Standard
vs
Award
Stay.
I
was
excited
to
stay
here
and
from
the
moment
I
checked
in.
It
was
just
not
welcoming
.
As
an
Ambassador
with
Marriott
I
expect
a
standard
of
service
that
should
be
customary
for
everyone.
This
was
not
the
case
here.
And
the
room
type
was
not
honoured
and
charges
by
hotel
had
issues.
I
am
currently
staying
here
and
will
update
the
review
depending
on
how
the
stay
goes.
Front
desk
staff
at
check-in
was
not
nice
but
after
shift
change
were
excellent
courteous
,
kind
and
perfect
for
the
face
of
the
hotel.
A
lady
in
particular
was
from
Trinidad.
She
was
very
very
nice
and
helpful.
Coffee
shop
-
Ask
for
Debbie
she
is
very
nice
,
she
makes
you
feel
welcomed
and
takes
care
of
your
daily
coffee
and
champagne
needs.
Housekeeping
staff
were
nice
and
helpful
,
above
standard
and
they
speak
to
you
asked
you
if
you
need
anything
before
you
even
ask
them
for
anything.
Terrible
Restaurant
Service,
go
somewhere
else
if
not
for
the
food
then
for
the
service.
The
restaurant
staff
is
the
worse
dining
experience
so
far
in
Hollywood.
Everyone
was
rude.
Went
to
Latitudes
restaurant
for
breakfast
and
the
staff
was
very
rude.
Don't
expect
any
good
service
from
them.
The
manager
called
and
said
my
concerns
were
noted
,
said
he
would
send
a
bottle
of
champagne
for
my
inconvenience.
Haven't
heard
from
him
since
.
The
pros
,
good
location
on
the
beach.
But
if
you
spend
your
money
you
expect
service
of
a
descent
standard
,
that
should
be
the
basic
service
everyone
should
expect.
I
believe
Hilton
had
a
higher
level
of
customer
satisfaction.
