    I called the store to see if a repair could be made on a necklace. The representative answering the phone told me she wasn’t listening because another customer walked in and asked me to call later. I called back and asked for the owner to call me back. When she called she told me I should be glad they answered at all because they are so busy. Point taken. They are overwhelmed with clientele - Samantha even said that very thing. Take your business elsewhere. Other small businesses will appreciate you!

    I enjoy bringing my business to this wonderful place! No matter what day I’ve ever gone in there, you were always treated with respect and you feel like you’re a part of the family! The owners take the time and explain whatever the issue may be with a repair, and always go the extra mile I cannot say enough wonderful things I also on occasion bring my 93-year-old mother in for her jewelry and they treat her with the upmost respect Love this place

    Not so short and not so sweet review. I dropped some rings off to be repaired on May 5th and was told they would be ready to pick up in 3 weeks or less. 1 month later on June 6th my husband called and left a message and on June 7th he called again left a message again no return call. I called yesterday June 8th pressed a different number instead of leaving message someone answered actually. I asked about my rings gave them my ticket number and for about 10 mins you could hear rustling noises. She put phone down and I after a few minutes I was like hello, hello finally she said yes and I said are my rings done I brought them in over a month ago and also my husband called twice left messages and no one called him back she said I don't know I just answer the phone. Finally she said no not done yet! A man got on phone asked what was wrong and I said I brought my rings in over a month ago and haven't heard anything about them. He said we got busy and some things came up but he would fix them today. Bad business when you tell someone their jewelry would be ready in 3 weeks or less an extra week goes by and jewelry not repaired. I understand things happen but how about a PHONE call to let me know. I believe I wouldn't have my rings today if I hadn't called yesterday. The decent thing to do was give me a discount didn't even get an apology for forgetting my jewelry and me. Craftsmanship was good customer service not so good.

    Recently had a class ring resized and it looked great. Much faster than sending it off to the manufacturer. Great service- had a child's necklace that needed a quick fix- not only did they fix the necklace there was no charge. Just something you don't see anymore. We love supporting local businesses and Samantha's has our business for jewelry repair needs!

    For years I have received unique Jewelry from this store which gets me high compliments when I wear it. Recently I received a gift that was neither gold nor silver, but a unique gift of the Spirit I have searched long years for. Our town is blessed by this couple. Thank you Brian for my birthday gift. It means more than I can ever say.

    Will I shop at Samantha’s Jewelry Design & Repair again - that’s a STRONG NO from me. We have done business with them for several years now and purchasing something that they already have in stock like a necklace would be about the only thing I recommend from this place. First - they can’t handle a simple ring cleaning. Whatever it is they used to clean my wedding ring left a huge red mark and dried out my finger. I haven’t been able to wear my ring in an over a month, as I’m waiting for my finger to finish healing. I’ve been married for 6 years and never had an issue until it was cleaned by them. Second - we had them take the crown off an older ring that was almost 100 years old and put it on a new band. It took over 2 months when they said it would take a couple weeks and when I would go in to check on it they never could remember who I was or what ring I was talking about. An extremely unwelcoming feeling. It’s okay to know your customers and the business you’re doing with them, it’s actually very good for business when you have people skills. At first they just took the crown off the older ring and soldered it to the top of a really wide band. It looked very careless and the disappointment was real. Thankfully she agreed to contour it to the crown which made the ring actually look like how we asked for it to be done in the first place. That took several weeks when we were told she would have it done by the end of the day. I never got a call that it was ready I had to show up, which was extremely frustrating. Third - we bought earrings for my 5 month old daughter near the end of May. We received the earrings a month later because they needed to be ordered. They were push on screw off backs for the earrings. The back came off not even a month into owning the earrings. I brought ONE earring and told them the issue that we had and we couldn’t find the back. They accepted the ONE earring and told me they would order a new back and check the prong of the earring. Several weeks pass by I got a phone call saying the earring was ready. Fast forward to today, 08/19/2023… the back of the SAME EARRING SAME EAR has fallen off again. Keep in mind my daughter is still an infant and does not have control of her hands. To me this isn’t an “us” problem, this is a “Samantha’s Jewelry” problem that we need resolved. They LIED to my face, told me that I left both earrings with them DESPITE me telling them my daughter wore TWO DIFFERENT earrings for a month. Why would I take off an earring and leave it with them that had no issues? I sure didn’t. They told me that they ordered a new set of earrings and that’s what she had and basically told me it was my problem and they can’t help me that the back keeps falling off. It’s been almost 3 months and to have this many issues with one earring that they refuse to make right with as much money as we’ve spent in the last few months is absolutely ridiculous to me. Couldn’t remember me or my ring they were doing a bigger job on, that was there for over 2 months but you can remember an earring that was there for less? Not even a little bit, because I never left both earrings and I just wanted to resolve the problem. Maybe if they actually ordered a new pair like they are claiming I wouldn’t be here writing this bad review. We love supporting local businesses but unfortunately this is not one of them. They’ve lost business from me and my family.

    I just happened to stop by and came in with some general questions and left with an education. This was a really good experience and I'm glad I stopped by. They have a good selection and were very knowledgeable and helpful. Least I could do was leave a good review.

    Samantha’s repaired one of my claddagh rings after it was cut off and then resized and cleaned both claddagh rings that I brought in. They were quick, efficient, and affordable! I will be returning for all of my jewelry needs!

    I showed up when they opened at 10 on Saturday. I was the first customer of the day and they greeted me with smiles. The owner and her husband was kind and friendly! She had a new battery in my son watch within minutes. I highly recommend this jewler and will return for any future repairs I need.

    Wish I could leave MORE than a 5 star review!! Top notch jewelry. With their help I designed my dream engagement ring along with a personalized bracelet for my daughter’s one year birthday. They both came out exactly as I had envisioned. I literally couldn’t be happier. My mother, was visiting from across the county with a ring that no other jewelry store was willing to repair. Again, they went above and beyond! SHE is extremely satisfied... however doesn’t have a google account to leave a review. Super fair prices. Perfectionists. We are customers for life and now our daughter will be as well!! Thank you! :)

    I took my husband’s wedding band in after his passing. They were so kind and understanding. They made a pendant out of his ring. They also inscribed the back with a sweet anniversary date and initials. I had them put one month after his death because I made it through that awful first month. I’m a huge fan of this family owned and operated business. They also checked my wedding ring and cleaned/restrung five strands of pearls. Wonderful work and incredible prices.

    I had two broken chains and a set of earrings with a broken clasp repaired. Could not be happier! One of the chains, a particularly fragile Versace, I'd had repaired 2-3 times prior. The last places I'd taken it to had done horrible jobs. Ugly globs of metal they'd used to weld it back together were all over and very noticeable. Samantha's Jewelry Repair didn't just fix the chain **seamlessly**, they cleaned up the horrid jobs the last people had done, without even being asked! Price was less than I'd thought, too! Thank y'all so much. My neck doesn't feel naked anymore. Y'all are gonna be my go-to in the States from now on, and I'll be recommending y'all to everyone!

👍👍 Grand opening day was amazing! I’m in love with this store and I’m so glad I won’t have to travel all the way to apex just to go to a TJmaxx. When it’s right in my backyard. I Got some goodies on grand opening day! Can’t wait to go back and get some more fun and cute things.
