Almost everyday, I took a walk to the beach, literally a minute walk. It’s quiet and location is perfect. You get a free parking pass for your stay(trust me, you will need it.) So once again, everyday, I went to the beach. You can’t beat this. It’s enough privacy so you’re not one of the hotels that’s on the beach. That can get noisy. Perfect location. Just think about it, you can wake up, make a coffee/mimosa and take a stroll to the beach.

Rich is a great Host! Simple but dated room with small kitchen & clean. Fantastic location! Washer dryer available. There was non working bikes but rentals available nearby. We would come back if price is low.

Great host, very accomodating, we stayed there for 2 weeks, we are use to the area and love the location... very close to the beach. Lots of restaurant, coffee bar, taxi boat etc... it's an historical building.. there's a lot of picture in the hallway that shows the past history of the building... we enjoyed our stay. This is a very special place. I needed a place to stay and when I found The Coral House I immediately felt at home due to the warm comforting atmosphere. Rich, the owner, helped me carry my bags and told me about the unique tile on the stairs and the historical pictures on the walls. I loved the cozy room I stayed in with very attractive decor and a cute little kitchen. The spot on the boardwalk is perfect. I seriously wanted to move in. I loved my stay!

Amazing! Rich and Rosa went above and beyond with being accommodating. Lovely place. The location was prime! Loved the outdoor common area as well. The free bikes and beach chairs were a nice add as well. Would highly recommend. Will definitely stay here if I’m in the area again.

Immaculate rooms with a coastal charm, and the view from my window was pure paradise. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, making me feel right at home. Private beach access was a dream, and I spent endless hours on the shore. It's perfectly located for exploring nearby towns and engaging in various outdoor activities. This motel is a haven for relaxation and adventure. My stay here was pure bliss, and I can't wait to return. If you're seeking the ultimate beach escape, this is the place!

We were in room 11. The room was a one bedroom. It was cozy and perfect (not large, but we came to Florida to get outside and enjoy the beach and warmth!) We loved the freshly remodeled tiled bathroom (great water pressure and hot water), the tiled well lit hallway, The homey feeling of the plant-filled courtyard. The fact that Rich and Rosa were there daily and so open and accessible to guests, the parking (city public parking free pass - 1/2 the time we were right in front of hotel and half the time we were a few blocks away in the city garage), the unbeatable location (literally steps to the boardwalk & beach), the fun blue color of the building, the art and the history photos in the hallway, the coral arch from the original building, and the list goes on...."

Nice location - beach just 2 minutes to walk! Room, apartment actually, clean, has everything you need just to buy groceries sometimes. It's safe - only you decide who you want to see. But, again, most important - sand on the beach just 80 steps to walk!

Our room was exactly as pictured. upon arrival Rich greeted us and told us how everything worked and was super friendly. The room is small however it was clean and had a nice sized shower and full sized refrigerate to keep all of your beach drinks in. The location was supreme for walking the Broadwalk, restaurants and bars, going to shows at pavilion. He also provided beach chairs which came in handy.

This beach motel is an absolute gem! My room was decorated in a delightful oceanside style and was very clean and inviting. Stepping out of Coral House and immediately seeing the sand and the ocean was pure magic. The owner was incredibly friendly, going the extra mile to ensure I had a memorable stay. The 70 or so steps to the beach is really a game-changer, the convenience to so many water activities was incredible. Coral House truly is paradise by the ocean and I’m coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great hotel for our needs. Clean rooms & the perfect size for us and our 2 dogs. Walking distance to the beach & everything else you could need. Rich & Cora were great hosts. We will return.

We have stayed here multiple times over the past 5 years. I love the historical significance here, and the convenience of being near the beach and in the middle of the Broadwalk with access to restaurants and shopping. I have never found the beach to be too crowded to find a spot, and I walk to the bench to drink my coffee every morning. Rich, the owner, has always been very accommodating. Its clean and quaint which I appreciate more than the overly commercialized large scale hotels. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at Coral House for 10 days for a long vacation to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. I can not begin to tell you how amazing our experience was!! Coral House is just a skip away from the beach and we found ourselves at the boardwalk everyday. It was located perfectly, being walking distance to great restaurants, convenience stores, places to shop, etc. We rented a car for our time down here so we could visit Miami and Ft Lauderdale and the hosts very nicely supplied us with parking passes. While parking is definitely limited due to the beach, we found it was never an issue for going out at night, but I would advise against mid-day errands unless you're prepared to park in a lot a bit further away. In the 10 days we stayed there, we were always able to find parking right next to Coral House. (Also worth mentioning that Ft. Lauderdale and Miami were under 40 minutes away even during peak rush hour which was great! Aventura mall was actually 20 min away and I found out they have one of two storefront locations for Farm Rio which I definitely recommend shopping at for a store that gives you a "Miami-feel") Now onto the room itself! We stayed in Room 12 which was really more of an apartment. There was a full kitchen including table and everything you need for cooking, as well as, a bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom faces the beach and is a dream to wake up to in the mornings. There was also a rollaway bed which we didn't use during our stay. The bedroom has a TV with all of the champion apps (e.g. Netflix) but we really only found ourselves watching TV one night out of our stay. There's no living room but you won't miss it as the room is plenty spacious. There's also cleaning supplies and we found the broom super helpful for cleaning up all the sand from the beach. The pricing for staying here was super competitive which I know as I did hours worth of research for booking so the rates are great! Now for our hosts! They are phenomenal. Truly everything you're looking for in great hosts. You can tell how passionate and caring they are in what they do. They both checked in on us frequently and were quick to respond to any of our questions or asks. They were also super conversational and we found that my husband and Rich have a shared love of karaoke, so we'll definitely be making another trip to Sweet Caroline when we're back and we will definitely be back! 10/10 would recommend and you wont be disappointed staying here.

My family stayed at the Coral House Hotel at the end of December and had the most wonderful, relaxing vacation that we had had in a while. Everything we needed was right outside our hotel door. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk that is home to many restaurants, stores, entertainment, and the beautiful beach. Rich and Rosa were exceptional hosts and offered us many amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They even invited us to a New Years Eve party they hosted on the beach! We had such a wonderful stay that we are considering another visit soon. I would strongly recommend the Coral House Hotel to my family and friends.

We stayed at the Coral House for a month after randomly stumbling upon Hollywood and not wanting to leave. It was perfect for us. Rich and Rosa are so friendly and accommodating. Rich knows everything about Hollywood Beach. The room was well equipped for a longer stay and the location can’t be beat. They allow pets and we made so many fast friends with other guests— we all shared a lovely Christmas dinner together! The vibe couldn’t be better!!!

This is my 4th stay here at this quaint little hotel surrounded by giants. So nice to see the owner Rich stayed and didn't get shut down by those towers all around him. Very clean, welcoming hotel with everything you could want and just a minute walk to the beach and restaurants along the broadwalk. And you couldn't ask for a nicer owner, Rich. He treats you like family and is always available to help you with any questions you may have about the area. I highly recommend this Hotel. 5*

Just had a amazing stay at the Coral house Hotel. First off, my wife and I were looking for a nice and quiet place for vacation that would be close to a beach. The Coral House Hotel literally puts you less than acouple steps away from putting your feet on the gorgeous Hollywood FL Beach! Rich and Rosa greeted us and gave us a tour of the historal Coral house. They were very hospitable and incredibly easy to get in contact with if we had any issues! They were very accommodating and even allowed us to keep our bags in their lobby since our flight didn't leave till later in the day after our check our time. Our room was clean and we had no complaints! This place is a must stay if you are visiting Hollywood Beach or even just looking for a getaway!
