Overall, one of the best experiences with a small business providing the best customer service and provides the best information at lower prices than competitors. Been shopping around at different store looking for the best price on gold and wanting to get a few other things of gold and silver most places were very high or not able to get what I wanted. Came in to check out the store owners very friendly and helpful. They had what I wanted and much better prices along with that there were other things I wanted they didn't have. But they got my contact info and as soon as they got it in they called I stopped in to pick it up! Also was able to sell some silver and coins and got a great price on them others had offered me lower for what I had. Very professional service and I love that they price everything to the best price and aren't marking up and then selling lower to pretend you got a good deal they are fair and honest. Very happy with everything and will be back many more times highly recommend to anyone. Great place to sell and buy from!!

Pretty disappointed in this shop. I went in there the first time since it reopened and was really surprised that a lot of the coins, especially platinum, were priced higher than ebay buy it now. 90% was priced at 22 when spot was 19 and it also seemed that the person actually running the business is someone in the back, not the nice lady greeting customers and trying to make deals. The key to success in ALL businesses is repeat customers and customer satisfaction. If this coin shop is holding out to make 5 or 10 or even 20 extra dollars here and there, this business model won't last unfortunately. Tom understood this and would rarely let customers leave without lifiting a lot of cash form their pockets - and both were happy about the transaction. It was interesting that he really understood the coin shop business model while keeping his "partners" away from HIS business and not letting them run over him. I wish the best for the new shop but from an outsider, it looks like they may be getting some bad business advice - but good for the advisor. I'll just move on and make my purchases elsewhere. maybe take a long hard look at your back room "voices". when customers walk out without buying anything, who is that good for? best of luck to you folks!

I've been in the store a couple of times recently and have really enjoyed working the new owners (still in the same family). I made a purchase that they weren't able to fulfill immediately due to inventory, so they made the sale and honored the pricing. What was impressive is that they told me when they expected the product to come in and they called me immediately after it arrived. On a separate note, I had a question regarding traveling with precious metals to go visit family. The owners provided me with guidance, then sent me an email after double-checking a couple of things. I didn't expect them to do additional research or contact me directly but they did without being asked. I really appreciate their sincerity and professionalism.

Wonderful experience with this small owned local business! Some of the inventory changes daily other stuff always in. I was able to call them and ask what they had in stock and if they could get me a few other coins and silver I was looking for and they were! I had been to many other shops in the area, and they have the best prices and will even help explain what the price is for gold that day and all their prices are great! Best prices not sure why others say they aren't they are selling at what gold is priced at. They have much better prices than the competitors and are not upselling. They will help explain what the price is and why. But the best customer friendly experience and they have the cutest and friendly golden in the shop to greet you! Will be back and highly recommended. The selection has been growing weekly with new things in all the time. If your looking for something specific, call them but they will get for you. I called several other places and them they were able to get me what I wanted and the best price! Will be in again!

There's a lot of competetion in town and a lot of better priced coins and PMs. I bought some stuff from them in the past without checking other local shops for better pricing. Do yourself a favor and do research before shopping here. There's very little "expertise" in this shop.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was wonderful and they had great prices. They were also very knowledgeable and were able to help me awnser all my questions. Will return without a doubt.

Finally got to visit after the business was recently reopened. Met Tammy l, the owner, and had an enjoyable visit. She has a nice clean shop with lots of selection. Check them out!

This shop and the owner, Tom, deserve more than 5 stars! Tom was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I took the coins I inherited from my dad in to sell and walked out with far more than I ever expected to receive. I enjoyed being educated on what made some coins worth more then others. I will definitely be recommending this shop to all of my friends and will return with any additional coins I find!

not much of a coin shop. i went in there a couple of times but they never have anything and the stuff they do have is not competetively priced. there's alot better shopping options in town.

Went in for my first time not too long ago. Huge selection and fair prices. Walked out with couple unique silver pieces I'm sure I'll never find anywhere else. The only thing that I think would make this business way more successful is a bit more organization. If they maybe took a week to invest in better lighting, new display cases and rearranged the floor, it would likely increase sales for them.

Today was my first time into their shop, and I can give you the tl;dr as it will definitely not be my last. They have a humongous selection and very fair prices. Tom, as well as his mother and father are truly kind and honest business people. He will explain and demonstrate the logic and validity of his pricing while also being open to negotiation and bundling. I am so happy to have found this shop, I can't wait to get paid again so I can go get some more goodies.

The owner & his spouse are certainly people of integrity and generosity along with their great business sense. I sold some jewelry to them a few times after my divorce, jewelry from the ex. The gentleman owner was empathetic and friendly but incredibly genuine and patient. He explained and wrote down what pieces were worth which helped me understand a lot. One time I brought in what I thought were silver and CZ earrings. He could've played me. But he came to the counter and explained they were white gold and real, quality diamonds. He made quite sure I was okay selling them to him, and he was wonderful. His wife helped me pick out a pretty silver antique ring, gave me a deal, and overall it's just fun going to the shop to see them and all of the collectibles, coins, jewelry and trinkets. These are solid, kind people of integrity and passion for their work.

Today was a fantastic gold and silver selling experience. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable, personal, and honest. And on top of his great personal traits he paid me far and away better then then other buyers around town. I highly recommend this shop if your looking to sell any gold and silver!

I’m somewhat disappointed. I have been purchasing silver and gold from this company. They have given me descent rates up until rescently. Spot is now $21.50 and they wanted to charge me $27.00 per ounce , but they said I needed to buy at least 40 ounces or more??? So that’s $5.50 premium on a 10oz. Silver bar. ( $270 ) for a 10oz bar , but again I needed to purchase a minimum of 4 bars to get that ridiculous price. I called another company out of Erie, Colorado who would sell me 1 ten oz bar for $25.00 per oz . That’s a $3.50 premium.

At Centennial Gold and Silver Coins store the boss Tom is the most honest and professional businessman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I sold all my coins to his store for a very fair price.
