I would like to start off by saying lady in the office Roxana is extremely rude. When we first moved here Edwin was working here and he was very welcoming. Sadly he left and Roxana is now here. She’s been here for a few months and made my family and others feel very uncomfortable. She’s on top of everyone’s shoulders. Trust me it’s not worth it. She makes this place terrible. She’s very inconsiderate and believe me you don’t want to live in a place where the association doesn’t try to help you. Constantly feel like this lady is against us rather than welcoming and allowing us to feel comfortable in our own home. I can’t wait to leave this place.

First of all I am in total love with this neighborhood. If you have children it is absolutely amazing as they are able to be out and play in a safe gated community. The property manager, her name is Anna and she is undeniably amazing at her job. We have lived here through two previous property managers that didn’t hold a candle to the things she gets done and accomplished. Louis who is our maintenance man Does everything and anything you ask him to do normally the first day you put in your request. Nightmare!!! Run away from this place do not walk. The grounds are horrible and always filthy with garbage everywhere. Young children are unattended outside in the roads everyday very dangerous situation. I subletted a room from a friend for a few months and I ran out of there as fast as I could do the lack of care by this management Danielle and Roxanne are so incompassionate and treat you like you don't know anything I am glad I left. Trust me this communitu is horrible.

Just moved out after a year and a half and had an amazing experience. Anna, the property manager, always took care of our needs and most importantly made the move out process super easy. Took only about one week after move out to receive security deposit back and no random deductions, which is always a pleasant surprise. Luis was always nice and friendly with a smile on his face. He also fixed any maintenance issues professionally and diligently. Parking was the only issue but everything else made up for it.

Its been a great experience having Anna as the new property manager here at Royal Oaks. I have been living here for over six years and this is the best service and response that. I have ever received from management. Anna pays close attention to detail and always resolves my issues. Luis is also an amazing guy he is very professional and gets everything handled in a very timely manner. There efforts have made me want to remain a resident here at Royal Oaks!!!!!

This place should be called Royal Mold, not Royal Oaks, and the terrible management is the worst thing about this place. Long story short, we moved in, found out about major mold in the island in the kitchen, and moved out for 2 weeks till they fixed the problem. Not long after, the roof collapsed major flood in the unit, and we needed to move out again for a few weeks for mold remediation. It was very difficult to live in a hotel with a baby, and a dog, my husband working from home, and me a full-time student. Moreover, after we thought that all this ordeal was over, and we finally started settling in, we received a non-release notice, so basically, they kicked us out, not taking into consideration what we went through, me being pregnant and the house market being horrible at the time. When my husband went to ask for the reason for the non-releasing, Roxana told him that it was just business. The management is not interested in fixing the problems, they want tenants that don't complain, like the family who lived before us in mold for 5 years. So if you care for your family stay away from this place.

Just spent a year here. Good times. Roxanna and Javier were always very helpful and took care of everything we needed.

I've lived at Royal Oaks for the last 7 months. The new manager Ana is terrific and responsive. She works closely with Louis the maintenance manager and together they make a wonderful team. Any Concerns or maintenance requests are handled immediately. This has been a terrific place .to live and these two people make it Super!
