My son wanted to check out this Nike location for the first time. Great selection, reasonable range of pricing, well staffed, and helpful customer service.

Pretty standard Factory store with a large selection of discount Nikes but beware the crowds. Gets crazy during peak days. Stuff lying on the floor and not super organized but you may find some good deals at times.

I went to return an online order and get walking shoes. With Hannah's help, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. She knew the products and recommended what I needed. With the current 20% off sale, I was able to get 2 pairs of shoes with money left over from my return!! Winning!!

Was ready to purchase my 3 pairs of sneakers when the Sales Associate helped me get an even better price for my items. Won't tell you how..but I was very happy I got this Associate who was willing to do a little more instead of the usual "can I help you" Excellent service by this gentleman

Don’t buy anything from this store. All defective Products waste of money. You can’t return any of the items. Because they will add clearance sale in the bill. Cheap and duplicated copy products. Feels like not original.

ask for a size if they have in stock they want you to hold the box so they can scan to check if they have the size did hold the box ones Just to be nice, second time again, employee wants me to hold the box again told him your other hand is free. Why don’t you hold it and do the job start giving me attitude sounded like he wanted me to do his job. Ask for a manager he had the same attitude Did not care customer service very bad. Sad to see people like this want jobs get paid but don’t care about customer service.

Miles and James p. are great at their job. I have never felt more welcome at a store ever .They were there when I had a question and were super knowledgeable about all the promotion. It was an over all great experience. 👍$$
