I brought my wedding, engagement and anniversary set in to Holland Jewelers to be fused together. The staff was very helpful and made sure that the rings would be the perfect fit once they were fused. I left the rings there for just a few days and when I got them back they were perfect. They even did an insurance appraisal for us. I highly recommend them for buying new jewelry or updating current jewelry.

You just don’t find honest good hearted people like the owner of Holland’s. Went in to buy a new necklace to replace one that kept coming unclasped. The gentleman asked to look at the old necklace, identified the issue and offered to fix it at no charge. He could have sold a piece of jewelry but made a much bigger impression. If you want an honest experience, look no further than Hollands. They deserve the business!!!

Wow!! Went in for a watch battery. The lady that waited on me took my watch, said we can do this and in just a few minutes I had my watch back. She was so nice and the price was great. I recommend anyone to this store. Also, they had some beautiful jewerly.

I recently took a picture of a vintage ring my mom had, which I loved, but went to my sister at my mom's death, into Holland's Jewelers. I explained to the staff that I wanted to buy a ring that was similar to my mom's ring. As the ring was made fifty plus years ago, there was no way to find a replica. Stacy took the photo of my mom's ring I had brought in and designed the most gorgeous ring. I absolutely love it. Everyone in the store is so nice and helpful. I trust the quality of their workmanship, and know that I will get personalized treatment whenever I visit their store. This is no cookie cutter box store, this is a family owned business that goes out of their way to fulfill your jewelry dreams!

For many years my husband and I wanted to transform my wedding rings into a single ring that I could wear at work. My solitaire sat too high to wear under medical gloves. This was the first time that I have used Holland’s Jewelers and let me just say, they now have a customer for life! After the center diamond fell out of my fifteen year old engagement ring, I was devastated. I was told by a local appraiser (not associated with Holland’s) that my ring was unsalvageable and that it would be more cost effective to buy a new one. Luckily, I had read the amazing reviews about Holland’s and decided to take my ring there for a repair estimate and see what they thought. Stacey immediately reassured me that he could repair my ring and get it looking great again. Stacey's work completely exceeded my expectations and honestly, my ring looks better than new! On top of his great skill and craftmanship, he and his team (including his lovely wife Ginny) are so welcoming, kind, and helpful. Nothing but rave perfect review for Holland's! I took a ring in that I've had since childhood. The engraving had worn off and they had it re-engraved and sized up. The first engraving was not satisfactory to them, so they took the time to send to another engraver. It looks awesome and I am so thankful to them for the care they took with my ring! I used to drive my grandmother here back in the late 70s so already knew how great they are. Thank you Holland's!!!!!

Such a wonderful group to work with on custom pieces and in general! The staff and Stacey took one of my gemstones (an amethyst) and made my vision into the perfect piece! Great communication, feedback, and up front about everything. They also have a gorgeous selection and variety of jewelry in store at appropriate prices. Had an absolute blast having them make a custom piece for me. I will certainly be back for future custom pieces with garnets, topaz, alexandrite, and other gemstones I have that still need to be set! I have a two year old Micky Invicta wristwatch. After trying a few jewelers, I took my watch to here. The issue was it kept stopping so it probably needed a battery. I called and asked what the price was to replace and was quoted $15. Not $10-30. When I arrived they remembered me calling The person behind wall on repair, could not open the watch. I left it because the "jeweler" would be in Tuesday. I got a text at 10 am indicating the watch was ready. I arrived at 1 and when the person gave me the watch, it was not running and showed a time of 10:40 am. She looked at it and showed me it had the correct date but not the time. She reset time then charged me $20. I told her I was quoted $15. She said the quote was wrong. I paid and left. 40 minutes later, the watched stopped. I adjusted and it has stopped repeating the same symptoms prior to leaving the watch. So here is my question, wouldn't you ensure the watch was in proper working condition prior to returning and charging the fee? This is the current condition we find ourselves in. Is this incompetence or just plain lazy? I will return tomorrow and will update you on what they offer.

Amazing experience! They fixed my wedding band in one week and the price was significantly lower than the other quote I got at Jared’s. The ring looks amazing. Their customer service could not be better. I will be back!

What a nice store, Holland Jewelry in Apex! Besides a nice collection of jewellery, it’s the best place in the triangle to get your jewellery repaired. I came today with a small problem and was met by a smiling face. In just a few minutes, another smile said “No Charge”. Of course, I will be back.

So far so good. Needed to accomplish several errands. Called first to see if within their expertise. Was. Spoke with VERY nice staff. Went in and met more VERY nice staff. Waiting on an estimate now. I inherited a tennis bracelet from my grandmother and have had Holland's repair it multiple times, always with amazing results! They also helped me and my grandfather turn some of the links into necklaces for my cousins, which turned out beautifully!
