What a delightful choice of food!!!! This Peruvian Experience was like eating little pieces of heaven. And that Garlic/Cilantro Sauce is mind bending good. I had the Pollo Chicharones with Black Beans and Rice, over the top! It also came with a Pineapple Soda that was great. Thanks so much!!!!

Before coming here, I didn't know anything about peruvian food. Claudia Rosa (the cuban waitress that took my order) told me a lot of interesting things about this delicious food. And now I love it. And also now I keep coming back to this place that made me fall in love with it.

The food is really good and the prices too, best Roasted chicken in the area.

Much better than Pollo Tropical. The portions are good the chicken is moist not dried out the staff is very nice 🙂 you get your money's worth here.

Always good customer service. They’re patient and answer all of your questions. They even try to help you decide what to eat lol. Today was my first time trying their chicken. I got the 1/4 chicken lunch special. It was $9 and some change and it came with rice, beans, sweet plantains, and a soda. First bite I was impressed. The chicken had great flavor! Better than Pollo Tropical in my opinion. Plantains were perfect. Totally worth it!

experience at La Brasa. On my recent visit, I was disappointed to find a long black hair inside my cup, which truly soured the entire dining experience. The restaurant's ambiance and service were promising, but this hygiene lapse was unacceptable. The hair in my cup left me questioning the cleanliness of the entire establishment. The management needs to pay closer attention to food safety and cleanliness to ensure that such incidents don't recur. This unfortunate incident overshadowed the potentially delightful meal that could have been enjoyed at La Brasa. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their standards in the future.

I called to ask for cilantro rice specifically and place 2 orders with cilantro rice and they only send the chicken without the rice on one of the plates, when i called to complain the lady the answered the phone was very nasty and called me liar, i used to order every week with Uber, but you just lost Customer, plus the chicken was old and not cooked well, i couldn’t eat it.

I would suggest manager Diego to be careful with the service this restaurant provides to their clients..today I was there and ordered a fried calamari..I expected it to be served as it normally should be presented. This is not the first time that I have this ordered (not in this place) and know what I was expected..but happened that they brought me , on a small dish, a side dish, a portion of calamari plain..!!! I paid $13 for something like that , that looked like a side dish!!! A small portion of just calamari. if Diego dont know how this plate is presented or served please find out..go to a good Peruvian restaurant and find out..what you are doing is unacceptable ...I called the waitress and ask to change it for a 1/4 chicken with fries..but Diego did not want to give me the difference in price!!! It was like $8 That is not acceptable...what is the reason for him to keep MY MONEY and even they wanted to give me a dessert to compensate the difference in price, is not ok as I wanted my money!!!..he should be more professional to handle this kind of situations. It does not look good that you just don't want to return the money as that is not the correct and decent way to proceed...need to improve your customer service and of course the food!!! Or you personally speak with the client and explain the reasons instead of sending the waitress with the message...need to learn a lot and even if it is $1. Or much more you MUST return the money in a case like this...very upset!!!

The Food is so good I highly recommend it and the staff is pretty friendly makes me feel at home every time I go back. They are a bit stingy with their sauces well one of the employees not all of them.

I feel insulted honestly! I just purchased a "lomo saltado" at this restaurant in University Dr. When I got home there was barely any meat in the small container. There were six pieces of meat counted and mostly onion. It's truly disgusting and insulting that you pay $17 and there is no food when you get home to eat. This is poor and mediocre service. I wish the owner could read this!

Just left this restaurant after standing there waiting 40 minutes for a grilled chicken breast. Everyone else had come and gone and my order never came out. I asked the cashier finally and they told me the kitchen lost my ticket. No apology, nothing. I ended up leaving and not getting any food.

Had lunch with a friend a few days ago and the food was very good. Service was great. Our waiter Jesus was absolutely fantastic.

Drive thru this time as we were in a rush. Wanted to order the sandwiches that were on the menu, but we were told they didn't have any sandwiches. We ordered "normal" plates instead. Food was very good, just more than we really wanted at the time.

The food is not bad , like the sauces. But the wait is not worth it, I was just waiting for 35 minutes in line to get my food at the drive through. When I finally get there the food was ready but the cashier took 5 minutes to get my drink and give me the food as she was taking someone else’s order. Then when I asked for sauces which is the best thing there, she gave a look like she was upset I asked. I come a lot to order full chicken but with todays service hard to say I will come back for a while . If you are at your lunch hour it’s not a good idea, to long of a wait time .

Came back after many years and I am Impressed. Delicious food, staff provided excellent service and to top it off this place is super clean. It seems like they are under new management. I am definitely coming back.👍🏻

Wow...what great food and service at La Brasa Grill in Pembroke Pines. The manager Diego gave us some great recommendations and he was right on. We had the ceviche mixto and the fish "a lo macho", it was delicious! Diego came to our table to ask if we liked it. He was so attentive and gave us incredible service as well as the cashier (I did not get her name). It is our second time here and we will be coming back for sure. Thank you Diego for the great service and the delicious food. You get 5 STARS!!!

Everything was delicious from anticuchos to the rotisserie chicken, cuzqueña, passion fruit juice and the cherrie on top: alfajor (so soft and sweet that we bought more to go). Thank you La Brasa for bringing Peru flavors to the States!!!

Unfortunately today the rotisserie’s chicken was not only dry but burned! How come having so many customers you can give this type of meal to anyone whom is paying for the food? Disgusting in all aspects, the fries were freaking cold and the salad dressing with so much pepper that the kids couldn’t eat it. I will give u a zero if I could.

Best restaurant ever!! It has really good peruvian food and i got really good customer service from sol, very nice and patient waitress. Can’t wait to come back here to eat again!!

The Sauce the green and yellow ones 💛 any Caribbean picky hard to please with food like me try here labrassa the roasted chicken with green plantains salted and pressed is so amazing as a substitute for our 'Jamaican standard of seasoned food' this gets the job done with grace. However make sure to use the sauce on the roasted 🐔.

This place is literally hands down the best for some traditional Peruvian chicken! Not only is the price good if you want to get a whole chicken and fries and a salad with obviously (can never miss) inca cola! They have other typical foods there and all are very delicious! And can’t forget the staff! Hands down Claudia is the most nicest and friendliest person I’ve ever met, makes you want to come back all the time and Sol too! The food is amazing the employees are amazing! Love Love! I literally drive from west palm beach just for this chicken!

They had me waiting half hour in the driveway to tell me that there is a problem with what I ordered and they don't know how long it will take to resolve. I just asked for a refound and leaved, but the lack of communication wasted my time.

Service was good, claudio attended us we got our food in less then 10 minutes and he gave us a lot of sauces and very good prices.

This restaurant is amazing and the food here is so delicious. My family always picks this spot and we come here often and they treat us like family. They have one of the best waitresses here her name is Sol. She is really the best and goes above and beyond!!

This is the second time I go and there is no chicken , and they try to offer you other plates from the menu that are more expensive. This is pretty strange. I used to come every Sunday and there was always chicken on a Sunday. Terrible service. Bad experience

The food is usually tasty and sufficient. However, recent purchase left me disappointed. The proportions of the food was ridiculous (small) for the price.

Food was good but customer service is very bad. I ordered a side of hot sauce but when I arrived I changed my mind I didn't need it. I didn't pay for food yet and they told me the sauce was already placed in a small container. Definitely not a big issue to return the small sauce but they made it into a big deal because they wanted the extra 4 dollars from the small overpriced sauce. The customer service showed me how much they wanted money instead of being good to the customer. Such a simple return but they made it complicated and chased the extra 4 dollars instead.

The food was good tasty but the service was really really bad and terrible 😕 I order a to go order they put my order like 3 times they didn't know what they where doing my food came put after like 20mint and was on a plate I have to remind her that it was to go they have to communicate with the kitchen to let them know it was the same order was a all mess never again!! Fix ur issue first!!

omg let me tell you guys about this place the chicken amazing the rice delicious everything is mouth watering i also, always go through the drive thru and the customer service is rlly good highly recommended eating here

Horrible experience with this place especially when you order uber from them, today was yet again another issue i paid EXTRA for hot sauces and they not only did NOT include the hot sauces i paid for but didnt even include any others whatsoever. Even the Uber driver who made sure they never gave him another bag with hot sauces said clients are constantly complaining these fools forget to add stuff to the bags that should be there.
