Such a beautiful place, first time taking my daughter & god daughter & it’s a 10/10. Melanie & Emely are the sweetest they made it such a great experience. So sweet & patient with the girls. & made it so much for for my friend & i, it felt like a girls day for all of us. 💕 love the place and the people.

My little princess had the most magical time at Little Princess Spa. Our fairy was the sweetest and most patient. We visited the past weekend for my daughter's 4th birthday and she is already asking when we can go back and what nail polish color she is going to get.

Melani was AMAZING!!! She provided VIP treatment for our 4 little princesses when we went. She was patient, professional, and great at what she does! Would recommend Melani and this experience for any princess!

I was really excited for my daughter to try this … the experience itself felt extremely rushed . I got the cute package with facial, mani, and pedi . I checked in with waiver at 5:13 pm we were in our car with receipt at 5:40 pm . None of the experiences were more than 5 minutes each Maybe because I was the last appointment, I’m not sure but I was not very impressed .

I don’t write reviews often but when I feel consumers need to be informed, I feel compelled to share my experience. I booked a mommy and me package for my birthday- to spend a special fun moment with my daughter (we love everything glam, princess and self care). You pay half deposit upon booking with add ons. I added something called a party favor (which she and I never got). In terms our services upon arrival the “fairy” suggested that if I wanted to I could omit my “facial” and add a service for my daughter. The “fairy”suggested make up and we both agreed. We were taken to a dressing area where she gave us both robes- neither fit and were way too small. (My daughter is 7 for reference.) We changed and were greeted with a tiara they let you use and pink lemonade. We took a few pics and my daughter began her “facial”. Cute. Next we sat for our “manicures”. We chose from an underwhelming selection of nail polish. They put your hands in water, dry them, then add one coat of polish. That’s all you’re going to get. Or at least that’s all we got. I had to ask for water- was never offered. Next was the pedi, same as the mani. Feet in water, dry them, polish. My daughter had to ask for top coat. Then the “fairy proceeded to check us out as if we were done. Like what did I just spend $180 on?? It felt rushed and unprofessional. She then stated that because I got a mani pedi she couldn’t do my daughters make up- which originally SHE suggested because we omitted my “facial”. She could tell that I was off put and offered to honor it anyway. My daughters make up was cute. I get it. It’s not the Four Seasons. It’s for cute dress up, Princess ambience. $135, the add ons and gratuity = $186. What we experienced vs cost… the value just wasn’t there.

Had my daughter’s 10th birthday there this past weekend Nov.18 and it was perfect. I was a little worry the place was for younger girls but my daughter and guests loved the place and was perfect for her theme “ make up/ spa”. The staff was great and made my daughter feel special and the other girls. Highly recommend.

It was one of my best experience. Everything was very well satisfying. My daughter and her friends was over the top happy and really enjoyed theirselves.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday, and we loved the entire experience. I see some bad reviews, but I noticed most are because customers do not read the terms and conditions where it all explains you have to be early and all services are just to make girls happy, not professional styling. All girls definitely loved it and the staff was super friendly.

The team was awesome. Very professional, polite, worked really great with the kids, and they were beautiful in their character outfits. The ambiance is magical. The most appreciated part for me was the client service. They took care of everything from the car coming in to the car going out. That kind of client service is priceless, especially for parents who are always planning. Many thanks and smiles for making my baby girl's 5th birthday amazing. In her words, "All of her dreams came through."

Wonderful experience for my girls. This was more than I expected and I’m so very happy I choose to bring them here for the BFF spa day. I was going to only bring my girls but decided to bring their cousin as well for a extra $55 (very much worth it)Amber and Mila had the best entertainment/ interaction with my girls which made their experience here worth it even more…. Only problem is they’re already asking when will they be coming back😂😂 very sweet and young ladies. Thank you both so much and we will be returning soon❤️

Wonderful experience with Lexie and Ryan at the Pembroke Pines location. My daughter and I visited on her birthday. The staff was dressed in adorable pink outfits and they were so sweet and welcoming. We enjoyed our message, make-up, and manicure services. They made the visit even more special with our own fashion show and they recorded and took photos for us too. Such a fun place to visit.

My 5 year old just attended a birthday party and she had the most fabulous time!!! From the hair, kiddy makeup, to the nails, Elsa, freeze dance, story time, fashion show it was AMAZING! Literally every little girls dream Birthday party!

Lexie and Nunu were great in giving my girls an experience of a lifetime. They loved it and had a blast. Highly recommended if your daughter is celebrating her birthday.

Lexi was amazing from the moment we stepped inside Little Princess Spa. The girls had a blast being treated, from facials to getting their pedicures and manicures. I was blown away on how lovely the place is. A true dream for the girls.

My daughter and her best friend had an amazing time at Parent's night out! We will definitely be coming back for more events in the future. If you're thinking of attending any event with your princess, do it, she will loove it!

Celebrated my daughters 4th birthday at the of August 2022 at My Little Princess Spa Pembroke Pines and the experience was great. All of the staff was attentive and very kind. However, at the beginning I was a bit tense because when I arrived to the spa (i was late) the extras set up of balloons and banners were not installed yet. Also, the fairies were super nice but they do need more training with the hands on of helping set up and packaging away the birthday party items. It seems like only the manager along with 3 of the girls had previous experience. The characters of Elsa & Ana were the best, very professional and sweet..! This venue could definitely get to 5 stars on reviews just just needs more coordination and training with large parties (mine had 12 girls). Overall, the experience was excellent for my daughter and the guests didn’t notice any of the setup issues. Will recommend to friends & family.

Took my daughter here just for fun, and she loved it. I later decided to have her birthday there and she is still raving about her party and the fairies!!! Everything was beautifully decorated and the fairies took care of everything and everyone! The pictures came out incredible!!! Definitely worth every penny.

I had my daughter's birthday party here this past weekend. My daughter and her friends all said it was the best party ever! The employees (fairies) were so great with the girls! The fashion show the girls put on and how it was all put together was awesome! Great job all around. My daughter and her friends all want their next birthday parties here! Pros: The place is beautifully decorated already, so minimal setup is needed from the parent. And you hardly need any outside decorations. There was a staff manager at the party the entire time making sure things ran smoothly with the time frame we had. The staff was great in assisting with setting up the food/cake/drinks when I arrived, as well as picking up and packing up everything for me at the end of the party. The fairies dress up adorably, and do the hair/makeup/nails very nicely. They were kind and talkative with the little girls. My daughter and her friends really did enjoy it and looked to have a great time. Cons: Definitely pricing, especially when you add anything extra that isn't in your package. For the price I paid, we should've had 3 hours of time rather than 2. Also - I was not told that a tip would need to be added on top of the price I had already paid for the party, so that was a HEFTY surprise (they do let you choose if you want to pay 18%, 20%, or 25% tip, but tip is an obligation). I know I stated it was pricey, but they do give you the packages up front. The only "hidden" cost was the tip. Other than that, loved the place!

We have always gone the traditional route of planning our daughter’s birthday parties and have always found it difficult to be able to enjoy the moment due to setup and cleanup for her parties. Having her party at the Little Princess Spa was an absolute relief. When we arrived we expected to have to rush and put everything together, but the staff quickly sprang into action and took care of EVERYTHING. I can not begin to express how wonderful it was to sit with our daughter as the staff set everything up. We had to time to spend time as a family and ask her about how excited she was to have her party in such a pretty venue. The staff was amazing and for the first time my wife and I truly had the ability to take as many pictures and video of our daughter’s special day from start to finish. Thank you Little Princess Spa for making her day so special. She wants to come back for her next birthday!

My daighter celebrated her 8th dirthday there and the girls had a wonderful time!! Staff is super sweet and professional. They took care of everything!! The other parents were similarly impressed! Def recommend.

As soon as my daughter heard of the possibility of having a spa party, there was no turning back. Little Princess Spa did not disappoint. Not only was the set up impressive.. but the staff was great. They kept all the girls engaged for the length of the party, And as a bonus they helped set up, break down, and serve the food. It really allowed the parents the freedom to have a good time and just enjoy as all the “princesses” were in their own world having the time of their life. Super cute.

We recently celebrated our daughter's birthday here. The experience was great. We did all the booking online and over the phone. Customer service was always good. The place is beautiful and it is decorated according to the party theme you choose. The girls are nice, courteous and helpful. Our party host, Elizabeth, was on top of everything. They allow you to bring your own food and decorations and the party hosts help you with the set up and the clean up. My only suggestion is that it is worthy to book the place for 3 hours. We had the 2-hr package and it felt that we needed a little extra time for the girls to have fun. Other than, 100% recommended.
