Evan was so sweet and fun to talk to, very easy going and such a beautiful "SPIRIT" 💫 I am "Blessed" to have met him and look forward to have him as my "mane" Hairstylist 💇

I love Elise! She's a professional and she's meticulous. She covered all of my grey and that is impressive. I'm absolutely in love with the color of my hair. Elise talked me through each step and very clearly let me know what she was doing next. This was only the second time I've ever dyed my hair and I was put completely at ease. Plus, she's just delightful to talk to. Thank you Elise! ♥️ The salon was clean and everyone was friendly.

I colored my own roots in a hurry the day before a trip to Boise. What a disaster!!😳😭🙄 came out purple/orange not brown. Did research and found this place, what a relief!!! Taylor saw me and is so knowledgeable, I knew instantly I was in good hands. We are planning to move to Boise and I’m relieved to know I have a hair salon I can trust.

I loved everything about my experience at Madril! Sergio was fantastic - he truly listened to what I wanted/needed, he explained every procedure and product in detail, he went over pricing up front so there was no sticker shock, he was super personable and fun to talk to, and best of all, I love my color and cut! Beyond that, the entire Madril staff was friendly and professional, communication before my appointment was prompt and efficient, and the salon environment was relaxed, modern, and comfy. An unexpected bonus were the complimentary drinks and snacks, what a nice perk! So happy I have found my new salon home.

Mariyah was amazing! She was gentle and kind, which has been hard for me to find since moving here to Boise. I’m so glad I went with my gut and booked with her. I will definitely be back. By the way, the head massage during my wash was great! I forgot where I was for a second.

Sergio is a wonderful stylist! I had some trepidation, as I have had 4 years of bad haircuts since losing my previous stylist. Sergio listened carefully to my vision and gave me a great long layered cut on the first try. He is very skilled and knowledgeable, maintaining a conservative approach for our initial appointment together. He is worth every penny, so don't hesitate to book. The salon is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff is very pleasant and professional. A great experience overall.

I called this place to see if a stylist knew how to thin Asian hair. I also told them I would give a decent tip if he took my instructions in thinning my hair. Unfortunately, the hair thinning he performed was OK. He didn’t cut my hair as I instructed several times. The cost for thinning my hair for $73 was absolutely ridiculous. If you have thick Ethnic or if you’re Asian look elsewhere. This hair salon is very good at cutting Caucasian hair - That’s it. I will never go to this salon again. Your response to this was a complete lie. I asked if your stylist knew how to Thin thick hair - He didn't. I offered to pay extra if he would my instructions - He didn't I told the stylist to keep my hair length the same. It's too short now. You took the additional money I offered to the stylist if he took my instruction. He did not cut my hair like I told him. You simply stole my money.
