I am completely disgusted at how I was treated in this store. I felt racially profiled and watched while I was searching for a wallet, much hasn’t changed I rather shop online. I literally had to walk around with my COACH wallet in my hand so she could back off. The greeter was way too aggressive and explaining the sides of the store as if I can’t see it from two feet away. I’m a faithful customer but I will never return to this store again and yes she was paper complexion.

Coach is one of my favorite purse stores. I come here every year and get me a wristlet because I am not a big purse carrier. I love their wristlets they last for years if you take care of them. I shop Coach everywhere in the United States!!!!! I love both of my wallets especially the red inside, but that double zipper allows more storage room. I paid right at $80 for both of these.

The store and the employees were so lovely! I felt completely at home & not rushed. They were very friendly & I didn't feel at all judged or looked down on because maybe I didn't look like I had enough money to be there. That was so refreshing for a store of this caliber! Too often stores like this judge a book by its cover not knowing whether what they think might be true really is. Kudos to this location for being a breath of fresh air! I will definitely be back!

I purchased a purse online, but I exchanged it because it was too big. I choose a crossbody and got a purse size umbrella. The ladies in the store were friendly and helpful.

The same items are available online usually with free shipping usually. But at the store, you can get a feel and see what the actually item is like.

I went specifically looking for a certain satchel that I seen online. They didn’t have it so, I decided to purchase another purse. The cashier was not pleasant. She asked if I found everything ok and I responded not really. She proceeded ringing me up as if I said nothing. I felt like I was on a assembly line with her rushing.

Don't expect much help, but do expect lots of great finds. Pricing in most cases may be better online but not in every case. Recommendation: Have the app open to compare pricing and check for sizing because you won't find help here. 😉 Four stars for the butter soft gloves I found here.

Love this place, get premium product at a less than premium price. I love the stacked promos when they have them, they can save me some good money.

This is a high-end store. Prices were steep for Mother's Day sales.

I recently went to the Coach store at the Tanger Outlet Mall and boy was it a great experience. Upon entering I was greeted by a host of employees who where all eager to help. I was exchanging some items and the staff was very patient and helpful. I was highly pleased leaving with the items I received.

I only gave 2 stars ⭐️ because of the great 👍🏽 deals but I don’t like being followed around the store and watched. I’m not going to make it a race thing but I was coming in to look just like the rest of them. Me and my sister were rushed were the only ones who were being asked if we needed help with anything. Babyyy I have some many designer bags, going to jail, not collecting my $200 and not passing go (how ever it goes) over a lil coach wasn’t worth it for me. Not every colored person wants to steal. Ask me if I was offended?? YES! DO BETTER!
