Michelle was amazing, I got surgery about a month ago today, and I came to Anna Maria Island for a short vacation. I was concerned because I have to continue my lymphatic massages on a daily basis. Luckily I was able to Google an amazing spa where I have gotten three massages by Michelle. She was very professional m, knowledgeable, and I can tell she had plenty of experience with post op care (massages) . I definitely recommend the Spa Northwest request Mishelle 🫶🏻

At the outset, Samantha greeted us warmly and professionally. Wife and I had couples massage in Feb 2023. I am a massage veteran of 25 years. Hands down (no pun intended), best massage I have ever had! Michelle works magic. Had a knot in my neck from lifting weights. She removed it but also very relaxing. She is great at applying the right amount of pressure. Wife's masseuse was Lacy. She was equally as great. Spa Northwest has got it going on. Kelly and Jeff have done a superb job. We each just scheduled another with each of them. Do yourself a favor Bradenton citizens or visitors, treat yourself to a true pleasure.

Beautiful, calming place and Amazong staff! I threw my back out on Sunday, Could barely move on Monday. Called and they got me in right away. Kelly told me her plan and I trusted her. Tuesday I was standing almost straight and could walk no problem. Went back for the second part of the treatment today and although sore, I'm Doing Great! I can't thank you enough, Kelly!!

Michelle for Lymphatic Drainage Massage I had Lipo 360/ BBL with Wilton Triggs from Vixen Plastic Surgery and was in need of a massage. I went in post-op day 4 and Michelle was AMAZING! She had the proper setup and equipment. She gave me tips and tricks on at home care and the pressure of her hands were phenomenal! Not too hard, but precise in pushing the lymph tissues around and directing the fluid towards the areas in which help to flush them out. She wasn’t afraid of the drainage I was expelling from my surgical wounds. She was clean and gave great feedback. I left feeling so much more confident in my body and would definitely recommend buying the packages! I’ll be following up with her on my road to recovery! Thank you Michelle

Got a facial with Elena it was one of the best I have received. She did an outstanding job. From start to finish it was flawless. She was very kind, and knowledgeable of what she was doing. She had such a great technique and was extremely relaxing! I highly recommend. Definitely going back, I have found my new spa!!

I booked a gift for my mom here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. When we arrived, they provided an overview of services and when we left, my mom said it was the best massage she had ever had.

This place is great! I went because I had stiffness in my neck and could hardly turn my head. They knew exactly what to do and I left there feeling much better. My wife and friends have now all gone and they love it! Definitely recommend!

Edit to update: The owner called me directly to make it right which was a nice thing to do. It made me feel valued and that this was an out of the ordinary incident for them. Giving 2 stars because everyone was friendly, but it is unlikely I would go back. I booked with a massage therapist and they called the day before to adjust my appointment time by 15 mins which was fine. When I arrived, my therapist had changed to someone else. I was never notified of this so it really caught me off guard. While the therapist was sweet, she should have not agreed to the appointment since she was injured. I felt really bad for her and I never really relaxed through the appointment. I felt bad she was having to give me a massage and she mentioned more than once she was not fit to give a massage. She was always wincing in pain. I unfortunately did not leave this spa feeling great. I tried to ask the front desk staff why my therapist was switched on me but I don’t think she knew. Anyway, that was my experience. Oh and the massage was $100 for 60 mins and then a 15 min add on. On the website it gave an option, but in reality I only was offered a foot scrub.

I have been in town for a couple of months and discovered this place which has been such a blessing! They are all so friendly and welcoming! My therapist, Liz (Elizabeth) is such a sweetheart and very good at what she does! I highly recommend!!! Even Holly, the sweet doggie that welcomed us was such a treat!

My husband and I just had the 60 minute deep tissue massage with Michelle and Liz. Both were amazing, professional, knowledgeable and gave us the best massage experience we have ever had! We both loved it so much we booked a 90 minute massage with both of them before leaving. Beautiful spa, beautifully decorated, all the staff is top notch. We have decided this is the spa for us, and we highly recommend anyone looking for a great massage to start here.

This is Bradenton's hidden gem. The spa was amazing. I was immediately welcomed upon entering and escorted into a serene waiting area. My esthetician, Lauren, promptly escorted me to the treatment room. She took the time to ask me about my concerns, explain their processes, and answer all my questions. I already filled out the paperwork online, so that was a time saver. I had a facial and waxing. The wax was especially designed for my sensitive skin. Over the years, I have been to various spas in different states, different cities in Florida, and also in Bradenton. The holistic approach was unlike anything I have ever experienced. This has been the best facial/waxing experience, I have ever had. I highly recommend it and can't wait for my next appointment.

Wow. I had a massage with Liz and I honestly just experienced the best massage of my life. I’ve always loved Spa Northwest but these new owners have taken it to another level. It was a healing experience. Above and beyond. Highly recommend and will always support this amazing local business.

Liz is phenomenal and a master of her craft! I received a 90 min massage with hot stones + a mini facial; everything was excellent! The space is inviting and calm and the rooms were cozy + very clean. I will absolutely return the next time I’m in town, 10/10
