Went New years eve..this year didn't even get offered a glass of bubbly at midnight. Just like any other night .disappointed

Great casino with a fun and lively poker room. The food is great and the drinks aren't overpriced. Can't wait to return!!

It is a great place to relax, have a nice meal and way not to win some money.

Try not to leave here out of pocket it always clean I went in the middle of the morning, so it was very quiet

Had a meal at the casino very nice. Disappointed with the casino itself. It used to be a great night out. I think they have lost interest in the casino side of things. Only 3 roulette tables open and hardly anyone at them.apart from the minimum £1 bet table. Lots of slot machines type games though if you like that sort of thing. Lots of people there but not much interest in the roulette or blackjack tables. I can only think its because the minimum bet at most tables was £5 .

I visited one evening in July 2023. It was not a particularly warm day, yet the casino inside was very warm and quite uncomfortable, even just sitting down! There did not appear to be any air conditioning as there were lots of large, portable industrial fans scattered around. The food was very good value for money and the turnaround was very fast. The quality is similar to what you'd get from a chain like Wetherspoons or a Greene King pub, satisfactory. All of the staff I encountered gave good service, some of the bar staff were excellent, especially considering the temperature! The venue was clean and tidy, plenty of shiny new machines to play on and "real" roulette and blackjack tables.

Not bad environment clean and tidy very well managed staff very helpful but however the food was s*** needs attention the waiter was very helpful and friendly I'm giving it four stars for the staff not for the food

Working there back in the day was a lesson in how to be taken for granted; Casinos just rely on frequent gamblers to lose (ugghh gamble) their money away. Depressing to watch people come in day after day and when they did "occasionally" win big, think they were big shots for a week.

Unfortunately on my last visit I was cheated out of my winnings, I asked for video footage from c.c.t.v so I could prove what had happened. They denied me this and refused to give me back my stake money from the spin, as the chips stayed in play and the next number was a losing spin.

Waitresses were scarce once one finally came and brought my food it was cold, under cooked and missing the toppings. Dealer seemed to have an attitude too like it was an effort to do her job. I'll stick to the vic from now on.

I came for a Christmas meal . Food was of good quality, but not hot enough for me . Nice atmosphere

A fantastic Grosvenor Casino! The sports betting area is a real treat for us sports fans. Tasty food from the restaurant, a friendly team and great drinks service too. Certain to return.

We spent a good evening here recently playing the slot machines. Rick served us at the bar and was really pleasant. He is an asset to the casino with his friendly yet professional attitude. We will definitely return.

Nice venue for social drinks and/or a gamble. Great section of slot machines and cash poker in the poker room. They typically have entertainment on a Saturday night with a small dance floor

This was one of Luton's best night out, but since the pandemic it doesn't get full anymore. The last time I was there it was barely at 50% capacity. You can still get food and have a gamble though and is still an enjoyable night out.

I've been to six casino chains in the UK and this is the worst service I've ever encountered, they don't think about you at all. I wouldn't even want to give it a point.

Tasty food, great service, cozy but spacious and elegant environment.

The car park entrance and exit are very tight, my B Class sensors beeped all the way in and out. Not for the faint hearted. Great price for pre-booked parking though.

Better to go during the day instead of night time. During the night it's to overcrowded and you just want to make money fast and come out. Many times the Casino has events for they customers like gaming events or the ones you can get a extra amount of money if you use the card, I will advise you to ask at the reception about those events. Otherwise they don't tell you and you lose the opportunity to make a few extra pounds.

Lovely place, could do with lowering the min bet on roulette maybe, to allow you to bet with £1 chips, even if they then introduced at least betting 2 a spin. 2 pound chips minimum just seems high. other than that lovely place huge poker room well layed out and comfortable.
