A slice of America, the feel that cracker barrel gives. Good ol'country looking restaurant that serves amazingly delicious food. Highly suggest using their app, saves tons of wait time. It gets really really full! I feel it gets so packed it's hard for the staff to keep up but don't be discouraged, they are friendly and knowledgeable on what they have to offer.

I have visited several Cracker Barrel restaurants throughout Florida and I love the concept. I was disappointed with my experience at this one. The restaurant was not particularly busy but there was 6 empty tables that had not been cleared. The server was not particularly enthusiastic in his job- maybe he had a long day. The food was mediocre. The beef steak was tough and almost burnt. Overall the restaurant was grubby and it wasn't pleasant dining surrounded by dirty tables. I will not return to this location.

4/5/22 update Erica knocked customer service out of the ball park! She greeted us with a smile, took our order made sure we were satisfied and made our day! We appreciate the phenomenal hospitality which made visiting Cracker Barrel an awesome experience.

Our family and friends love this location for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The place is warm and accommodating for everyone. The kids especially love to pick up a toy, or enjoy a game of chess while we wait to be seated. And the food, is as close to a real comfort home meal. All the staff is kind and professional, and the food gets to your table within reasonable time. I highly recommend to stop by on your next drive through Florida City.

Excellent food, great service. We ended up full. Restaurant was quite full but still some seats available. It's ideal to make a reservation.

Our truly lovely place to stop while roadtripping. We love food, service, price and quality of the meal. Please traveller be respectful, park your rig in the back, between the line. We love stop by and have a great meal before the night. So get out of your rig and go buy some stuff inside. Crackle Barrel keep going the good job, and also the BLT burger is crazy Alex, from Québec.

Went here for breakfast walked and there was no hostess so we walked in and a lady asked us to go back and wait to be seated We did and we got a booth seat I ordered the grandma sampler with a side of hash and cheese. The pancakes where falling apart the eggs were scrambled and dry I had asked her how many eggs did they use because the portion was so small the sausage was fine and they didn’t have peach mimosas so we ordered the strawberry and it was okay 3/10

We love Cracker Barrels but this particular location took way took long. I was suspicious when i gave them our name, it was supposed to be a 30 minute wait and they called us in 5 minutes. I noticed they were calling in lots of people. We ended up being there for an hour and twenty minutes for breakfast. Nothing complicated. That’s just too long for our liking. Food was fine, waitress was absent and seemed to ignore us. Personally I think she forgot to put in our order, we should have went to Waffle House down the street. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

The Grandma Sampler breakfast meal and service were great! The pancakes are fluffy & delightful. The homemade syrup bottle came hot. I don't like hash brown but the hash brown casserole was delicious 😋, especially when I mixed it with my egg yolk. The pumpkin pie coffee, in my opinion, is better than Starbucks. My husband ordered the cookie n cream hot cocoa. He was a little disappointed because the cookies n cream were only as on top of the whipped cream as garnish instead of the drink. The restaurant& store are clean with a country feel. The store has a lot of unique, modern, & old-school items, from children's toys to clothes for the whole family, Christmas decorations to candles, and more! Oh also, if you have never been there when you enter you enter through the store (smart idea Cracker Barrel 👀) & the restaurant is on the far left of the store. Also, you pay at the store or through their app. I took a picture of the QR code to pay through the app if you want to look into it.

Went on a Sunday at around 12PM. Wait was about 15 to 20 min. While waiting we visited the store. They have a great selection of unique gifts! The breakfast was good. Everything came out hot and the waitress and staff was attentive. The only advise I would give is to provide a better selection of Milk. I wish there was oatmilk or almond milk as a choice. Also I wish there was a breakfast plate that instead of getting the country fried steak we could opt out for the fried chicken. Its a cozy atmosphere and the price is right 👍. Will come again anytime!

Thaw have been here three time or more. The food tasted good ordered the grilled chicken with two sides and the fried shrimp. Had the strawberry mimosas as a drink. The small bread thing with butter were fresh and delicious. Left the place full and satisfied. The food can be rated average, nothing wow. But good prices.

Great food but not so good service. The store although small is really good with a great variety of seasonal items. Their payment setup is weird as you don't pay for your food at the table but rather you have to get up and go to the store register to do so. Making it easy to walk out without paying is it gets crowded.

We waited 52 minutes for our dinner. Mashed potatoes was cold my steak was dry very dry I had to go fetch the waiter to ask for A1 sauce asked for soda refill waiter said they ran out asked for the double chocolate fudge cake with ice cream waiter said no ice cream it has been an awful lengthy experience. Imagine I’ve had enough time to write this review while waiting for a different dessert!!!

The service was awesome I love the attention the servers have with the customers it really seems like your eating at a family home, so worth the drive!

Own place to have our breakfast and to spend sometime on shopping small small home needs and decors. Ambience - the walls fully occupied with Agro equipment and also grey pictures, Christmas decorations are extremely lovely . This place is fully crowded and may have to wait for sometime to get a table. Tables are clear and fully sanitised. Food - ordered couple of chicken fingers and grand moms breakfast , each and every food items really good. Service - due to over Crowd may have to wait sometime to get our food but they’re warm and sparkling.

Great service and food country boy breakfast was filling it's a little loud but it's to be expected. our waitress was super nice, attentive, and accommodating considering we had to wait a half hour after we finished eating for one more guest

Great family restaurant with tons of history all over the walls! Food and service were both outstanding. WARNING!! You will get lost in the general store from all the amazing things they have to browse! Their food prices are very affordable and the portions can't be beat! If you're ever in Florida City you won't want to miss the chance at stopping here for a meal and purchase at their general store! Great job, Cracker Barrel!!

The mash potatoes had no type of flavor tasted so bland the broccoli was soooo good the gravy was good as well the steak burger was ok missing a little more seasoning the cornbread was dry pancakes was nice and fresh

My husband and I went to cracker barrel on Saturday 1/27/24. It was amazing!!!! We sat at the tables outside and had the sweetest waitress. I think her name is Stacia but I could be wrong. She was so attentive, and with a huge smile on her face even though they had her serving inside and outside!!! Will definitely be back. Good was amazing as well. Can't ever go wrong with cracker barrel.

Busy as always on a Sunday, definitely get on the wait list on the site ahead of time, it will save you a lot of time. The food was good as always. Regarding service we had Ashley as our server and at first all we got was attitude and a lot of eye rolling, once we called her out on some of the errors she was making she had a full 180 and the rest of our experience was better. Overall not bad.

I’ve been dining at this location over the years and I can honestly say the service has improved A LOT. And the food today was SO GOOD! I had the new Biscuit Benny with impossible sausage 🤤 10/10 would get this again. Also, our waitress was very sweet! My mother in law was running about 40min late to break and not once did our waitress make use feel rushed. She was very attentive and friendly.

This was the second time I’ve ever been here and I’m not going to lie, the food was really good! I got fried chicken and the pancakes. The fried chicken was very flavorful and big! The pancakes reminded me of aunt jemima but the syrup made it delicious. The only thing I did not enjoy was the ham which was really salty and the sausage. Great service and I loved the shop they have here!! Coming back this weekend.

Words cannot express on how much this location continues to provide good service starting from management to crew. They are always friendly and helpful, along with good quality food with no problems at all. I strongly recommend that this location is given a 5 star rating because that's what we as customers want and they deliver as always. Much respect to the owner of this location for having a good strong crew along with their management. We will always continue to go to this location on a regular basis going forward.

Great food! We went on a kind of a rush time, I guess, they changed our server 4 times. Not happy with the service. Nice ambience.

Service was very slow. We waited 50 minutes for our food to arrive, which the manager attributed to transitioning in the kitchen. Additionally, the server brought out a basket of biscuits and corn muffins, in which one of the butter packets was already used. It definitely did not make us feel good about the food we were receiving.

Very efficient! Outside I have my phone number, was told it would take 30 minutes before I would be seated. Received immediately a text message so knew they had the right phone number. After sitting on the porch for six minutes I received already a text message that my table was ready. The thanksgivings dinner wasn't great, but not bad either. $16,99 for Turkey 'n Setting plus pumpkin pie and unlimited soda was pretty cheap, price/quality ratio was very good

The only reason it’s getting two stars instead of one, is that they had Moxie in stock in their gift shop. Our server was horrible! We had to practically beg for silverware and napkins. Child’s meal came with a drink but he didn’t offer that, so we had to practically beg for that as well. Something supposedly got mixed up in the kitchen and our order was lost so sat about an hour before getting our food. Then the food was not that great. My chicken was actually quite decent but my husband’s country fried turkey was a pathetic joke. Might as well been turkey jerky. Food was cold, bland, and just not worth coming for or the money spent.

Food was very good but the wait (after ordering) was over an hour. Great waitress.

Love Cracker Barrel, my favorite is the Maple chicken. One thing that they don't have is the singing for Birthdays, but other than that love the place, especially the store. I always buy something 😉

We loved this place. The pancakes are awesome especially the ones served with strawberries. We came 3 times. It was the only place we found in Florida with good food, amazing service and at a good price. A great place for English people to eat amercan pancakes at any time of day. Tip - take your own maple syrup as they only have a syrup.
