very
slow.
Had
to
ask
to
order,
ask
for
my
check...in
an
airport
no
less
where
time
is
of
the
essence.
I
ordered
the
bacon
cheese
burger.
Mediocre
at
best
and
barely
warm.
I
get
the
check
and
my
16.99
burger
was
$26.
She
charged
me
$3.99
extra
for
the
bacon
that
the
menu
said
came
on
the
burger.
Server
says
not
my
fault.
I'm
only
doing
my
job.
I
have
to
charge
you
for
it.
I
can't
make
a
mistake.
The
register
adds
it.
I
ask
for
a
manager...
and
wait
and
wait
and
wait.
I
guess
she
hoped
I
would
just
leave.
Finally
another
waitress
stops
and
ask
me
the
problem.
I
show
her
the
check
and
says
it
was
entered
incorrectly.
I
hate
being
the
bad
guy
but
train
your
people
and
tell
them
to
be
nice.
They
have
no
incentive
since
gratuity
is
added
automatically.
I
was
treated
as
the
problem,
instead
of
the
mistake.
She
corrected
the
issue
but
not
without
me
being
insistent.
