Excellent service and amazing coffee. Good coffee is a lost art these days in the Starbucks era, but this place brings it back! Also “Matt’s favorite” sandwich was good for a quick bite.

The service was absolutely atrocious. I waited in line behind a elderly woman to buy a couple of cookies. Another lady came to the opposite side, and was waiting as well. when it was my turn to move up The other ladies quickly walked in front of me, like if I wasn’t waiting, and I said excuse me no response and the cashier said nothing. No biggie I’ll just wait again. A younger lady probably around my age walked up on the other side. When opportunity came for me to wake up she just jumped in front of me and I was like hello and the cashier said nothing and she just continued with her order. Service and people absolutely atrocious. I wonder if I was lighter skinned if it would be different. Not a place for me. Oh and it not the first time.

Was going to grab some breakfast before shopping . Noticed the sign on the wall advertising “Toasts and Açaí bowls “ but u fortunately they were not on the actual menu and when I asked about them I was told not available. Also there are 3 bikes in the middle of the floor. We saw 2 kids climbing on them and I said to my son that they are going to get hurt. Not more than 10 seconds later 1 of the 2 boys fell along with the bike. Didn’t seem hurt but not a good situation. A member of the staff came over to check . I mentioned that the bikes should not be there and there are no signs saying not to climb on them. The staff member didn’t seem worried but I’m sure someone is going to get hurt if the bikes are left there .

I go there every time I go to the mall, sometimes even when I don’t hace to go to the mall at all. The coffee is just great. Best in the area by far, it’s the only coffee shop here that have their own unique blend. Plus the vibe is awesome 🤟

really spicy chai :) loved it. i didn’t get the barista’s name, but he was really nice to me and my mom (even after she forgot to mention her coffee was supposed to be decaf, they changed it without a charge). i hope to come back soon.

I’d leave a decent review but I didn’t get to try anything as they don’t take cash. Everything seems nice but it’s a pretty bad business model not taking cash as you exclude a lot of overseas customers who travel with cash.

Getting here as soon as the mall opened so it was peaceful , no lines and probably just one other person with me. Like the ambulance of the place. Had a dirty chai , and I must say it was interesting since the coffee just had a kick of the spice from the chai at the end and it was enjoyable to sip on

After having a bad experience with Starbucks, the staff at Imperial Moto Coffee.make us the night, with a delicious hot chocolate and a perfect coffee Latte. We really recommend all to visit this friendly, cozy store next to Cheesecake Factory in the Aventura mall.
