I want to let the people in Pembroke pines, Cooper city and Miramar, that Litchi delights, is AMAZING. We were organizing a surprise lunch party, and went to Litchi, spoke with one of owners( Sean), asked him if they could arrange a Sushi Boat (sushi platter), since it doesn't appeared in their menu, and he said Yes, showed me some pictures, and Litchi made the most splendid Sushi/Nigiri Boat. Simply impressive, beautiful, and tasty. Besides, we ordered tuna salad, shrimp salad, shrimp gyoza. Edamame, and they were kind enough to also give us in the house some spring rolls. All the people at our office party loved their delicious food, the presentation, the people at Litchi really went up and beyond. The best choice when you want to eat Asian food at the best price. We tried the Poke Bowl, the Ramen, the Sushi and the delicious bubble drinks. We will be back soon!

A very friendly atmosphere, I enjoyed the ramen and sushi made by Mr Ming and Sean , and also very delicious poke bowls, the girl Lili made my day, very satisfying experience 😄

my boyfriend and I are absolutely obsessed with this place. the owner? amazing. the staff? phenomenal. the food? spectacular. their drinks? made with love. my boyfriend and I come here so often the owner recognizes us and the staff knows our order. we run through the loyalty cards like nothing. I truly love this place. the atmosphere is amazing with the variety of games to the the sticky notes people leave. I would definitely recommend the kimchi ramen with chicken (if you like spicy) and the sushi!!!

The smoothie and sushi at this place are incredibly tasty. The atmosphere is clean and cool, creating a pleasant experience. During our lunch, the chef kindly surprised us with some fresh and sweet mangos. The customer service was truly exceptional, making it a highly recommended spot.

Another recent open Litchi Delight. But it seem every store have their specialty. Each different store come up with their own special menu with the standard signature boba tea. I was lucky to test out their chefs special sushi combo. It was on point with their special touch in the sushi roll. The ingredients are fresh and their "Fried"technique made a perfect fit in their sushi roll. The special chicken skin is crispy and fresh. Very taiwanese style.

I love this place so much! the staff and always so nice and friendly and will answer any questions that you have. The food here is incredible and their boba teas are refreshing. The owner is super nice and always helping out. Overall this place has become my boyfriend and my favorite spot and one of our very frequented food places.
