This is easily the most amazing urgent care I’ve ever visited. The appointment process is flawless, the doctors are caring and don’t rush and they have many medications already on hand. You get to skip the pharmacy sometimes, which is awesome when you’re literally sick and tired. It’s immaculately clean and they’ve been so kind to my children when I’ve had to take them. They even have a treasure box, which seems so rare for an urgent care. Every member of my family has been here for one reason or another and it’s been a good experience every time. Keep up the great work, guys. You’re an asset to our community. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors are wonderful.

Some how after all the years of getting stung, I had a reaction this time around. Being it was in the head, maybe. Either way I’m going all out for this urgent care facility. Absolutely the best people across the board I’ve ever came across in the medical field. Very professional with a balance of friendliness and real care. Even though I felt off a little I very much knew these people will be remembered. The care was over the top. I really can’t say enough. Will not be forgotten. Yes, that inspiring.

From the minute I walked in the door until I left the staff was courteous, kind and very attentive. The office is clean and the location is great. Although they had to send me to the hospital I felt well taken care of and the nurse got me cleaned up well and bandaged before leaving. Piedmont Newnan ED treated me quickly as well.

The wait time was minimal and the staff at this location are all wonderful. They were all friendly, caring, and listened to my needs. All of my concerns were addressed. I am definitely pleased and would recommend this location.

I had a really great experience. I booked ahead, filled out my forms ahead of time so check in was quick and easy. I was brought back quickly and well taken care of by all of the staff. Everyone was friendly and they had me out of there with a diagnosis, medications, and a work note in no time at all.

Have taken my 2 year old here and my husband has been as well. The staff is always polite and professional. They are always on time with the appts I have made through the check in process. Super super patient with my son when the pediatrician is not available. Overall the best urgent care we have been too!

Went online early morning to the website and made an appt. I was able to fill out paperwork online also. Arrived a few minutes before the appt, waited maybe 5 minutes. I was seen by the PA and he was professional, good listener, and efficient. If needed, I will return to this urgent care.

I had a very good experience at the clinic, it was very clean and the waiting room was very inviting. The staff was attentive to my needs . Very professional!.
