Look. I love this place. Going to see my doctor there was amazing… staff is lovely. The whole place is very clean, efficient, and friendly. I also felt like I got great care there. That being said; y’all are threatening to send me to collections for a $25 charge? That is INSANE! Y’all need money that bad? You want to compromise my credit, my ability to buy/rent a home, my ability to get a job… for $25? If you need the money that bad please just charge me at the door of your place. I don’t even know what the $25 was for, I don’t care… you can have it, I just sent it. Hate leaving a negative review but I also hate a company coming for my livelihood over a few bucks. Everything has been just fine up until this last month. Seems to be that they have a new manager or front desk staff. Everyone seems to me to not care about the well being of the patient. They do not offer telemedicine visits for individuals and do not accommodate after hours if feeling sick or needing help with something. They just DON’T care - how is it possible that your office closes at 5 PM & the last visit for the day is at 3:45 PM. I will no longer be using this practice! My primary doctor has been great! I never had any issue with her at all - it’s just the office staff they ALL just make you feel so unwelcome.

I guess things become short-lived at times. When I first started coming here. Things were fine, but I quickly found out that some of them are liers. Wish that I never left my old doctor. Will never recommend someone to this office and wish I could rate as a zero, but sadly cannot. Wish you luck. Those of you who will go to this office and maybe it just me that they wanted to push to the side or save their own behind.

I'm constantly getting bills. All I had done was some lab work and an appointment to go over the work. I keep getting bills and I have insurance. Update: dealing with insurance companies and billing can be challenging. The staff at Associates MD, got it resolved with a happy outcome. Thank you Associates MD for taking the time for following up with me.

Every time I come to this office, the girls in the front Gina, Allyson and Danna are amazing. They are very helpful and patient. The office manager Jessica is very pleasant and always there for me to assist me in anything. The medical assistant Julie is always making sure I'm okay and makes sure I understand everything and makes me feel great being here. This office is great and I always enjoy coming to this office and always leave happy, they treat me like family. Thank you.

Doctor Maria Alejandra James is by far the most extraordinary caring doctor that I have met in my entire life and I'm 66 years old so that says a lot! She truly takes the time to ask questions, to listen and to give you feedback And she does so in the most caring and compassionate way. I have never felt so much like a cared for patient vs just a number with her. Love her!

I'm a fairly new patient but have had excellent care . From the front desk ,nurses and Dr Zelch my experience has been spot on! I am on my way to improving my health with their guidance and look forward to more excellent care.
