    This was the worst experience ever DO NOT purchase. The customer service was rude and disrespectful as the person I was talking to refused to give me there name. This company advertise using Park N FLY but they are far from that. I will be putting this review on Park N Fly as well. They have you drive to a parking lot according to the receipt but when I got there it was a hotel parking lot with no signs saying anything. Then I tried calling but no answer. I was forced to to use another parking company. I called the number again and left a text stating that I want a refund, then I get a Call back telling me to go inside a hotel and show the attendant like it says on your receipt at which on my receipt it says nothing about a hotel... I requested a refund and the guy called me names and it seemed over the phone racially motivated. When I asked for his name he refused. STAY AWAY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

    ****DO NOT PARKING WITH THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT**** "0" Stars I made a same day reservation, I dropped my family at the airport and drove all the way west of 95 on Griffin to park. When I finally found the lot, which the same lot shared with hotel and it looked like was flooded after the rest down pour, there were no sign of attendant or check in place in the parking lot. I walked into the hotel lobby and asked the front desk person, she said she would check me in. I then asked when the shuttle was leaving, she said they only come by once every hour. Who would ever agree to park at an off airport site with shuttle service that runs once per hour? I thought maybe I missed something on the website, I logged back onto the website and no-where does it say anything about 1hr shuttle service. I attempted to cancel per the direction on my confirmation and there were no cancelation options available. I asked the front desk person to cancel, she said she could not, I had to do it on the site I booked it on. There were no phone number to call. I finally read the fine print and it says I could not cancelled beyond the time I said I was going to drop off the car on my confirmation. Thank god I am an early person, I usually like to go to the airport at least 2.5hour before my domestic flights and 3hrs before my international flights, so I had time to explore my options. I was fortunate to find Self Park FLL which cost more, but when I showed up they had a shuttle waiting and another one pulling in. They had an attendant and radios--Now, this is what I'm used to with off airport parking sites. While sitting on the shuttle, I again scour through the website looking for a way to contact Luxury Airport parking without success. Finally, I called my credit card to file a dispute for the charge, only to be told I had to wait for the charge to settle before filing a dispute, which add to my frustration even more. Worst experience ever and this company feels like a parking scam for suckers. I will be more vigilant going forward and book as far in advance as possible to minimize this from happening again. *****Buyers beware.....DO NOT PARK with LUXURY AIRPORT PARKING--Fort Lauderdale****

    Don't use this Park n Go. It takes them a long time to pick us from the airport after saying is only 15 wait. We were a total of 13 people riding that cargo van with no air conditioning the windows will not open, very tied one next to each other only the driver has the air conditioning working for him but in the back will not work. We paid for a service that is not thinking about their customer and with this heat is very dangerous to have people in the van with no AC. to to poto

    DO NOT USE. THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE AND THEY ARE RUDE. THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. THEIR SHUTTLE MAY HAVE PICKED UP MY SUITCASE AND WONT GIVE IT BACK. FRANTICALLY I CALLED THEM 3X JUST FOR THEM TO PICK UP AND SAY IM HARRASSING THEM. DO NOT USE.

    Not worth the price. Hotel staff is rude since you're not staying at the hotel. The shuttle is a van +10 years past its prime. Comes only once an hour. On your return, be prepared to call non stop for +20 minutes until someone picks up. Then, you have to wait another +20 minutes for the drive to show up. In the time I waited, other services showed up at least twice. I'm not using this service again, nor do I recommend it.

    Please believe these horrible reviews. Everything is true! It’s a hotel parking lot. And the van takes forever. And yes it’s a little van with a printed sign that’s TAPED on. There were no other customers waiting and I asked the driver if I can confirm this is the correct transportation really quick, since the van was a printed piece of paper with tape on it. He was angry that I wanted to call the company and confirm this was the correct transport, with anger he told me fine call, walked away as I was begging to give me just a minute to confirm and he slammed his door and drove off. We ended up taking an üuber for transport to the hotel because it would take so long to send another transportation van. Never again. The other companies came by twice in that whole time. Horrendous experience. Also this is not a Park N Fly, they went out of business in FLL and are booking for other companies.

    One star because I didn't know this was in the Fairfield parking site. When I reserved online, I thought it was in the same place I did a few years ago. Horrible experience with the shuttle! After an hour waiting for the shuttle, the shuttle never arrived and ended up getting an uber to get back to the hotel parking to get my car. Worst experience!

    Waited outside airport for 1 hour for the shuttle. Meanwhile Park n’ Go and all other hotel shuttles were on their 4th trip! Do not book!!!!!!
