This
is
definitely
one
of
the
best
quest
diagnostics
locations
to
go
to.
I've
been
to
another
local
one
and
will
never
make
that
mistake
again.
They
always
take
you
in
very
quickly
here
if
you've
made
an
appointment.
I
gave
four
stars
because
I've
had
a
couple
of
issues
in
the
past.
One
was
it
was
resolved
fairly
easily
so
I
won't
go
into
more
detail.
The
other
issue
really
irked
me.
I
went
there
to
get
my
labs
drawn
and
after
almost
2
weeks
of
waiting
for
results
(I
had
to
chase
them
down
this
time
as
they
usually
only
take
3
days
to
show
up
on
the
portal),
I
noticed
one
of
my
ordered
labs
wasn't
tested.
It
states
"Test
not
performed.
No
suitable
specimen
received."
These
labs
were
nothing
out
of
the
ordinary.
Nothing
I
haven't
gotten
tested
before.
And
after
40
mL
of
blood
taken,
they
easily
should
have
been
able
to
run
all
of
the
tests
that
were
ordered.
Now
I
am
a
nurse,
and
when
something
can't
be
run
or
tested,
it's
either
because
it
was
a
bad
draw
or
because
the
specimens
sat
too
long
before
they
tested
it.
In
either
case
the
fault
lies
with
Quest
Diagnostics.
After
all,
THEY
drew
the
specimen
that
was
"not
suitable."
They
messed
up
the
testing
or
the
drawing
of
the
sample
and
should
redraw
and
re-run
the
test
as
it
was
ordered
by
the
physician.
This
is
what
I
have
to
do
in
these
cases
when
I
send
labs
for
my
patients.
In
my
case,
Quest
Diagnostics
told
me
I
need
to
get
a
new
order
from
my
physician
in
order
to
redo
the
lab
that
he
already
ordered
the
first
time
around.
This
is
extremely
unreasonable
since
you
have
to
go
see
a
doctor
again
to
get
a
new
order
for
a
lab
that
he
already
ordered
once,
so
you're
expected
to
pay
to
see
your
doctor
again
just
to
get
an
order
he
already
gave.
Quest
didn't
run
the
test
because
of
a
problem
on
their
end
and
won't
redo
the
test.
That
is
my
only
gripe.
Otherwise
this
location
in
particular
is
one
of
the
best.
