We came to this hotel for 3 days and we enjoyed the experience there. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The rooms were neat and clean, the TV had dozens of channels for us to watch, and the mini fridge was nice and cool. One of the issues was that when we wanted to reheat our food in the microwave, it would take a bit longer than anticipated because the microwave wouldn't cook it evenly at first. Also, the bathroom didn't have a rug in front of the bathtub to prevent slipping. Other than those things, our stay here was pleasant and enjoyable. If we ever come back to this area we will make sure to come back. :)

I was recently in town for a 2-day work conference, and although my stay was brief, it was nothing short of amazing! The owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming. They clearly take pride in the quality of the hotel and the stay of their guests. The rooms were immaculate and very well-kept. I’m always a little nervous when I travel anywhere by myself as a single female, but I felt safe while in the hotel/ the area in general. This was such a great find! Would stay again if I’m ever in the area.

I am a Pastor the pastors a thriving church in the Orlando/Apopka, Fl area, and I needed a place to stay while I am in West Palm/Royal Palm, Fl area, for a mini getaway and sabbatical. I went to Pioneer Inn almost out of desperation, because the previous hotel that I had originally booked at another place was not welcoming and dirty. But when I drove and found Pioneer Inn, I was immediately greeted with warmth, and a great welcome by the manager, Paul. Paul showed me a room that he had available and right on the spot. I was able to switch my previous reservation and come to Pioneer Inn. Paul was and is incredibly kind. The rooms are immaculate and very very clean. The hospitality by the front desk, and all the workers are exceptional! You could truly feel that they truly care for you as a person and not just another number. From now on, every time I come to West Palm/Royal Palm area for a vacation, there’s no other place I would rather stay than Pioneer Inn! It’s that good! I highly highly recommend Pioneer Inn for your stay while in Royal Palm, Fl area. What a hidden Gem. You won’t be disappointed! God bless this place!

Excellent!!! Very clean! Paul the Manger was very helpful and friendly. My stay was for work purposes. Great location, beds and pillows were nice and comfortable.Being a female in an out of town place I always felt very safe, compared to some of the other hotels in the surrounding area. Cannot say enough about the manager he takes pride in his job and takes very good care of his customers. The location is close to anything that you could need and the price is very affordable. Will definitely return.

We stay in the area for 3-4 nights every January. We had been looking for a motel that was more reasonably priced than those near the coast, convenient, and centrally located for our birding interests. This place hit the spot. After reading a number of reviews (I always check the worst ones first and was satisfied with the owner's responses to the negative ones), I made a reservation. It was a very good choice. The room was perfect for our use. After planning to stay 3 nights, we decided to stay 4. Paul, the manager told us they were totally booked for that night, so we began to make other plans. About 10 minutes later, he contacted us and said he had rearranged other room reservations and that we could stay the extra night. That added consideration, surprising as it was, simply made our day. Needless to say, we were more than happy with the treatment we got from management. No breakfast? Totally minor concern - we found numerous places to fill that need nearby. We fully recommend this motel to anyone.

I stayed here with my wife for a week while she attended to family business. I worked remotely the entire time and found the Internet connection was fast and reliable. The king bedroom had a solid desk large enough for my laptop and a router. The room could use a loveseat or a second easy chair. When we wanted to sit and read in the evening, one of us would have a choice of sitting on the bed, the wooden desk chair, or the floor. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The housekeepers were very responsive, cleaning the room when I put out the service tag and left for an hour. The owner is usually there every day, and he will do his best to please his customers. There is a nice courtyard with benches to relax on in the morning or evening. The noise from the cement plant next door is noticeable in the courtyard during the day, but the room was quiet all the time. (Plant is on the east side of the building.) This is not a place to stay without a car or a bicycle.

Paul at front desk is so wonderful to talk to. Our room was spotless, We slept like babies in the comfy bed. The shower was wonderful. Will be back!

I recently spent 4 nights at the Pioneer Inn. Although I live locally, I needed a place to go due to water damage in my house. I couldn't have chosen a better place! The Pioneer Inn is located very close to the Southern Blvd exit of Florida's Turnpike, and literally next to the South Florida Fairgrounds and the Ithink concert venue. It has decent restaurants 1/2 - 1 mile away, and is about 15 minutes from the Wellington Horse Show/Polo, 20 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach\airport, and 25 minutes to the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly, respectful, and professional. A pleasure to deal with. I had read here that the rooms were clean, but I think that is an understatement. My room was immaculate! And large. The hotel is just 2 years old, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. It was quiet. It's not trying to be The Breakers, but for this sort of hotel, especially for the very reasonable price, I don't think you can beat it in the area for convenience, comfort, cleanliness, and professionalism.

I stayed at this location in June of this year. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate me and my daughter. We needed some where to stay for a couple of days, until her apartment was ready to move in. The manager made us feel very special from when we first walked through the door to check in. He greeting us with such enthusiasm, and also had some words of encouragement for my daughter. He always called us by our name whenever we passed the front desk. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very polite. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend others to this awesome hotel . The concern and enthusiasm that the manager displays for the customers and the hotel, I thought he was the owner!

I can’t say enough for the hospitality of the staff, cleanliness of the room, and the convenience of the location of this hidden gem. After a busy day of preparing for a large presentation nearby, I checked into the hotel and was greeted with such kindness and consideration! It truly made my day!! Great place to stay. We’ve stayed a couple times over the last year and the experiences have been wonderful. Amazing staff and the rooms are always very clean. Literally a few minute walk from the fairgrounds and a gas station mart right next door. We will be back!

This is a must stay for sure! The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy, the room was nice and comfortable, and everything was new and so clean! The staff was welcoming and so friendly! I've never left a review before but this place really deserves to be recognized!

Very nice and clean hotel. Beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. This is either a new or recently renovated hotel by the looks of it. Affordable rate. The only downside is it's a smaller hotel so the rooms go fast. Right by the fairgrounds which was cool since the south Florida fair came as I was here. I recommend it.

No frills hotel walking distance to the amphitheater. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. What more could you ask for. Maybe better coffee in the morning would have been nice, but for the price this place is an excellent value

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, especially for the price! It’s very clean and comfortable with very nice upgraded bathrooms. And the gentleman at the front desk was such a gem. Had us genuinely smiling as soon as we walked up, even after a long day of work. My husband and I will most certainly be back every time we’re down here for work.!

Good location close to the airport and downtown and only 30 minutes from Jupiter spring training oh, very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Very accommodating but the overhead lighting in the bedroom was my only complaint I wanted a lamp so I could read and not keep my friend awake. Other than that I love a very clean updated bathroom thank you so much! No pool, but who cares when you're close to the beach.

We have stayed here 2 times, and will stay here every time we are in south Florida! The property is exceptionally clean inside and out. It puts lost big name hotels to shame with how clean it is and how well it is managed and cared for. The manager Paul is amazing. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and very helpful. Everyone that works there is nothing short of a 5☆ employee. They make you feel at home when you're on the road. I very highly recommend this place to anyone that will be staying in the area!

Outstanding Service! The owner and staff take pride in their establishment. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite room which had a loveseat, coffee table, desk and chair. The mini fridge was the large size. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Best night's sleep I have had since we started our trip. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Booked this hotel a month in advance planned on going to Florida to visit family and all other hotels had bad review about rude employees, dirty rooms and bugs and bad smelling rooms. This hotel I searched their reviews past a year and could not find one bad one. Everyone stated they had clean rooms, employees so nice and helpful and they did not lie! They let us into our room early after we had a 21 hour drive, they cleaned everyday and gave us new towls each time. Paul behind counter was so nice and helpful. We had kids stay with us. He waved the charge for visitor's. we lost our room key and just gave us a new one no charge. And he was just so nice to talk to and have a conversation with. We will definitely be booking with them again when we return.

This is a top-notch hotel with excellent service. The gentleman who appears to own the place is incredibly friendly and helpful. He provided great customer service and was very pleasant to deal with when a hurricane threatened our trip. The entire hotel was clean and up-to-date. Booked a bit late, but amazing place to stay. I felt very safe staying here, the room was very clean (especially the bathroom!), and the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Went to a concert Saturday night and was very happy with this hotel. Paul at the front desk so very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed at and that says it for their reasonable prices.

I’ve stayed here a few times now for work usually 4-5 nights each time and it’s been a pleasure staying there. The rooms have always been extremely clean and tidy. Every day I got back to my room after work my room was always clean to the T. .. and Paul at the front desk was very nice and always made sure that we always had what we needed. Super clean, super convenient for concerts at the amphitheater and Paul and the staff are super helpful and friendly! Heads up - If you absolutely have to have a pool on site, this is NOT for you as there is no pool. But if you just need a clean place to stay while attending functions at the fairgrounds or amphitheater, this is your best bet. Easy walking distance helps you avoid the traffic and Uber fees and the rates are incredibly reasonable (139/night) for us for 2 nights in July 2023. Building is clean and well lit and next door to a convenience store and gas station which is nice. Go see Paul and support this local spot!

My Wife and I lodged with Pioneer Inn for its proximity to the iThink Ampitheatre (walking distance). When we arrived, we were met by Paul, who greeted us hospitably and with great kindness. Marvelous Interior!

We were in town for a concert and since the venue is within walking distance, I figured we could walk and avoid parking fees. It worked out perfectly! Ubered there because the sun is a little less forgiving hitting the pavement but had no issue walking home. The hotel was immaculate! The staff was extremely helpful & friendly! There are a lot of really great places to eat very close by and shopping for last minute anything is close as well.

There isn't a complimentary breakfast or guest laundry onsite, a very small inconvenience for some people, for me this is made up for by the genuine hospitality.
