I can not be happier leaving this unpleasant place. They increased the rent unreasonably and I told them this does not look right, but their response was that the lease offers are generated by system and they can not do anything about it. Just to give you an idea, at that time my friend was living in a luxury apartment paying $1,300 but I was paying about $1,750 for 1-bedroom apt and believe me the apartment is the most basic apartment you can imagine with a small sitting room and kitchen. I missed 1 day for paying rent on time and I got charged (more than $200) and again when I said this is the first time in 2 years they responded they can not do anything about it. Do not get excited about the pool. Last year, the pool was almost closed all year. At the end I left the apartment and I have not received my deposit after 2 months. When I called them they said they have tried but they failed delivering the check. I have received hundreds of mails in the provided address but apparently their system is something different. Maybe, I should charge them for delay 😂. Again, do not get fooled by their initial low rent per month as they start increasing it. Mine was about $1,000 and in 2 years they increased it to $1,750.

would leave 0 stars if possible. First off the apts are outdated. Cabinets from the 90s carpet wasn't replaced. paper thin walls. by far one of the worst apartments I've ever lived in. The prices are extremely to high for what they have to offer. staff isn't friendly or understanding when it comes to family emergencies during a pandemic. i had to move back to the Virginia to help my extremely sick father. i gave notice left the apartment clean after explaining my situation they decided to send me to collections after years of working on my credit. i would go ANYWHERE but here!!!

The A/C never works, they live fixing it instead of changing the entire Air Conditioning station. The Light on the Wall blinks and doesn't let you sleep 👎

Well don't just take my opinion on living here. Find out for yourself. Give it 1-2 years

Perfect sized apartments for everyone with a great layout. I've Been living here for 7 months and I haven't had any issues! The staff is super helpful, friendly, and always willing to work with you if you have problems with anything in the apartment.

I lived in one of the townhomes this year, and I love it here. The townhome is large and renovated, the apartment complex is located in a great area close to everything, the neighbors are nice, it’s a generally quiet area, there is a newly renovated pool and giant hot tub, a nice gym, and the management is super friendly and helpful. I have a lot of friends that have lived here and loved their experience as well. The only thing I’d suggest is finding an apartment further away from the playgrounds. The kids are super loud until 10PM, screaming and cussing. But not bad enough that I wouldn’t live here again.

I've lived here for over 5-years now and I love this complex. Fairview Crossing is centrally located at Fairview & Milwaukee, close to everything that you need, just walking distances in most cases. But the complex sits back off of Fairview Ave. and you might miss the complex if not carefully looking for the entrance. It's very quiet at the apartments because they are back away from all the street traffic. The apartments are very well maintained. In my 5-years here, I've needed some minor things fixed, and they always have been taken care of immediately, or within a few hours. The management here have always been extremely helpful and friendly. On the occasion that I sustained a broken hip, I was living in a second floor apartment. They worked with me to secure and move into a ground floor apartment when I was discharged from the rehab hospital. I don't know of any other apartment complex that would have worked with me in the way that they did. I love it here! One of the neat things about living on the ground floor is that they will allow you to grow flowers around your patio to dress things up. This my patio on the 4th of July last summer.

The complex is clean and has everything we need. The staff is friendly and very helpful! It is like having family living on the same street with you. The apartment is cozy and still roomy. The amenities are plenty and we'll maintained. Apartment living is never quiet but Fairview Crossing is as close as you can get to peaceful living in close quarters. We love it here.
