😠 Very rude staff every time I go there. Consistent terrible customer service is a standard at this location. Staff with zero people skills are talking down to every patient. Quest needs to look into their hiring practices and train staff on customer service skills and how to treat people with respect... People often mention appointment, wait, work, staff, time, front, Quest, test, blood, minutes,

The front desk customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. The ladies were not only rude to me, I overheard their rudeness to other customers needing help. After waiting for my name to be called for a Covid test, I was told I needed a doctors note or to pay online. The online booking did not ask for any of these things neither did it prompt me for any of these things. When I told the lady at the front she rolled her eyes and was of no help, said she could not see me. I ended up leaving and finding another location to get my test done. Something needs to be done about your customer service. You are dealing with people who are sick. Unacceptable. Will definitely not recommend this location. Such a shame.

My daughter Had an appointment today. Signed in with kiosk and after waiting over 20 minutes went to the desk. The receptionist said her name was called. Her name was not called and then she said they called her by her last name. They did not call her. She called me a liar and said that they did. She then proceeded to print off labels for her blood test. If they called her name why were the labels not printed. I do not appreciate being called a liar nor the rude staff. Will not be going back to this location. If there were another company to get my blood tests I would be going to that business. If I could give a -5 review I would.

Staff at checking in was unprofessional and unorganized. I was a walk in and prepare to wait… they said there kiosks wouldn’t allow walk-in check in to get in the cue. They took my phone number and said they would call me in 2 hours. I went to another quest 10 minutes away. Walked in checked in the kiosk and am now waiting in the waiting room with my name on the screen. The quest walk in process should be the same at each location. The staff didn’t seem to care

My mom went there for a test. The test results came back the next day, but I couldn’t check them right away because I was out of town. The next day I checked the test results on her MyChart portal. One value of her test results was so high that we had to bring her to the ER immediately because the result was 17 times over the normal value and life threatening. Turned out her test results were normal. Quest made a mistake testing and it seems like if you have a test result that is so high that you shouldn’t be alive, there is no mechanism in place to call you or your PCP to warn you. Zero points from me for double incompetence.

Consistently rude and uninterested staff who seem to see me as an inconvenience to their day. I am stuck because this is my closest location but I can’t believe that such a large company cannot train their staff to be more friendly.

Showed up on Saturday morning for a blood test for my son with no appointment (Saturday is an appointment-only day). Two individuals at the front. Empty waiting room - nobody is there. Possible there was a patient at the back. Asked if its OK to wait to see if there is a "no-show". Was told no and to come-back on a Monday-Friday. I indicated I'm willing to take my chances and wait - was again told no. Without any explanation it just appears that the individuals prefer to be sitting idle instead of helping a walk-in. Disappointing. Went to Labcorp instead.

My only concern and criticism I have is for the elderly. I had to meet my I laws there for their appointments because there is no one at the front desk helping them to check in they have to use that laptop to put in their information and my father in law is 88 years old and doesn’t know or understand how to use it. No one is there to assist or ask how to do it. It’s ridiculous to me. My father in law last time had to ask another person who was there for blood work to help him. The new technology is ok for the younger generation but come on it’s NOT for the elderly. Furthermore you ask them a question and they are so rude. Have employees there to help!!

Very rude and unpleasant front desk personal. This locations appears in the list of walk ins and when I got in they didn’t even want to help. She told me to make appointment, which first available end of July , and I specially came early to be able to do a walk in. Disappointing service.

My Wife and I went today (09/21/21) to get our annually Labs ( Routine) customer Service was great from the beginning! My wife is really afraid of needles and blood and MARIE G was an angel for her , my wife felt her kindness and that helped a lot.... Definitely best Quest we have visited and MARIE G best nurse. Thank you so much.

The person that attended me was very rude. She was not speaking clearly. I don't have a hearing problem but could not understand what she was saying. She was in a bad mood as she would not like her job and she said she had 14 years experience, she left a bug bruise in my arm and it hurt a lot. I would not recommend thus place, plus there was no one in reception, just a small screen to reguster. The seniors could not deal with thud.

This is definitely one of the best quest diagnostics locations to go to. I've been to another local one and will never make that mistake again. They always take you in very quickly here if you've made an appointment. I gave four stars because I've had a couple of issues in the past. One was it was resolved fairly easily so I won't go into more detail. The other issue really irked me. I went there to get my labs drawn and after almost 2 weeks of waiting for results (I had to chase them down this time as they usually only take 3 days to show up on the portal), I noticed one of my ordered labs wasn't tested. It states "Test not performed. No suitable specimen received." These labs were nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing I haven't gotten tested before. And after 40 mL of blood taken, they easily should have been able to run all of the tests that were ordered. Now I am a nurse, and when something can't be run or tested, it's either because it was a bad draw or because the specimens sat too long before they tested it. In either case the fault lies with Quest Diagnostics. After all, THEY drew the specimen that was "not suitable." They messed up the testing or the drawing of the sample and should redraw and re-run the test as it was ordered by the physician. This is what I have to do in these cases when I send labs for my patients. In my case, Quest Diagnostics told me I need to get a new order from my physician in order to redo the lab that he already ordered the first time around. This is extremely unreasonable since you have to go see a doctor again to get a new order for a lab that he already ordered once, so you're expected to pay to see your doctor again just to get an order he already gave. Quest didn't run the test because of a problem on their end and won't redo the test. That is my only gripe. Otherwise this location in particular is one of the best.

The lady that drew my blood today had such a nasty attitude, she should not work in healthcare , no one wants to see a sour face. If you hate your job go home!! I can’t belive this lady is employed attending customersshe should be behind a desk, give that attitude and rudeness to the computer! I suggest that quest diagnostics clean house at this location. Many reviews of people complaining about attitude and being unpleasant sorry but that can’t be learned or trained. You either have it or not.

Unsure of the phlebotomists name because she did not introduce herself, she was with another woman who didn’t speak any English, she was horrible and trust she is NOT training the other woman - first rule of phlebotomy don’t pull needle in and out clearly she does not know what she is doing or does it to inflict pain! Either way she should not be in a customer-centric position she has ZERO personal skills blamed me for the vein blow out need to find caring people not this sadist Spanish older woman her name begins with an M unfriendly, unprofessional, uncaring unqualified to be a phlebotomist

I had an appointment and I arrived 15 min early for my appointment. They couldn’t find me in their system. Thank God I had my phone with me because they MADE me prove that I had an appointment. I had gotten an e-mail and had that as proof. I had to show the e-mail as proof because they didn’t believe me. By this time a woman named Cecil had let 11 people go in front of me. Even after finding out that I had an appointment she let more people go in front of me! Probably out of spite because I asked her name. I’m going to try to stay as far away as I can from Quest in the future!!!!!!

Was in and out within 6 minutes of my 1pm appointment time. (Looked like walk-in had about a 10 minute wait time). Allison, who drew my blood, was friendly and quick. Overall environment was clean, professional, and efficient. Worth driving an extra few minutes.

Let’s be honest, when you think “blood draw” you’re definitely not thinking it’s a “5 Star” activity. However, Marjorie, the phlebotomist I saw today was amazing. I barely felt the needle and the multiple tube (for a checkup) draw was seamless. Unfortunately, I have had quite a few of these in my life, and this one was the easiest. She’s also very patient & kind. If you’re needle phobic she’s your woman! 👍 I’m thankful there are people who are willing to do this job because I never could & I don’t think the general public gives them their due. 🙏🏻

Disgusting customer service absolutely no empathy towards anyone .. this lady in the front I’m not sure if she was a front staff or just one of the phlebotomist listing announcements she had a mask and a face shield on a black lady forgive me I didn’t take her name she barely let me ask a question ;but the way she spoke to me with passive aggressiveness she told me twice I need to wait outside in car and a mask and I was still having a question about how to get a walk in appointment and then she said it’ll be about two hours or longer I asked her what if I don’t have a physical copy of my health insurance.. she stopped me and interrupted and said IT SHOULD BE IN THE FROONT OF YOUR SCREEN THERES AN OPTION THERE AND ITS THERE .. as if we all know as much as she does when that’s her job but not ours … she literally made me have my blood pressure go up from how rude she was speaking to me like I’m dumb for not seeing where exactly the kiosk lets you bypass the insurance . As a healthcare employee one should empathize and have patience regardless of how hectic the day maybe because each and everyone has a different day and you don’t know what the person is going through . Maybe she should just quit find a different job since it’s so obvious how much she dislikes her position . I left to a location in Weston and instantly spotted the difference the patience and the caring environment.

Marie took such great care of me. I typically pass out after giving blood and was nervous not being able to bring anyone in with my given the covid circumstances. Marie was quick and comforted me when I was starting to feel faint. She responded quickly and gave me ammonia and coached me through the whole ordeal. I was there 15 minutes after giving blood because I was have trouble getting up without feeling faint. Marie fanned me, made sure I had water, and made me feel comfortable. I could not thank her enough for the experience. I would highly recommend this location!!

Usually fine but no one works the front desk for customers to ask questions or facilitate the visit. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes because 'i should have told them what i was here for'... I would had you been working the front desk! They rely on a computer for check in and have lost the human-to-human factor.

Horrible. Quest has gone from doing walk-ins on Saturdays for ppl who have to work during the week to not having an appointment in three weeks. So I have a medical condition not related to Covid and I woke up at 6am to go as a walk-in because I cannot wait that long. After going through the efforts of having my sister come to stay with my kids they tell me they are no longer accepting walk-ins and I have to go back and make an appointment. And the place was empty. If it was super busy I’d understand but these places are usually pretty empty. I don’t see the need to make ppl wait that long for an appointment, and if you need Saturday you have to wait like three months.

I understand people make mistakes and try to walk-in on a Saturdays. But it's unnecessary to be argumentative. I didn't try to stay. A simple "sorry sir we don't accept walk-ins on Saturdays would have sufficed." Tried to set an appointment in the office while I was there and she stated "you need to set your appointment online, that'd be more work for us in the office if we did that."

They took a guy with a teen son without appointment that got there after me, both me and the guy were there right before 2:00 PM although I called before going. They randomly say no to me and they took him in… He had no appointment and he didn’t even call before going… The nurse didn’t even acknowledge my presence… After she sent someone to tell me that they were closed… Why did they take him and not me??? Who knows?

The staff moves at a glacial pace. Once it hits the 2 hour mark, I’m gone It’s ridiculous they cannot handle patients better

Will always give Quest Diagnostics 4 -5 stars. Excellent agency. Today giving a staff member Kia (Keisha) a grateful thank you as she did a one stick 10? vial blood draw. She also seems to have a powerful confident future. I wish that for her. The staff also saw the importance of allowing a young man to do his drug test so he could claim his new job. Was a good few hours. Good things!

I walk in no receptionist I try to talk to someone no one to talk to I put my info in the computer can't find it check my self to make sure I have an appointment and I do knock on the door someone comes that's a favor and answers go to the computer I say the computer doesn't work she says put it in as a walk-in I go put it in as a walking the computer says wait 60 minutes I have an appointment scheduled for in 5 minutes yet they still want me to wait 60 minutes thank them for the great service that they never give and probably never give before places like this close and understand what service is so others can learn what mistakes not to make. And just to add them not I bet you the employees that work there would care more when they won't have somewhere to work instead of disregarding the clients that keep this place running when they have a job.

Staff is so mean and rude. Dr sent me for a stat test and there were no appointments but it’s something I need to get done. They told me to wait outside and it’ll be more than two hours but the test has to be done by a certain time. The lady just rolled her eyes. Not good patient care.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. The person in the front is beyond rude and doesn’t care about any patient. I came just for a drug screening and I had to wait about 2 hours. They said to do an appointment but they don’t have availability for 2 weeks which I wouldn’t be able to wait. Everybody in my he waiting room was complaining for the same reason. Please, if you don’t like what you do, just try to get a different job.

After getting turned away by LabCorp for not having an appointment, we broke down (my car battery died) right next to a Quest Diagnostics. Seeing as we couldn’t drive any further for the next couple hours, we decided to see if they had any walk-ins available. Luckily, they did and we got the lab work done! Now I need to get my battery replaced 😅

the worst attention in the world. These people dont have consideration for children. I took my 4 year old daughter today, who was awake since 6:30 in the morning. It was 10:00 and they still didnt take us in. I talked with the lady next to the door. And i explained to her that my daughter that she hadnt eaten anything since she woke up because she was in fasting for the laboratory and that i was scared that my daughter would faint. They told me to wait and they would send me a message. They should put priority for the children here. Dont even think about me coming back for the next appointment, and to all those parents, i do not recommend for you.

Made an appointment spent the entire day fasting as required, I get to the office 45 minutes early, the office has a monitor advising the wait time. When I had 15 minutes to go, the staff advises all the customers in the waiting room, that their system is down and they can not help because they can not print orders. I can understand if your're a walk in but I had made my appointment , took time off from work. You would think knowing that you took the time to set up an appointment, they would take the time to print your order and have it ready for when you come in. I missed time from work, I had not eaten all day, I was treated with absolutely no consideration but with a simple "can not be helped" because I have no order. Didn't offer a solution, didn't apologize, just "can not help you" in a very nasty way. Very upsetting.
