I am so happy with my purchase! I bought the Aldo Jewelry during their Christmas a Bracelet 10k Monarca sale and it is exactly what I wanted.

My wife and I took our wedding rings here to get resized, and cleaned. After years of working in the car business, welding and sanding, my ring was in serious need. Cristina helped us out big time and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My ring looks brand new and my wife’s ring fits her perfectly now. About a month ago I had came from Orlando to Miami to buy these hand bracelets, no one in the store had told me the bracelets i bought are practically disposable, they used to be tight on my hand and now they are all stretched out and fall off my hand . I called today and explained to them what was happening and asked if they can maybe fix them or find some type of way to maybe refund or give me new ones . The young lady said that the person that sold me the bracelets was supposed to tell me that the bracelets were a one time thing … I spent $280 on these bracelets its ridiculous!!! Im very upset … I don’t recommend this place. If i could give 0 stars i would… and it’s not because i DONT take of my jewelry … i love jewelry and i know how to properly take of it, it’s the simple fact that it stretched out no matter how much i took care of it ..

For instants, I didn’t know the difference between a chain I wanted to to buy, and I was sent a video that explained the difference on the question I had. Owner Mr. Máximo honestly was very professional and welcoming can’t complain. But his wife Ms. Gloria ? She’s the reason I left and will not be returning to this business which was once my #1 gold jewelry store. She was extremely unprofessional. Didn’t appreciate the valuable customer she had for years, because she sure showed it with actions. She would never answer my calls, texts messages, voicemails you name it. I lived far from the store so before heading, I always needed to confirm if she would be there before making the long drive, but she’d NEVER answer nor return my calls. Sometimes in frustration, I would text her telling her that I wasn’t trying to bother her, that I was trying to purchase from her ! The very few times she’d answered, she’d tell me she had a certain item I was seeking and when I would make the long drive all the way to the store she would say “oh I’m sorry I could’ve sworn I had it” and mind you, I lived far. Then when I would go to the store, she would tell me that she was going to order a certain piece for me and then contact me, but then would never do so? I honestly had too much patience. If you go in person to the store, she’ll be nice, she won’t be rude, but she’s not a reliable person you can trust, trust me. I went there for years and had to leave.

I wanted a chain so I could wear it all the time, or as often as I could. The salesman was really nice and tried to help me find what I wanted. He showed me a lot of chains and tried to figure out what I liked the most. When he did, he pointed me to a couple of different chains that were on sale right now.
