Never get onions on my burgers. Even when I ask for extra onions they never put them on. Burger is wrong more often than its right.

So overrated. The food is in smaller portions and half the time cold or soggy when you get it. It's expensive. If you want a milkshake, there's better places to get one. Just go get a tub of your favorite ice cream!

Was passing through this town and my kids wanted ice cream and sonic is our go to place... We waited at the outside table for 10 minutes and people pulled up into the stalls and got served and not once did anyone speak to us or answer us when we pressed the red button. Very poor service and I'm always the first to give someone a chance.

I placed my order 2 #2 with everything 1 #7 ketchup only we go a #1 kepchup only & 2 #2. We reorder and still got it wrong. It wouldn't have been a problem but we took the food back to our hotel that was not even close to each other.

Their food is usually good except for those Sweet Pickles they put on the your hamburger...That is not good what so ever...It takes away flavor from the burger..

Great drink combinations, plenty of menu Choices. Service was fast. Really good visits no complains. Little better than 4 but just below a 5 star visit

Every single time I take my g kids there after 3:00 pm our orders are ALWAYS WRONG so if u go after 3 be prepared to go through drive thru 2xs or be stuck in a bay for about 45 min waiting on a correct to finally arrive! However day shift is ok fast and friendly service

i ordered a reese’s blast and paid for extra reese’s, then received it and it was all ice cream with reese’s sprinkled on top. i pulled back around and was made to pay for more.

Joyce Holcomb is a very kind competent server/car hop. She always smiles and makes sure orders are accurate and complete. Love it when she serves us.

Just your average fast food joint. They do their best and sometimes they mess up. Good overall not incredible. Be wary if you order a shake they mix your toppings in because teenagers don't know topping means on top. Otherwise great
