Good service, honest and very helpful. Brothers Fasal, Subhan and Rizwan are lovely people, as of my sons Conditions I'm in and out a few times a week for the last 7-8 years I've never had a problem. If I can't get the medicine they deliever for me for free. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Never had a problem getting my medication on time which is most important. Opening hours are long so very convenient. I can say with first-hand experience all the pharmacists are always there when I needed them for advice. My medication is delivered to me which is life -saver being so busy with work. Thank you all.

Excellent pharmacy. I've tried quite a few pharmacies in Luton who I've had many issues with, but Biscot Pharmacy has lovely staff, who are very helpful and provide an excellent service. They not only deliver promptly, but have gone above and beyond.

Excellent pharmacy have always been so helpful and always get my medication delivered on time. They are very efficient and I highly recommend using them.

I went to the pharmacy and I spoke to the pharmacist that I need eye drops for the eye infection and cough syrup for cough. They charged me with £16.18p. Then when I come back home, I realised that they charged too much. I checked online the price and the eye drop price was £5.95 same brand and company. Later the next day I went town centre and wanted to find out more information and I went to boots the same medication was £5.99 for eye drops. also the cough syrup was 95p. The Luton shopping mall price in boots of eye drops and the cough syrup that was the same brand was a way cheaper price. I know they charged a lot for business for making money but there was no need to charge thrice as much as the actual price. This leads to everyone to struggle. The Asian pharmacists thinks people are so dumb to not realise that they took a lot of money. Nowadays everyone can look through online. This is really bad.

Extremely disappointed waiting for delivery for 2 weeks and still didn’t receive it. And the staff are very rude when I spoke over phone, they just cut the phone while you speaking with them.

I came 8:20h morning time and is closed but Google maps they time is 8:00h clock they open is not fear

Very helpful and brilliant service

This and one other pharmacy was open late today in Luton . Called dr pharmacy and they answered and were able to inform the medication I needed was out stock, called this one 3 times no answer. When I got to pharmacy the customer service girl was serving one other person and the other two pharmacist were having a good chat in the back. Thanks for not answering and helping me spread my germs 🦠
