I've been visiting this particular restaurant from my childhood days and it's always been reputable for great service. Although, It has been years, I went in with the husband for a late night AM visit a few nights ago and was happy to see the Service was still great. Our server which I'm sorry I didn't get her name, was so attentive as we needed items without even asking she would bring it right over, refills, more napkins, water, extra condiments... It was as if she was reading our minds ☺️ we enjoyed the place. It's a cozy place to get a bite to eat anytime of day or night because they're 24hours dining. Great seating distance from others and sanitized tables signs could be seen everywhere. The hot chocolate is a total 🎯 you just gotta try it. And if you love it... there's free refills on it too. Thank me later 😊 And I know there will be about a million contrary opinions but let me just say by far Denny's Pancakes are way better than Ihops... Hands down ... Any day ☺️. ( Although I love IHOP food too)

This particular location is super clean. The bathroom smells so good food comes out pretty fast. Nice and hot. Also, I wanted to mention at this location they very professional, polite and informative.

The waiter was a nice young man, but he had too many tables. My boneless wings were horrible, and they never have soup. Overall it wasn't too bad for my son and I grabbing a bite after hours.

My husband and I had a bad service today 9/14/23 our waitress name Alex didn't put our ticket in on time, we waited for 25 minutes,so we left before our food came to the table and the manager didn't do anything not good at all, we never had a problem with this location before today was the first encounter. But if you go to this location make sure Alex is not your waitress.

The food here was ok. It can use a bit of improvement. However, the staff was very attentive and catered to our every need without a hitch.

I eat here often and it’s pretty good! I went here tonight and was such a horrible experience. The blonde lady that waited on us was rude as hell. Charged for extra stuff that I never get charged for. She also said she doesn’t care if I never come back again which is rude and unprofessional. She also grabbed my plate while I was still eating and took it away. Stay away from this place people!!!! I can say I’m happy because they lost my business for good…… btw the blonde lady also charged for mayonnaise. I mean that’s absurd!!!! If u go here check ur bill and be careful people!!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! As soon as you walk in the smell of old mold is in the air, joins you at the table and doesn’t leave your side until you exit the restaurant. I ordered a shake for my son and the server brings it out overflowing to the side of the cup, catching the servers fingers and then spilling on the table. He simply cleans his fingers and walks away without even saying anything about it as if it was a normal thing for him. My sons cheeseburger had barely-melted cheese on it. My food seemed to be reheated and dull as he served it. That skillet didn’t even sizzle! It was dead. Everyone else at the table also didn’t like the food and complained about it. None of us could finish the plates we had in front of us. I decided to pay the bill and walk out without complaining to the manager because it wasn’t my first disappointed in this location and I had already addressed it before. I won’t be returning to such a place. That is a total waste of money and effort to have a night out with my family.

Really surprised I’ve been coming to this Denny’s for years an for the first time I have to say the treatment was horrible everyone had a bad attitude no greeting they sat me at a dirty table and the server was upset because I sat there .. Hello I did not seat myself, no placemat, no cutlery after 15 minutes as I was about to leave they asked me if I wanted something to drink or eat not in a good way and then just threw the napkins on the table. I guess the business doesn’t matter if one person leaves and never comes back but I refer a lot of people here due to my business and would hate for anyone to feel the way I felt that. It’s not free food I’m paying for a service. Food burned forgot part of my order etc......

As I understand at the moment the shortage in staffing and food due to supply chain. However, the service and food that we received was completely unacceptable. Service was slow and not very enthused to have to wait on us. Restaurant was empty so we were not sure why the slow service. I guess her conversation with the other associate was far more juicer that serving. Food was mediocre and service was unacceptable.

Great place, caring people and so many memories, my dad is 89 and needs TLC the lady took us to the table and was so attentive and right on it! Will be back soon

I love this store. Staff here is friendly and efficient. The manager is visible and even helps with taking orders. We drive from Miami Gardens to this location because the service is so good.

Our server Tammy is the best I've had the privilege of being taken care of in a very long time. She is very polite, professional and friendly. Makes sure your food comes out hot and exactly how you ordered it and continues to check with you to make sure everything is ok. She gets 5stars from me and I will definitely be going back to dine at Denny's and ask for Tammy.

Odd experience: I was the only customer in the whole restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. The food was barely ok: chicken sandwich was oozing grease, probably from using excessive butter. Service was ok. No plans to come back.

omg this place is very when it comes to the service, they never have shakes machine working, also they wanted to force me to eat something that i didnt like and honestly i ended going to another dennys location and there it was a different experience.

Plenty of parking spaces. Restaurant was very clean. I had great service. My food was hot and very good. Very attentive server. I will go back again.

The girl who waited on us was absolutely great, even though they were short handed. She did everything,took order,cleared tables all over the restaurant, she might of cooked. She is a very valuable employee that should be acknowledged for her great work ethic and was able to keep her cool while under a lot of stress. So please whoever reads this please let her know that people do notice and I hope management shows her some appreciation, a raise or promotion is in order. Ps I don't do reviews very much but she was great !!! Her name was Kaliyah , absolutely GREAT. Thanks Todd

Excellent service. Though they were short staffed. The manager herself made every effort to take care of the customers and get the meals out. Food was a delicious breakfast as always

Food was delicious. Environment was clean. I really enjoyed this place. Not really sure how busy it will be on the weekend but it definitely was relaxing on Thursday night.

The service is good but some of the things I wanted they didn't have like apple juice and Cranberry juice. The food was cooked good for me.

Usual late at night the one thay makes the burgers actually makes it with love and its freaking amazing! Every other time it hasn't been as good though..

This place went down hill it smells like rotten sewage by the restrooms and ruined my appetite right away. They need to fix this. And most of the food tastes like it has been microwaved ten times over. You have to be ghetto to think this store is decent anymore.

I can no longer get Waffles at Denny's. They were outstanding. Now my wife and I go to our neighborhood Internation House of Pancakes. I dislike going there but Denny's forced us to go elsewhere. We still go to Denny's for the slam that still draw us to eat now and then.

This was good but not all are the same we went here after we went to the one on 441. But was told that we would have to leave because they did not have a cook to make breakfast for us at that time. And this was only after we wait to be seated and placed are orders that we was told. The Denny's we had breakfast and service was ok I would of had more than one cup of coffee if I was offered a re fill but did not happen but I was happy to get a well cooked breakfast after all of this going on.Some one at corp.should care about how they are being represented it could be better.

How unprofessional are these guys… my wife and always eat at this dennys at 6am coming from work. She always eats the same thing whenever we stop.. salmon with fries and mash potatoes with gravy.. on this specific morning we went .. seated and ordered only to be told that there is no mash potatoes because the night chef didn’t make it and the morning chef is busy hence he said he is not making it either , because it was the night shift that should make it.. smh .. really.. Please tell this is not real!!!! The pettiness..I bought a skillet and got half skillet of oil..I am sooo disappointed burnt food.. like the chef is mad for some reason
