Consultation is more of sales call She didn't even look at my concerns when I asked her if the lighting is good for her to see. I was under the impression that the consultation would assessed what need to be done based on my past experience The call was more of signing up & paying up front . The consultations should be with a nurse / MD/ NP I decided to go to another med spa where the patients are treated based on their concerns not in how many people would sign up & pay I was also informed that I would need another consultation call for me to make an appointment just because I did not pay upfront. Amanda is AMAZING! I've been on this journey with her for more than a year and she is nothing short of an ideal professional (no pun intended)! She is knowledgeable regarding all services provided and shows a genuine interest in providing answers and advice to my inquiries. I highly recommend asking for her when you book your consultation or visit the office. Also, the ladies at the front desk are always so nice and provide optimal customer service.

Got laser hair removal on my arms and bikini area by Amanda today. She was amazing! Fast yet thorough. Also very personable. Laser hair removal is painful…especially when you get to the more intense levels of the laser but Amanda made it tolerable and easy. This is a great Ideal Image location. They have wonderful providers and, after my experience today, I can say that Amanda is one of the best.

I had an excellent experience from check-in to treatment and then to check-out. The receptionist was understanding and willing to assist me with an issue I was having. The tech who completed my treatment took her time to let me know about my treatment, recommendations for my next treatment, and ensure I had a plan in place to suit my needs. Checking out was a smooth process and allowed me to easily reconnect with Ideal Image. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to when I'm back for my next treatment. Thank You!

On my second appt. with Amanda getting ultherapy on my upper face, this treatment is more comfortable I mean less pain than in the neck area. Amanda did it good job and told me that I will notice the results very fast and I'm very surprise because it's really noticeable after few hours of the treatment. Thank you Amanda I 'm very happy to see my hooded eyelid almost gone.

Amanda has been doing my laser hair removal and has been fantastic! Quick and painless. She recommended using lidocaine cream which made each procedure a breeze! Very professional! I would recommend her to anyone who is having or wants to have laser hair removal

Rosie did my laser treatment today and she used ice packs which made my experience more pleasurable. However everyone that I’ve been to prior has always been gentle ans explained the process. Which made me more comfortable. I do suggest asking for numbing cream to put on an hour before your sessions. It helps

April at the front desk always makes sure my experience is pleasant and enjoyable. My nurse Natalia is excellent. She listens to my concerns for my problem area’s and make sure my touch ups are done to perfection. I live in sunrise and pass other ideal images just because their customer service is impeccable and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else

Trinity is awesome! She broke down everything and really helped me understand what was happening and notes on how to achieve the best results. My Dr. told me that I was not fit to do the treatment. Due to my medical condition, he strongly advised me not to do the treatment. I sent my medical report to Ideal Image. They were procrastinated for 1 month. What is more important? Your health or your beauty!? "Ideal Image" said they were going to review the case but never got back to me. The same time I sent my lab work for the refund of my money. The company is not serious, I absolutely do not recommend the unprofessional way they handled this situation. They have no consideration of your health problems they just want to take your money. They brag that they are all over the U.S.A. but, they don't know how to take care of their patients. Ideal Image has no mercy. It seems like they are in a bad financial situation because with a medical excuse they don't return your money.

My NP Lorena is the best. Every time I go she has the best energy. She is very fast and makes the process as painless as possible. The front desk girls are always willing to help and have the best attitude.

I’ve been going to ideal image for years and continue to add on areas because I love it. Ask for Trinity, she is the best! She’s friendly, knowledgeable and always has a positive attitude. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her not smiling, even with her mask on.
