Jose is the man! Goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. He didn’t have to help me with my issue, but took extra steps and ensured it got resolved and ended with him. Real take the bull by the horns attitude and highly appreciated.

A completely unorganized place, whoever runs the store either doesn’t have control over the way things are shelved or something I’m unaware of, but not going back

Big Lot is Big mess. 10 people running around pretending working! One person at cash register and we have to wait inline 10 to 15 minutes for them to take our MONEY. It is bog lot Big Joke.

If I had the chance to give this people 0 star I will. I order a sofa from them and first I got the sofa delayed and second the people left the sofa outside my house, thanks god was not raining and I can take it inside my house. I will never go back to this poor shop, No customer care , poor information on the delivery care, so people is another number for them. God help all the people that need to go this shop more than once. I order the sofa online due when my wife was there nobody know nothing about the delivery process (I know now way) , because is a completely disaster, Someone had to teach his personnel to deal with humans.

If you are looking for a place to buy calmly, knowing that you will always find a box available, this is the place you need. Wide spaces to choose the items you want. An attention by the employees excellent. The prices are very competitive compared to similar warehouses. A good space in the parking lot. If for some reason you require returns, the process is very simple. Remember that the kindness of the employees is very special.

Always a sale. Always the prices are right especially when checking out and find some items are priced even lower. Yay!

Today 8-October...the guy that was working in the register had Very BAD actitud...very very BAD. My friend... you are very young, if you do not like to work with the people...find another job

No more picals on the big jars, but we glad wee get others selections with different products in special for cleaning and cats food, We love that.

Lack of any good items and the prices have increased. Store looks like it’s barely stocked and very run down. Needs new management and an interior update

Order online to pick they take forever to fulfill it . Then when you call they said i can come in. Only for them to not have any of the items . And the website clearly states they have it in stock . Just horrible customer service and no apologies.

Excellent variety of items - some great deals and some surprisingly expensive items. All in all though, a pleasant place to wander around.

Not to many products at this location.They blames Winn-Dixie because they cannot carry more food products. Because the plaza belongs to Winn-Dixie, Is possible this?

Prices are incredibly inexpensive. Everything you could possibly want or need. Very, very nice people who work there by the way!

Big Lots has some good prices and everything from Bobby pins to furniture. Always seem to find a couple of bargains there.
