I
was
sent
a
bill
12/15/2019
and
started
on
a
payment
plan
for
59.95
for
24
months,
around
December
1st
2020,
the
money
didn't
come
out
of
my
account
that
day
so
i
called
the
very
next
day,
they
said
they
sent
it
to
collection
because
they
got
a
new
payment
provider,
and
that
I'm
lucky
I
called
because
they
can
get
the
account
back
cause
its
only
been
in
collection
for
2
days.
She
said
(Joyce)
it
would
take
a
while
to
get
back
into
their
system
to
call
12/04/2020,
so
I
called
again
and
she
said
it
is
still
not
in
the
system,
call
next
week.
So
again
I
called
12/07/2020
spoke
with
a
guy
this
time
(didnt
catch
the
name)
and
he
told
me
that
the
account
isnt
in
the
system
but
i
should
make
a
payment
to
keep
it
current
(so
i
did),
then
I
gave
them
the
holiday
break.
I
called
01/04/202
and
guess
what
MY
ACCOUNT
still
wasnt
in
their
system
a
month
later
(spoke
to
Rosemary
this
time)
she
said
shed
have
to
ask
for
her
supervisor
why
this
is
happening
I
am
going
to
call
today
(if
it
isnt
fixed
I
will
be
asking
for
the
manager).
They
are
just
giving
me
the
run
around.
