Don't be intimidated!! Trapeze is easier than you might think and there's plenty of friendly people to get you into it :)

So much fun! I watched my friend and her family take a group class here and it was really cool just to observe. They also have a really good deal for new students! Suited for people from 8 to 70 for sure! Something for everyone to try.

My coworker is an avid flyer and scheduled a party for some us that were interested and I'm totally hooked! The instructors are incredibly helpful and so supportive. Its such a welcoming community and I am so thankful I said yes to that invite. So, if you're curious or get an invite DO IT!

Super fun trapeze experience! The instructors are very patient and helpful. They take you step by step through the basic beginning processes and all the way up to the most experienced maneuvers

I got this as a birthday present for my sister. Her and I both had the pleasure of participating and it was insane. The instructors know what they are doing and are wonderful at communicating. This was one of the most thrilling experiences of my life. I am definitely going to be going again and anyone that wants to change up date night should go here.

It was great. The atmosphere was welcoming and I would encourage others to go. I don't always like to do new things but they made us feel like we were part of the family just hanging out.

What an incredible experience! Paula is welcoming and a downright phenomenal teacher. If one chooses to listen, she'll soar you to heights you didn't formerly think possible. I am scared of heights, but Megan and Anja made that ladder climb an easy one. Although they're serious about safety, they are relaxed and encouraging. Paula has created an experience that brings out the bravery in us all and leaves one smiling for weeks afterward. I am grateful to her for putting in the effort to collaborate to create the best trapeze rig, finding outstanding support staff, and offering this unique experience to the Treasure Valley. Excellent staff! Incredibly helpful and kind. They were very encouraging to my kids and helped them through their fear. We will definitely be going back as a family again!
