Great place with adequate inventory, phenomenal pricing without the pushy sales staff. They will definitely be getting our hard earned green backs after shopping around! Update: Twenty weeks after purchase and 2k down, we are still minus a spa as well as a production date (promised 8-12 weeks factory to home). Paid a few grand to expedite paver installment bases on original delivery date from the factory and not single f&ck was given when I escalated to managent. Just be transparent that's all us honest folks ask for. I will be cancelling your top of the line spa this week if someone can't show some backbone and be accountable. Shame on your whole organization for lack of transparency and the willing to give a refund at the slightest kerfuffle. To think we just wanted an awesome tub and now here we are....step up and be transparent, y'all owe it to us at the very least!

We bought an Aqua Living spa and after delivery on Nov 14, 2022, we could not get the spa to work. After patiently working with LPI, the spa was finally repaired on Jan 17, 2023 by Mark/Hot Tub Solutions. ***** Price of spa - best in town (Aqua Living) * Warranty - either parts were not shipped or incorrect (Leisure Products Inc) *** Repair- took 2 visits (Hot Tub Solutions)

I went to all the spa places in town. Aqua Living has the best prices, best selection, and best service. And we love our new hot tub! Mike is the best!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I bought a spa and thought I had a good deal. I didn't. The electrical and or one of the pumps went bad. I tried to get them to repair it as it's under warranty. They said I needed a 60 amp connection and my wiring was bad. I had the electrician come out twice and check the electrical. They even took the panel off the Jacuzzi and said it was Either the electrical for pump two or the whole pump was bad. We checked the amp requirement for the hot tub and the panel on the inside of the hot tub/jacuzzi said it needed a 50 amp connection - not 60. And the wiring I had installed on the breaker box was installed perfectly. So they lied about those two things. The wiring was good and the 50 amp breaker box was what was needed. I even went to the store and asked the salesman - and he agreed. The 50 amp connection was installed correctly and that's what was required. The just didn't want to honor the warranty. AGAIN, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased my hot tub 2 years and 2 months ago the sales man told me that my hot tub comes with a 5 years completely covered warranty. I went to use my tub last week and it had kicked the breaker I opened the side panel and the speakers were leaking water all over the control box so I called to get it repaired and I was told that after 2 years the warranty only covered partial parts cost that in fact the warranty does cover parts and labor but only for the first 2 years if they want to run there company that way there salesman shouldn't have told me that it was fully covered parts and labor for 5 years I'm very disappointed especially since the speaker leaking problem was a factory installed part and you can tell it had been leaking for months. I definitely don't recommend that anyone should ever purchase anything from this company

Had problems with the first hot tub they quickly replaced it with an upgrade. Wow. Didn't even expect that, we liked the first one. Can't say enough about Ben are sales man. He even tried to talk us into a less expensive model than we got. I tell anyone and everyone about how good we were treated and on the money they are. Props to Eric. I have been searching for a new hot tub for months. I found all the local dealers very high priced and not very helpful or knowledgeable. I went to Aqua Living in West Melbourne and spoke with Ed. He was extremally knowledgeable and helpful . I'm very happy with the product and service.

We bought an Aqua Living spa that was delivered and we cannot get it to work properly. I called at the South Wickham store in Melbourne and was given a phone number for the factory. It just says that they can't be reached from our location. We need someone to troubleshoot for us , my husband is unable to follow even the slightest direction and I am unable to see up close. So far, we've had little luck getting any real help.

We had been shopping for a hot tub for a few months. We even went to those high price so called hot tub expos. When we returned to Aqua Living in Melbourne we found Ed to have exceptional hot tub knowledge and listened to our needs unlike others that told us what we want. The whole process was flawless.
