Same experience. Paid this invoice three years ago and they’ve just now sent me to collections. Never once received a bill indicating I owed anything since making the payment. Called to get a copy of the itemized invoice and balance and they said they’d send it to me. Never received anything, even after verifying my address. Disputed the derogatory mark on my credit report and it has since been removed.

Complete disaster of an office. Every service provider at the hospital billed the correct address except for this group and now we are in collections and no one can assist with payment. Their billing group is run by idiots.

I was sent a bill 12/15/2019 and started on a payment plan for 59.95 for 24 months, around December 1st 2020, the money didn't come out of my account that day so i called the very next day, they said they sent it to collection because they got a new payment provider, and that I'm lucky I called because they can get the account back cause its only been in collection for 2 days. She said (Joyce) it would take a while to get back into their system to call 12/04/2020, so I called again and she said it is still not in the system, call next week. So again I called 12/07/2020 spoke with a guy this time (didnt catch the name) and he told me that the account isnt in the system but i should make a payment to keep it current (so i did), then I gave them the holiday break. I called 01/04/202 and guess what MY ACCOUNT still wasnt in their system a month later (spoke to Rosemary this time) she said shed have to ask for her supervisor why this is happening I am going to call today (if it isnt fixed I will be asking for the manager). They are just giving me the run around. Horrible service

The billing is terrible. I gave birth in 2018 & today 03/2021 I am receiving a bill from a debt collector after the balance was already paid. They also submitted it in 2019, so it fell into the new year it went under a new deductible.

These people are bad they send me to collections because of 6K that I've NEVER ever received any bills from these guys!! The last time I was in any hospital was in 2017 and I don't have any phone number to call them.
