JoAnn fabrics has always been one of my favorite stores. It has a little bit of everything! This store is very tidy and has a lot to offer. I was really surprised to see that they still had quite a bit of deeply discounted holiday items. I went there to look for a random shelf and had a couple of options. Always helpful sales staff. Hard to find craft and sewing items can be found here. I found this beautiful blue crushed velvet I used to cover panels inside my van project!

This is insane, after traveling 1/2 hr to get here, the lady in the Fabrice department is with a customer, or so I thought, taking her measurements, exchanging cash, that she pocketed, I'm confused thinking this is a service that JOANN offers, after waiting 15 mins with this "customer" I asked the sales lady, is this a service that you offer, she looks at me and has the nerve to say "NO, this is personal" REALLY?? you saw me standing there all this time, why??? Of course I left without my fabric, because there's no one else to help, never again, worst service...

Creativity Central—higher quality than Michael’s! Imagination bastion for fabric—notions; thread and needles; bobbins; patterns; sewing baskets; buttons; pins—thoroughly delightful !!! Only wish they sold the older sewing machines. Vintage machines are so much more reliable!

I got better service this time. So sad that customer service is not consistent. I love the store with all the variations of items but the customer service is lacking.

My jean jacket had its 200,000 retirement But I was able to put my red white and blue's on a recycled one. But it needed some heavy duty stuff and the girls hooked me up.

Haven't been there in a while & they had everything (& more) one would need!! I got fabric, pillows, decor/ art work & even cute dishes to re-vamp & upgrade the whole room in just 1 stop. I am pleasantly surprised ... The bonus is everything I got was one sale!! So I got way more than I anticipated at the same budget :)

Absolute trash customer service. Charged me for items they cancelled, when I called to try to have it fixed she interrupted me and told me it’s not her problem, it’s my bank. Which is untrue because the order status shows picked up on items they cancelled and the wrong total was charged to my account this morning. When I told her she was wrong and I needed someone else to help, she hung up on me! Then refused to answer the phone. I had to call their corporate number. I’ll never go to this store again. Be weary of these thieves!!
