The older employees tend to be super rude and pushy. I'm not just talking about one instance, but several over a few years. I stopped coming here because of this. Real shame that they don't care to improve their service.

Great Store... But people are amazing.. they helped me today with some ceiling tiles for my Suspended ceiling... That I cannot find in other store.... They really made my day... I always will be back... Thanks Ace in Kendall.

Spent many years going to this Ace Hardware Store. I moved to North Carolina 7 years ago and still come down twice a year to visit relatives. On the week of July 17, 2023, I needed to rekey (master key) 3 new previously bought locks and decided to go to this Ace. Fortunately, a friendly lady employee greeted me and called Travis the manager. Travis went out of his way to accomplish the task himself without delay and at a very low price. Turns out I had dealt with Travis before. The extremely courteous and professional service was a blessing. Had I responded to the bigger hardware stores, I would still be standing in line. Thanks, Travis. You continue to outperform the competition!

I’m extremely satisfied with the service at this place not one but three people help me find what I need and I had no idea what was the name of the pieces I needed to do is to fix some things in my house. The prices are high to me but I honestly didn’t mind because I didn’t find a piece elsewhere and I don’t not wanted to buy it online either.

Always have the odd screw, bolt or tool...quick to find with friendly help and fast check out.

Just like the commercial says, it is the place for helpful employees that actually take the time to assist you with your questions and purchases, totally unlike Home Depot and their prices are competitive too. I definitely recommend it.
