I have gotten Botox and lip filler done here at least 5 times. The Botox is either extremely watered down or they’re using terrible products. The last straw for me was I got 40 units and not one part of my forehead was frozen… I went back for my two week follow up and they did another 40 units- literally nothing!!! I am extremely frustrated that I’ve spent tons of money on their Botox to only be left with no results. I have gotten filler from here as well and when Denise was there it was wonderful! Now the injectors are uneducated, rude and have no clue what they’re doing. I did bring this up to them and they said they were going to send injectors to further training. One of the girls who’s still injecting who ruined my lips is still there and still not properly trained. They’re very rude in my opinion. It’s sad because I really gave them multiple chances & have been let down each time. I wouldn’t recommend this place unfortunately I think it’s ran poorly, staff is rude, injectors are uneducated and the products are either watered down or not actually what we think we’re paying for.

Wish I had read more of the reviews before I went. I arrived at 11:40 so I could fill out any necessary paperwork prior to my appointment at 12pm. I was not provided with the paperwork to sign until 12:15. I was then shown to a room where I thought my injector would be meeting me shortly after. I proceeded to sit there until 1:20 when Michelle came in and said "come with me." There was no "thank you so much for your patience, we're super busy today, I'm so sorry to keep you waiting." Her demeanor was very blunt and not hospitable at all. When we spoke about types of filler I told her that I have done juvederm and kysse. She mentioned a new filler that I have not heard of before and when I asked what the difference was and why it was preferred all she said was "I just love it." When selecting a doctor/nurse whether it is aesthetic or not, I like to feel confident in their knowledge and capabilities. When I ask about a new filler, I would hope there is a better explanation than "I just love it." When I have had filler in the past I have always been offered tools to help with any discomfort such as a stress ball, which I had to ask for. At the very end of my appointment I checked out and there was no "thank you for coming... we appreciate your patience, etc." Overall, it was a super disappointing experience and I was really looking forward to trying a new place for injectables. I understand that people have off days, but it wasn't just one isolated person or event. The whole experience could have been greatly changed had some appreciation for the customer been shown. I'd also like to note that there was another client who had told the front desk she was taking off work to make this appointment because she was also kept waiting.

What a beautiful and clean and big Medspa this is! I go to Emily, who is a nurse practitioner there, and she did my Botox twice now. I am absolutely in love with the results. I highly recommend booking with her!

I’m a 3x returning loyal customer & I will keep coming back to them! From my very 1st visit in 2023 till now, they always treat you with very much care. They take their time and they explain everything to you and will only give you safe advice. Michelle was great and she’s very knowledgeable, I had a few initial concerns and she was able to be very thorough with me. It’s very important when doing any type of medical services to make sure you are comfortable. Overall I’m extremely happy with my services, I’ve done the weight loss shots & lip filler, and I am in LOVE.

I went to Emily for Botox and she was wonderful!! My jaw pain from my TMJ is totally relieved! Kayla at the front desk was super sweet & welcoming too!

First time at Cosmetica Med Spa and I had a pleasant experience. My childcare fell through for my consultation appointment so I had to bring my two young children along. They were welcoming and did not seem to have any issues with my situation. My only complaint is the wait time. I understand they have a new system and needed different forms filled out, I just wish I could have done that prior to my appointment. Otherwise, I will be back!

I’ve gotten my lips done twice and it has truly been the best experience! Elena was amazing and made me feel so comfortable explaining the process the whole time. I even brought back my friend the second time. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to get your lips done

Won’t be going back. Staff is rude and pushy. The injector came in and immediately told me I had to do 2 syringes, even though I’ve always done 1 syringe split between 2 areas. She goes “okay fine, we can do 1”. Duh. I’m not paying for 2 when I don’t need it. My lips are uneven. Barely but I can still tell. She rushed out after she finished- didn’t show me with a mirror and didn’t ask if I liked them. Just left because she knew she messed up. I think her name was Emily, Hispanic looking lady with blonde hair. This is the second time they’ve botched my lips. Go somewhere else!

This Medspa is absolutely amazing. I’ve been twice for both fillers and Botox. The staff is so nice and very welcoming. The spa itself is totally beautiful and upscale but the pricing is very good. The person doing my injections was extremely thorough and very skilled. I did not have one bruise which is definitely out of the norm. I would highly recommend this Medspa to anyone who is interested in these services done. I will most definitely be returning in the future.

I’ve been here multiple times and other than my injector who longer works there the experience here is not pleasant. I have to wait 45+ mins in the room every time before I’m even greeted by someone. My recent injector didn’t even spend 2 mins asking my concerns, she came back in with my Botox and quickly injected my face not even symmetrical and then said I was all done. It feels like a factory, I won’t be going back here. If you want someone to listen to you and address your personal cosmetic concerns do not come here.

Worst med spa experience ever. I'm disappointed with the fillers I received – the results were far from what I expected. Lumps and bumps all over… I waited the full 2 weeks as recommended and it still looks horrible. Additionally, the consistently long wait times of over an hour per visit were inconvenient and frustrating. The owner Dina is clearly unqualified to run a med spa. I felt it's important to share my experience, hoping improvements can be made.

What can I say? First you see that I do a facial aesthetic procedure and I am very happy to have chosen Cosmetica Med Spa!! The professional Dr Michelle Valle is incredible! lighter, more attentive and excellent professional! I can't pass up the incredible service!
