The leasing agent by the name of Marc T. Was of excellent help during my moving process. I went to him no luck in site and he got the job done. He gave me all the information I needed to apply for my place and was very adamant about getting the process started being that he was looking in the best interest for my daughter. We started the process right away and no later than 3 weeks I was moving into an apartment for me and daughter. Marc T made sure it was up to standards and of my liking. I am very appreciative of his on demand services and hospitality..

Marc T has been very helpful since the day he helped me to find a place for me and my daughter. He is very respectful and kind and always ready to help. He took his job very serous. And the staff of the cypress is amazing as well.

I would love to leave a Review because they deserve it. I want to thank Miss Tina and her team for everything they have done to help me and my children have a roof over our heads. I came here 6 months ago desperate for a home for my children. I was in the worst situation a mother can go through with her children. Miss Tina is a blessing for this community she went beyond to help me move in. She cares so much for the people you can tell she loves her job you can tell she is a people person. She did her job she did what she supposed to in order to help me move in. The day she gave me my apartment keys I have cried so much because people like miss Tina you won't find much around. Besides that part I love the apartments they are beautiful they are well taken care of. The property is so quiet and peaceful. The property is so clean and I love that when you have a concern the maintenance team always respond fast and the leasing team are so nice and polite. I can truly say I feel safe in these apartments is a beautiful place to live and very comfortable. I love the children park and the pool nice and clean everything about this place is awesome I love the changes that they made to better the community. The security team they have at the gate are awesome like I said is a safe place for me and my children I am very grateful for this place I wouldn't ever move from here. The apt are beautiful the grounds are well taken care of there's always a landscaping team taking care of the lawn you don't see garbage around the grounds very clean. I can't complain about anything. Thank you Miss Tina for caring so much about the people. It's not just a job and get paid for her she actually poor out her heart to help everybody she does care and she does care giving all she have for theses apartments. We need more people like her. Thank you to the leasing team and the maintenance people they are so nice they always say good morning to me every morning they make you feel welcome I can't truly say " this is Home " Thank you Guys may God bless you all keep up the Good work you guys put a smile on everybody.

Bernie in the front office has been not only outstanding but extremely helpful since I moved into my apartment. He’s a perfect fit and a great representation of outstanding customer service and southern hospitality.

Went to theCypressGrove Back To School event. Miss Tina is so sweet and caring…she is the best hostess. She made sure everyone was having a great time and got fed. It was a great event.

Staying at Cypress Groove is a pleasure. I have great neighbors. all the staff are great from the security said they clean into the maintenance. everyone is friendly and very helpful. everyone in the leasing office is great especially the property manager, Miss Tina. She’s a great listener. She’s always someone you can count on if you need her. I would recommend anyone to live at Cypress Grove.

We have had the pleasure of working with Tina as a vendor at two of the outreach events hosted by Cypress Grove. The communication and professionalism has been remarkable each time. It was very refreshing to witness her personable approach with the tenants of the Cypress family. Then genuine concern for this community was felt! Thank You for allowing us to participate!
