    Sadly, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with a Ford service center - I've used two different dealerships in South Florida beforehand. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday at 1:00 pm to have my A/C repaired, as the fan worked but no cold air. By Thursday, I received information that my car would be done by Friday...but it would have been around $3,000. I needed my car by Sunday, as I was leaving the state...so I agreed for the work to go ahead. Friday - Not done... Saturday - Tech was off for Personal Day (No work completed on the car) Sunday - Closed Monday - "Another part is broken....$900 more than we expected..." And the car was done about 2 weeks after I first dropped it off. What happened with the one day and $3,000? After about another week, the car was done but I was unable to pick up the vehicle due to being away. I gave them notice and I wasn't charged the storage fee...yet I had a rude comment from the manager when I returned to pick up the car, as the quality of work was horrible - Especially for over $3,500 after everything! I received my car with dash pieces that weren't fully clipped back into place, three broken blue clips inside the car, my items in my backpack, damaged window tint, a broken circle air vent, and my floor mats in the trunk?! Despite this, the dealership came me some money off...yet I wanted my car to be done right. I was told I could leave my car again, but I need my car for work. Overall, my service advisor was great and helpful...but the tech and the manager could have cared less! Update - 7/31/2023, I have called three times and I’ve been unable to get through to speak with anybody at the dealership. If you would like to give me a call, my phone number is on file. I’ve uploaded some pictures as well. I wish I took more pictures of the car when I picked it up.

    I had a pleasant experience selling my car here. It has been pretty quick and everyone has been polite and professional not to mention I have been to half a dozen dealers and they by far gave me the best/fair price for my vehicle. I worked with Alex and Abraham. Thank you!

    The best car buying (trade in) experience I have ever had. Julie Garcia went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure the experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. After working with Julie, I personally view her as an angel with divine energy, and professionally view her as a HUGE asset to your brand and dealership. THANK YOU JULIE & AUTONATION FORD MARGATE!!! I have an additional shout out to Kevin in Service for on-point service and customer communications, I was def not an easy one and he handled it gracefully and professionally with a smile. Y’all really have it going on there, thank you!

    Unfortunately this place is not getting any better, I purchased a brand new pick up truck and after a few months I have trouble using my phone ,it some sort of static, any way, so I made an appointment last week, and I decided to have oil change, when I was there I was informed that the truck is has a recall that needed to be fix. Of course they didn't fix the radio, instead they give me another appointment for this week. To fix the radio right..... drop the truck and I was told that the truck need to be on the shop for two days... now you are telling me that it will take two days to fix a radio... o yes because it is an electrical problem, don't you should have told me before You guys make the appointment so I can prepare myself and try to figure it out what am I going to drive to be able to go to work. So I went inside and ask for my truck back. A brand new Ford pick up truck already has electrical problems....Oh yes I almost forgot I call and ask to talk to the manager..... well it not possible, I'm going have to call back at 10 am, now is 848 am. Because managers are at the shop at 10am...... At the beginning just to make an appointment it was very unpleasant speak with the people who made the appointment, now the one who received my truck, totally unprofessional..... I can see me speaking whit the manager it won't be any different from all of them. So if you are thinking on getting any kind of service from this dealer, please read this review and be aware of what is going to happen. I will call at 10 am when the manager show up and I will review it again....please autonation send me the email and ask me how was the service.

    Although financing as we all know does take some time. Jordy the car salesman was fantastic to work with. I couldn’t choose which car would benefit me more and he helped me with pros and cons. I’m so happy with my purchase. Thank you Thomas in finance for helping me. Most of all thank you Jordy for the great shopping experience. Can’t wait to buy more cars from you.

    AutoNation Ford Margate provided a worthwhile venture as we found a great pre owned vehicle and purchased it at a reasonable price. Oscar, our sales rep, pulled up and we test drove with my family together and we all basically agreed that we really liked this 2017 Ford Explorer XLT and probably should buy it. Well, we did. Thank you staff including Oscar, Matt, Jack and Vasil for giving us a streamlined and even memorable experience and for selling us a vehicle that we really love. Go AutoNation Ford Margate and DRV PNK! ⚽️

    Had a great experience with the purchase of my new F150. My sales person Jerome was very familiar with the vehicle which made my decision easier. The sales and finance managers were great to work with and I'm happy with my truck. The process was simple and quick and by far the easiest auto transaction that I have been through.

    I highly recommend Noel Mercado. He doesn’t play the typical car salesman games. Very professional. The team here from start to finish were excellent to work with, got me into my new Explorer with an out the door price that I was happy with. They didn’t play the “what do your payments need to be” game. My next car will definitely come from here!
