    How horrific does a driver have to be for me to write a bad review on Google? Maybe learn the rules of the road, perhaps some decency or a little road etiquette!? A black Cadillac Escalade sped past me in Aventura while I was driving on 183rd St. minding my own business. Your driver sped into my lane from the right turning lane while I was driving straight, causing me to swerve into the next lane and almost hitting another vehicle. There’s a reason why the city draws lines on the actual road! The lines are an indicator if you’re allowed to turn or go straight in those lanes. Please train your drivers and good luck selling your condos.

    Lived there for 6 month. Building is awesome. Team is great BUT the residents are full of hate. They have an own gossip WhatsApp Group and hate all day. Also the board is discriminating. My wife was discriminated because of wrong bathing suit. Nobody saw her at 7 am at the pool. They stalked her IG. Just ridiculous. If you look for peaceful and happy Place then stay away from PRIVE. It’s not all good what shines. Sad 😢

    Amazing place, just a big defect. The sound insulation is really bad. 2 Millions for hearing my neighbor's heels, no thanks!

    The luxury condo penthouse I visited was stunning. The outdoor terrace view is spectacular. These Luxury Estate Condos are in a class by itself. You will own a piece on that island. The amenities are amazing. ”Your lifestyle, Your Dream, My mission” -RAD

    Gorgeous and very well-kept facilities. As a guest in the library, I was welcomed by polite valet, friendly security personnel and had a pleasant meeting at the library.
