I love this place. It's so relaxing and the service can't be beat. Stephanie helped us choose our drinks and gave us all the time we needed. I will be back!

Edit: This was just an empty 5-star review when the owner left their positive response, so they're definitely very responsive with feedback, which is awesome. The bartenders are just as kind as well, and the environment is super chill. There's also plenty of electrical outlets on the consumer-facing side of the bar, which is very accommodating for laptops and such. There's a pool table as well. Great place overall.

Island Root has the best Kratom tea around. Good strength and taste. And the bartenders here are really friendly and welcoming. Great tea and good community. I literally drive out of my way to stop by.

Visiting this kava bar and having Clara as our bartender was a 10/10 experience. Her friendly demeanor and enthusiasm made us feel right at home. The drinks she served us were strong (to my liking) and affordable! She tailored them to our preferences perfectly. I recommend this bar for anyone looking to have a fun chill spot to hang out and decompress either alone or with friends.

If you're looking for a fun, laid back environment after work and on the weekends this place is it! Stephani is an amazing kavatender. She makes these really great tasting mock tails and provides suggestions for new comers. I have brought several friends here and they've all loved it!

Honestly, I've been to plenty of kava bars in the last 5 years, but something about this one just hits different in a very positive way. From the fantastic (and delicious) drinks, to the top notch service. The pool table is also incredible. Between pool tournaments, trivia and other events they've been starting up, there's literally so much to do. I had so much fun here and the bartender Stephani was mostly responsible for that! She's one of the sweetest people i've met in the community and her service is superb. She's quick with taking orders and every time I order, the quality stays just as consistent. Thanks Stephani!
