Front desk ladies were helpful but when i met the Doctor Carlos Diaz, I felt like everything's was rushed. I hadn't seen a doctor in years and wanted someone to take their time with my chest and lung pains but he seen me and literally assets me for less than 7 minutes. Il be changing my doctor to another Sanitas Doctor that I liked better at a different location.

How does this place have so many good reviews? You can’t contact the specific office you make an appointment with. It’s almost impossible to make an appointment because every operator just hangs up midway through the call. I made an appointment for my newborn with a pediatrician just to have them leave me a voicemail saying they cancelled my appointment because i need to see a PCP and not a pediatrician. The appointment is for my son. Not for me. It’s absolutely ridiculous. When i called to sort it out they didn’t have any record of us. I’ve received emails and texts confirming my appointment before they left the message saying they cancelled. Completely unprofessional and they do not put patient first. Don’t waste your time

Katty is amazing. Very nice, easy to speak with and she makes you feel extremely comfortable. She's on point getting through registration paperwork and vitals. Its my first visit and I hope to have her to record all vitals before I see the doctor each time. Thanks Katty!

My mom was seen at this office today & she was more than happy with the service. Joshua was very helpful at the check in & check out; he even helped her book her appointment with Quest. This is what I call going out of your way. Rafael was super courteous, funny, knowledgeable & made her feel comfortable. Krantz, the Physician Assistant that saw her answered all her questions, concerns, gave her the referral she needed & even asked if she needed anything else lol, because the visit was so smooth. She stated she will be coming back & would really recommend this location.

Their Fort Lauderdale location is Useless from the manager down. they "forget" to send your prescriptions to the Pharmacy regularly. Get referrals are like pulling teeth (the DR's orders the referral then the office staff screw it up badly.) this location is awful by comparison to their other location's. Just go to this office and watch the clown show.

Frist we could not see our own doctor that we have been seeing for 3 years all of a sudden cant see our doctor. My appointment was for 1pm and hubbys was for 2pm. The np was late to see all of her patients over an hour late, they are over booking people. All about the money. Next year i will be leaving sanitas group completely

Dr. Quintero & the entire staff were extremely professional and polite. He explained everything and answered all my questions with patience. It had been years since I saw a doctor and I am happy to have found this place!

Good doctors group at Ft. Lauderdale location. Had an initial appointment issue but Antoinette at the front desk was terrific and worked her magic to take care of the problem. Dr. Diaz-Barcelo is a wonderful doctor, great bed side manner. Need a good doctor and company, I recommend Sanitas.

The entire team from beginning to end was amazing and very welcoming. Considering I haven’t been to a doctors office or medical center in over 10 years, they were great and gentle. I am very happy to have selected Sanitas. Also, Valentina and Dr. Evans were fantastic!

I was seen by Ubaldo Ramirez, they performed my check-in (blood pressure, questionnaire, ect.). They were very polite, cordial, straight to the point, but without making me feel rushed, which was nice. They also worked with me when answering the questions, since sometimes the answers can be not so simple, without making me feel dumb for not having a straightforward answer. Overall excellent job!

My experience at Sanitas med center is always pleasant, nurse Katty is gentle as they come and Doctor Charles is number 1 with your health, thank you Sanitas for always reaching out to me to make sure I stay on top of my health.

This place is amazing, very clean, Dr. krantz is really good Dr. The doctor assistant Katy and Ariel. Front desk Valentina and Dru are amazing.

Dr. Krantz was a kind and lively doctor. It was my first visit and he made me feel comfortable. The office is clean as well. The rest of the staff seemed friendly as well.

What can I say about this doctor office so many great things! I’m a new patient and honestly all my concerns are addressed (I’m not a big medicine taker so I prefer other options if possible) and they help me manage and set up and deal with all of them including therapy in Lieu of pills. I mean I got covid and dr called in a prescription for my cough 😷. Medical assistant Laura had called 2 days straight to get a hold of me to inform me of my prescription (can’t speak and been tired covid ) and doctor Carlos Diaz - Barcelo is just a joy very informative and listens to you! . These people go over an beyond for their patients and I absolutely adore that. Makes me feel like they care and we need more of that. The staff is amazing and kind just love everyone there! Great medical office, its clean, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. First, I was greeted by Joshua, he is friendly, efficient, and waited less then ten minutes to see the doctor.Then, Rafael who is the PA assistant took all my vitals sings, he was also very nice, had a smile seem to be happy to work there. Finally, I saw PA William Krantz, he is extremely knowledgeable, most important he has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this medical office. Thank you, all for all for your time and dedication.

I like this office a little better then plantation office. It doesn’t seem crazy. Joshua checked me in and was really nice. Rafael is definitely the person to see if your down. Such a bubbly loving personality. Dr krantz was awesome. He definitely cared about my concerns. To my fellow Google review readers, here is my honest review of this particular Sanitas location: I had been to other Sanitas locations before and have been less than impressed with the service; long waiting room times...doctors who want to be in and out the door...the typical experience. That is not the case with this Sanitas location at all. The receptionist, Joshua, was wonderfully warm and quickly checked me in. Within minutes I was in my own patient waiting room and speaking with nurse Veronica, who was very amicable and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Krantz has been one of the best healthcare providers I have met. He took the time to listen to everything I have to say, thoroughly explain why I may be experiencing the symptoms I am, and together we put a treatment plan in place. It was overall a great and actually enjoyable experience. If you are visiting a Sanitas center, do yourself a favor, and visit this one.

I couldn’t be more happy with my visit here. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The doctor was amazing and I felt truly cared about by the staff throughout the entire visit. I thought I’d have to be referred to multiple doctors but they were able to do everything I needed. Very thankful!

Every person I have dealt with at this Sanitas location has been polite, professional and helpful. I will start with front desk staff Kadien, who went out of her way to be as helpful as possible. Then I met with Dr. Goldman, who is a very knowledgeable doctor who was patient enough to call me many times, to my personal phone, to connect with me for an important medical issue. Then I was fortunate enough to be assisted by the location manager, Shannel, who personally emailed me many times about more than one issue and was thorough in getting those issues resolved for me. After that, I came in again to the office and was assisted most ably by another stand-out front desk employee. Her name is Keneisha and she was quite patient and thorough in resolving several issues that I needed to be straightened out. So, all in all, my experience at Sanitas Fort Lauderdale has consistently exceeded my expectations and I am very happy to have them as my health care provider. I recommend this location highly.

The lady in the reception is very knowledgeable, will help you with all your needs, just BE PATIENT and be cordial. I witnessed some patients being disrespectful and impatient towards her,she is ALONE and is there to help. BE POLITE, doesn't take much. The assistant/nurse and Doctor William Krantz, two gems. So helpful, upbeat, positive and proactive attitude. Simply couldn't get enough!! I had so many needs today and I felt taking care of and that I'm taking control of my health and my life. Thank you for a great experience to everyone. I truly appreciate all of you. The facilities are spotless, and we'll maintained,just go with time and be patient because the receptionist is there for check ins and out, new patients and old ones and THAT TAKES TIME.
