Where to begin... first of all the store moved at one point and Google shows it 2000 ft from where it is. They have a men's section and only 2 ties. Neither where they should be. There's no staff on the floor at all. I had to ask the lady working at the dressing rooms where ties are and she didn't know. They literally have pictures on the wall showing people wearing ties and they don't sell any. And then there's the sign on the door that says they are not taking any returns due to technical difficulties. Is the chain closing?the sign outside the store says they're hiring but I'd be hard-pressed to believe that

This was my first time shopping at TJ Maxx. My reason for coming here was that I had $50 in gift cards to use and I decided to treat myself to a couple of new outfits. Located in the Dania Pointe Plaza, TJ Maxx is a large store selling the following: * Clothing (for men, women, boys, girls, and baby) * Handbags * Jewelry * Perfumes * Hair care & hair tools * Skin care * Pet items * Shoes * Cookware * Home décor * Gourmet gifts * Toys * Intimates * Bed sheets & comforters TJ Maxx is similar to stores such as Marshalls, Burlington, and Ross whereas you literally have to go through each item of clothing to find a particular style and/or size; so you really need patience and time to shop here. The prices are moderate. My only problem was while looking in the intimates section, I saw a few bras which style and color I liked, but there were none in my size. Always my luck, never can find the cutest bras in size D. After browsing for about 25 minutes, I decide to try on some jeans and a dress in two different sizes. The female employee at the fitting entrance was pleasant. She counted how many items I had, gave me a number and allowed me to go into the fitting room which was very clean. I didn't like the fit of the dress and I chose two jeans with fit my body nicely. There wasn't a line at checkout so I got tended to quickly. Can't really say whether I'll be back to TJ Maxx any time soon, but who knows. Maybe I'll browse around again just to see what catches my eye.

The customer service in this store is amazing!!! They went out of their way to accommodate me with a problem to return an item. Thanks very much for being such a help!!! And the store in general is very nice, clean and nice selection of the merchandise.

I rarely shop here. I am more a Marshals guy even though they are owned by the same Corp. I will say T.J . Maxx must have gotten a new buyer. And the stores are looking better. This new store, nice. Very put together. I can't say I was shopping but my friend was. I liked the look. I would go back.

Nice TJ Maxx store. Clean and friendly service. Most items with reasonable price. Cashiers were great and efficient. The fitting room had wonderful service. Management with top notch. I recommend this store, to anyone. Family friendly. Disability parking available. Restrooms available. Disability entrance ramp available.

The two managers here were horrible and treated their employee very rudely in front of everyone. Went to pick up a couple of things I had on hold and they treated me poorly. Made it more complicated than it needed to be. I need to shoutout the cashier Luis for helping me and being so patient with the whole situation. He was amazing and I hated to see them mistreat him.

The store was clean & well organized. The layout was efficient & everything was pretty easy to find. The store associates were friendly & helpful.

They don't have as much nice clothes as they used to. Shoes have gotten really bad. Pocket books are nice.

The lady in the jewerly section Would greet other customers.when i attmepted to ask jer a question she would walk away midsentence. While Waiting for her 20 minutes to return. Would attend to other customers and ignore me.

Nice selection of home goods and women's clothes. Smaller selection of men's clothes. Merchandise is scattered so it takes a long time to search for what you want. Plenty of parking.

This TJ is very organized. Have beautiful seasons decoration. Autumn and Halloween are everywhere. Kitchen stuff, bags, cups, candies, etc. The employees are very friendly!

Needed clothes quite badly for an upcoming cruise and after trying six other stores I went in and I was able to find about 6 appropriate pieces of clothing for a woman of my age and body type and it reasonable prices

Definitely the biggest TJ Maxx I've ever seen! They have more snackies/food items than any TJM I've seen! It is huge, so give yourself an extra hour.

While in this store in dania Beach, I asked a young lady if she could help me since the other lady seemed to be busy talking personal business on the phone, which she did. While the young lady was helping me the lady came and pulled the A. A. Lady that was helping me and put her back on the register. I asked her why did she do that while she was helping me. Her exact statement was that I am a customer service manager and I don’t get on the register. What do you mean, I asked her? I don’t do that. Do you work in this store, how long have you been here? I TOLD THE EMPLOYEE TO HOLD YOUR HEAD UP HIGH AND NEVER EVER HAVE ANYONE HAVE YOU LOOK AT THE DIRT AND NOT AT THEM. You need to start training your outside employees that Slavery is No More, Regardless How You Look At It. Deuteronomy 28 & Psalms 83

Hallandale location is a new store, large and well stocked with Christmas gift items and decorations as of pre Thanksgiving Day

They didn't have everything I needed but I was still able to manage finding something. Check out was fast. Decent prices

Hispanic woman working jewelry section, was not polite nor helpful. She insisted I could not try on rings to make a purchase, but about ten minutes after she was seen allowing another customer to try on rings. It is disappointing as I have been going here for a few months and never had an issue. I honestly feel it was racism. Don’t think I will be back.

Lady working at the jewelry station today, 07/29/22, refused to let me and my love try on jewelry. We asked if we can try on a specific ring and her response was “no because…….. it says the size on the box” she couldn’t really come up w an answer. I spoke w a separate associate and asked if we are able to try on rings and she says yes. I don’t understand why we couldn’t try on jewelry? Especially after seeing someone else try on jewelry while we were in the beauty aisle. That isn’t okay. ❌

I loved shopping there! It was a enjoyable time .My sister and I spent big bucks there and our purchases were well worth it! I needed a slip/ half slip there was only one! But it was my size! Perfect! Please order more.💜💙🖤💚💛🤎🧡❤🌞🏖

People over the age of 15 might like the clothes better there, but other than the clothes it’s a really nice store

A little pricey lady working the fitting room seemed aggravated with the clothes I didn’t want that she had to put them back I said thank you she completely heard me and said that with just an aggravated look on her face. Suprise do they don’t give a discount for pants that are stained. Other than that a good store.

The woman’s washroom in this place is disgusting!!! There is paper all over the floor and stalls. There is one regular stall and one for disabled people . They are both filthy , one has feces on the front of the toilet coming down the side. I never ever would have believed that a store like Tj maxx would allow their washrooms to become so filthy. Does no one check on the washrooms? Unbelievable!! I will never ever come to this store again! Very bad management.
