect afterwards, my nurse Marc was amazing his gentle yet professional care was the best.. I appreciate every one of you..

Dr Kramer and his team were fantastic!! They were very detailed in explaining my procedure and answered all my questions very thoroughly!! They were very kind and thoughtful!! Dr Kramer was very gentle during my procedure and explained every step along the way!! They were all amazing!! 5 star experience for sure!!:-)

Dr. Mubarak and his team were terrific. I experienced a DVT in my left leg from a serious fall 20 years ago. Circulation never returned to normal. I was concerned that there may be other health issues that might arise as I aged because of this problem. An acquaintance of my wife had seen Dr. Mubarak for a related leg problem and this prompted my calling to see him. His diagnosis was that scarring in the interior vein from my groin to ankle might be able to be mitigated by a procedure- angioplasty. It’s been about five weeks since that procedure, and the swelling of the leg and the size of other surface veins have all reduced. His team of assistants made the surgery and the after surgery consultation very pleasant. They were all very knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly, and focused on my fears and concerns. Thank you all.

I had the best experience at Vascular Int. of the Rockies. I had 2 vascular ablations on both of my legs this winter. My patient coordinator Claudia was above and beyond AMAZING! Not only did she take care of all of the issues with my insurance, painstakingly, and came through at the 11th hour so I could get the procedure I gravely needed. During the procedures, all of the staff treated me like gold and made me feel like any issue I raised before/after was important to them. Lauren Eller did both my procedures and I was so impressed by her professionalism and transparency to all of my concerns. This was a long process and I am so thankful for the care I received. Thank you Claudia and Lauren for everything you did for me!!!! I'm a very happy patient!

I’ve read reviews on this place and I’m sure they are very professional,unfortunately I think I fell through the cracks and had a very bad experience with the doctor and his assistant. I’m not going to go into details all I want to say is beware

Dr Garland is amazing, so personable and incredibly knowledgeable! I went to him for a 2nd opinion about a pelvic condition and he re did the procedure and actually fixed the issue that was missed by the first doctor. I am very grateful for him.

Dr Ur at the Grand Junction clinic, the ultrasound tech, surgical techs, nurse Kyla, and front desk staff were all top notch, kind, and caring. They walked me through my vein ablation with confidence and knowledge. They took excellent care of me after the procedure to make sure my legs were well wrapped. Highly recommended!

Each time I have had a great experience! Could not ask for a more friendly staff and my Dr Annest is the best! Very caring and always takes the extra time to explain every thing to me so I understand what is going on and what I need to do. His physician assistant are great as well. And the ultrasound nurse were very helpful to. I always felt comfortable there. And would highly recommend the vascular institute of the Rockies!
