i just had a doctor's appointment at this location and came home crying. There were several issues but the most important one is because the doctor I saw, Eric Bates, was abusive and condescending to me when I was explaining my conditions. He scoffed at me and questioned if I was autistic when he read that I had listed autism. Just because my autism isn't visible does not mean I’m not autistic and the doctor does not study neurology and therefore shouldn't be able to form an opinion on the validity of an autism diagnosis. He also was callous when questioning my cptsd diagnosis. Despite having had my medical card for 4 years and having had worked with the Dr at another Marijuana Dr location to come up with the best recommendations for me Dr Bates did not listen to me, interrupted me through out the entire visit and refused to look up the amounts given at the other location. He did not cite any valid reasons for any of his answers and when I was questioning my recommendation amounts he scoffed again and sarcastically asked me, why are you worried you'll run out? In addition to the terrible treatment I received from the Dr there I also had a very unpleasant expirience with the office staff as well. I arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment and while there was no one ahead of me I was made to wait while the Dr went outside and the office staff took 10 minutes to gossip and fiddle with a wireless mouse. Once they did help me they informed me I owed money and couldn't see the Dr until I paid. Despite having a receipt for the monthly payments I make every month via the payment plan I was told I couldn't pay them and had to call to pay. called and was informed by Suzette that in fact I had over paid one payment and was not in the negative. While this was going on the office staff allowed a walk-in to see the Dr and I had to wait for 10 more minutes before finally seeing the Dr at approximately 10:15 which is a half an hour past my scheduled appointment which I was early for. I am livid and will no longer be returning to Marijuana Dr at any location.

Alex at the front desk is qualified to be working in a higher level customer service position. She’s INCREDIBLE and this company should be so THANKFUL to have her here. If it weren’t for her this would have been just an okay experience but thanks to her this has been the best experience. 10/10 don’t go anywhere else but here and ask for Alex.

I was amazed at how amazing the new girl(Alex) is AMAZING she made my visit as a new patient so comfortable. She was so kind and helpful even with a group of people rushing it felt like I had a friend before anything else the doctor also explained the process and broke down my chart for me. Loved my visit!!

Went in for a walk-in to renew my service and Alex was a new employee with a waiting room full of walk-ins. She was calm, kind, and helpful. I watched her go above and beyond to help several new patients and all with a pleasant demeanor and caring approach. Will always use this location because of the wonderful staff and doctors.
