Picking up a grocery order that you pick online is convenient. However, when you call the number they have posted at the parking spot several times and no one answers, and then your wife, who placed the order has to use the app to say I'm here, and then your waiting over 30 minutes for someone to bring out your order, isn't convenient, it's annoying. And to make it better, your order has one item per bag(!), you get rancid bacon, and bags falling out of the car when you open the hatch. Update, 5/9/23, still the same "high" standards, but it's Walmart, keep your expectations as low as the prices and it's ok. Update, 7/20, parked to pick up online order, my wife placed the order so I had to call. After calling over 20 times in a 10 minute time span, and getting sent to voicemail everytime someone came out to bring someone else's order, I had to get out of the car to ask when they could bring out t my order and finally after 20 minutes my order is here. Never fail to be disappointed in this location, only come here for convenience to my house

Delivery using the app is not reliable. Do not use the app to order from this location Pembroke Road and UniversityDrive. They will not deliver and keep you waiting-9+ hours and counting…May 20 2023. When you call the support # they say the store says no driver want to take order and looking for driver. This is totally unacceptable. Total incompetence by the supervisor/manager of this department. This is a disservice. The supervisor/manager in this department needs to be TERMINATED effective immediately. There is absolutely no reason for no delivery 9+ hours past appointment time and good weather.

No carts on either side of store, had to walk all the way back out to the parking lot to find a used cart. Then couldn't even shop half the things I wanted to buy because they already had many departments blocked off by pallets at 9pm when they are meant to be open until 11pm. Why even stay open if customers can't get to the products??

I went because I had no choice. It was late and I really needed milk. It was dirty. One particular employee thought that her side of the store needed to hear her constant lament concerning how long of a day she had. It was quite ratchet. Not going back here. Feels unsafe. (Be vigilant, and carry a weapon or something..🤷🏻‍♂️)

November 12, 2023 9:45 a.m. Roaches were crawling on the conveyor belt at check out. Disgusting!! Imagine going grocery shopping and taking roaches home with you.

Ordered online, Sold me a leaking/noticeably open Listerine bottle thanks!! All over the toothpaste. I returned all 3, I went inside. Why did I order online again??? Poor service. Waited 15 mins for an attendant to come to my car after calling, leaving msg & doing the app "checkin".. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Cashier seemed like she hated to ring out my veggies with codes lol it was too much work huffing & puffing. Man customer service really took a dive.

Nightmare location. Waited 40 minutes in customer service to exchange a car battery I bought that same day. After being ignored and the manager being called three times, her super rude self, comes dragging her feet to say "nothing I can do" Got my stuff and went to another Walmart, which solved the issue in a couple of minutes. They need to fire everyone in this garbage store.

I went in and picked out something on sale. When I got to self check out it rang up regular. I told the lady and loudly in my front of everyone told me "that's not true water is never on sale" very rude. Publix is the only one to actually honor their sale prices.bi come to this Walmart 4 times a week I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER WALMART

Great selection of products. Good prices. Lots of healthy options( fruits and vegetables). Very crowded, you will have to park far most of the time.

Store was organized and had most of the stuff we needed. I really wanted some house fixtures I saw online but those were not available in store..and heard it would take a few days to get there. But great store...good shopping experience!

This is the biggest Walmart in the area. I'm usually here once a week because they have the things you need at the right price. I really like the produce section. The avocados here are cheaper than most other places. They have a good selection of baby items. They have everything for the home and also a garden section. The speedy checkout is my favorite part of shopping here. There is plenty of parking but this place is always busy and there is usually not a spot up front.

This Walmart is pretty good in comparison to others in the area. I was in and out in 20 minutes, the place is pretty clean and organized.

Great experience I received a lot of help looking for what I needed by guy on the night shift named Lawrence.he was very attentive and insightful on where to find what we needed he had a great attitude.and was kind and polite each time I needed assistance without becoming agitated this guy has great customer service skills.

I spent the day with my great grandson and on my way to my house I had him stop at thus Walmart which was close to where he lives in Pembroke Pines. The store was a little crowed but lines moved fast. I found everything I needed in no time flat and checked out. The staff was very friendly and do was the cashier that checked me out. The store was very clean and it was a pleasure shopping there.

The managers are rude and do but try to help at all. Must not get paid enough bc they hate their job

Stock supply not so great, I expected more especially being in Florida because I live in Black Mountain NC and I was expecting to see much more than what was available. Also the bakery staff was very vague and not very helpful at all. I was very disappointed 😞

I can give this Walmart the same rating as the Sams Club next door. Great stores, shelves are well stocked with lots of items, but their staff is horribly rude and unhelpful. Whatever happened to "Welcome to Walmart" or "did you find everything you were looking for?" Nope these workers don't give a hoot if you found you wanted or not. So sad!

Of the 23 registers ONLY 4 were open. This is during peak hours too. So the self check out line moves a lot faster than the 4 that are being operated by the Walmart paid employees. The paying customers that didn't apply to work at Walmart work faster and better than the cashiers. Can we get a discount since we have to check ourselves out?

First the employees never know where anything is. second, I have two premature twins and having formula they did not let me buy 8, they only let me buy 4 what am I going to do with 4 milk when I have two babies they do not have compassion I understand that there are 4 per family but I have two babies not one and the cashier Very rude, the name was covered so that I don't put it but as soon as you come here you will see who I am talking about…

Only go if Required. Always congested parking, security Always present. Prices are still pretty decent. I did have One Price issue, Leg Quarters 7-9 in a bag went from $5.60 to &9.89 in 3 months & still rising.

If i could give this store less then 1 star I would. I have my groceries delivered once a week cause I don't have time since I work long hours. Most days it's fine but every once in a while they forget to deliver half of the groceries and heaven forbid you have to call the store to tell them . In all 10 times that I've had to call them their customers service have never picked up the phone. Not once. Doesn't matter if you call extension delivery or pick up or electronics it doesn't matter no one will ever pick up you can call an hour straight and the phone will continue to ring and nobody picks up. Absolutely abysmal service horrible customer service I wish Mama would give me the option to have my grocery delivered from the other Walmart near my house cause at least they do pick up the phone.

Absolutely enjoy this Walmart because it’s a really close/prime location, hence why it’s almost always busy and full of people traffic. They seem to have an ample amount of parking to accommodate the huge capacity of shoppers and visitors. Store is clean, organized and well-stocked of inventory. Employees are busy and productive. I recommend this store if you need to buy anything from Walmart. Visited here to buy traditional rotisserie chicken and doggy training pads.

Love shopping at Walmart they almost always have everything I need plus it's a bonus they are 4min from my house
