It would be nice if they updated good or send an email blast to all of their PO box holders that they would be closed on Father’s Day. Google search show they are open while they have a sign on the door that because of this holiday they are closed. Wasted my time for nothing today.

We rushed in just before closing and Stacy took care of us as if we were the first customers of the day! She guided me to set up my Amazon returns with patience and kindness and also helped me make smart choices regarding the big box of gifts we were mailing off. We are so grateful that Stacy cares so deeply about people and the services she provides!

I have been coming to this store for a very long time. I drop off my boxes without a problem and the exact same way. Today the man working the front refused to even scan my phone until I changed the settings of my phone. He was loud and mentioned he's been working for 7 years and how it couldn't work. Mind you, Ive always had the same settings on my phone. Super ridiculous and no manager came out to help. Very unpleasant experience. I had to go to another UPS that had no problem doing it. What a waste of time. Please train the man w grey hair and heavy accent at the front to be more helpful and accommodating.

Sent small package to Turkey, took more than a month despite I paid 142 for fastest delivery which was 3-5 business days. Ups blames Turkish customs and turkish customs blames ups. In anyway awful experience wont use ups again!

This UPS access point location employs people, who are not capable of lifting heavy weight. Despite stickers "Fragile" and "Heavy" placed all over the packages, items are being delivered broken. That should not happen under any circumstances, period. It happened more than once by now. File claim, that takes months to resolve is not a good advise. Your location provides absolutely worse shipping services possible.

This used to be my local store and I would come in multiple times a week for both busines and personal. I came to drop off a package at 3:45 on a Saturday (they close at 4pm) I was very rudly told that I could not come in and the door was slammed in face. Needless to say I'm taking by business elsewhere

We sent an employee here to drop off a package and the UPS associate refused to give him a receipt after we a. Explained we come here MULTIPLE TIMES WEEKLY and get a printed receipt and B. Sent an example of what we get EVERY TIME. We had to go to another location to get a receipt. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Had to have The UPS store pick up, pack, and ship two paintings from a local auction house. They were outstanding in their service and shipping. I received my artwork in excellent condition. I would use again and recommend them for fair pricing and quality packing/shipping.

The staff in the office is always extremely accommodating and helpful. As well as dependable. It’s nice to know you have a peaceful and happy environment, which takes care of all our shipping needs. From artwork to display cases, they can pack and ship it all anywhere.

I had the best experience with Vanessa the manager. She was unbelievable, extremely helpful and nice. We didn't know anything about returning the package because the store had sent zero instructions and she basically did everything for us. Packaging everything and all with a smile and explaining all to us. Amazing! It is such a good feeling going to UPS and actually being serviced with a smile.

I feel incredibly fortunate to live just across the street from this UPS store because it has become an integral part of my work-from-home routine. I visit this store at least 1-2 times a week for various services, including faxing, label printing, and notifications. The staff at this UPS store is exceptionally friendly and always goes the extra mile to accommodate their customers quickly and efficiently. In particular, Jessica stands out for her outstanding customer service. She is incredibly sweet, making every visit a delightful experience.

This business has always taken care of me like family. I have been renting a box for 24 years and have taken advantage of the one-stop for other services too. Over the years I have had different boxes for personal and for business and of course some things have gone wrong. Every single time the issue has been addressed immediately. Normally I wouldn't write a review of a UPS store because up until now, they have kind of been all the same. However, EVERYONE at this location is SO incredibly nice. Even when they're super busy, when it's your turn, they give you their full attention and make sure you get everything taken care of. I have been here several times and even with a line out the door (day after Christmas...), the wait time was max 5 minutes (if that) and even though I had a lot of things I needed to take care of there (copies, returns, and sending a certified document), not once did I feel rushed. Major kudos to this location!

If you are shipping art or antiques, please consider a different shipper. This store poorly packed a framed picture and it arrived shattered, with shards of glass falling out of the box. Of course, they blame the drivers and not what was clearly a rush packing job. They will not honor the Pack and Ship Guarantee and refund their $110 "labor" charge.

Highly recommend UPS Store of Hallandale Beach, Fl. Tanner arrived at my home on time. My nine boxes were weighed and carried out in a timely manner. Tanner was professional and I was very pleased with the cost. All nine boxes arrived on time. I will definitely use UPS of Hallandale Beach, Fl in the future.
