I had a wonderful first time experience and Olga really went above and beyond in trying to make that happen! Got a full acrylic set $55 and the Venetian Spa Pedicure $50 The acrylic set came out gorgeous !!! Olga is really detailed and highly skilled not only in laying the acrylic but also in shaping it to make sure the final result is natural, well done, and made to last on the even the busiest hands. I really liked that she was patient and really listened to my preferences and even asked me for feedback. This kind of attention really makes all the difference when you like things a certain way !

We made an appointment because we were desperate to do our hands. My nail tech David was great at first I was skeptical because not everyone can do dip nails correctly. They came out great, thankfully. On the other hand my sister did her hands and feet.Her nail tech (white) didn’t do such a good job. Other than taking forever for regular mani and pedi her nails came out horrible. The places inside is beautiful and smells great. Staff was welcoming and nice. You do have to pay for parking they do not give you a discount for the garage.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m just so disappointed by the quality of this Venetian Nail Spa. This is the second time I come here. And the second time their quality disappoints. It seems like they hire technician not based on their skill sets but based on how fast they can complete a job. The first picture was taken 3 weeks ago, the same day I did my nails there - look at the quality and “skill set” of their technician… I could have done that myself. The second photo was taken today. The tech rushed removing my gel polish, and left my nails looking bumpy… and they dare to say the way it was done and left is normal. I live in Midtown, and with the amount of other nails spas here, I definitely won’t be coming back to Venetian.

This place is clean but the techniques are very juvenile. I went in for gel Mani/ regular pedi on Friday. By Monday nails started bubbling and chipping away. I asked for sheer pink 1 coat they applied 2. They don’t listen or accommodate client request properly, and the service was sub par.

First, while getting my pedicure they soaked my fingers in acetone for an HOUR…. My skin is super sensitive now and STILL wrinkly and damaged - its been 24 hours since i got them done. The gel from my big toe was uneven and peeling off the next day. My acrylic nails were filed SO narrow that it is supppper un natural and my skin in filed off and burns. I paid $155 in total and plus $30 tip. NEVER AGAIN

I mean.. the nails speak for themselves. A bit on the pricey side but honestly worth it. I think my nail tech was Evelyn or Erelyn (sorry) but I’d highly recommend! Made my vision come to life :)

Glenda is the best ! Always works with exceptional professionalism. My nails last up to a month without chipping! Salon is clean and the staff of very nice.

Reimon did amazing services on my full sets on both hands and feet. I got a pedicure with acrylic full set on toenails as well as fingernails. She was very detailed and thorough. I’m very very particular about my self care services and Reimon definitely exceeded my expectations.

I had a great experience here with Yuritza. I removed and put on gel on both my hands and feet. She was very sweet, the chairs were super comfortable, it didn’t take super long and I was very satisfied with my service.

I recommend Olga for any nail service. I’ve done Pedicures, gel and acrylic nails with her and just beautiful results. Plus she is very sweet and welcoming.

I'm changing my rating to one star. My experience with a pedicure was highly frustrating. My nail tech was extremely stubborn about being sanitary, which should be a non-negotiable and not a push. The job she did was poor, as two toe nails were partially painted instead of painting the full toe nail. I included pictures. My first experience here with Glenis was great but this nail tech had an attitude, was unprofessional & unsanitary, and did a poor job painting the nails. I will get her name. The employee number on the receipt is 183288114. I am hesitant to return to this location.
