Fun place to take the family. Way better quality for them I expected. And the service was exceptional. It was really busy which made it a little too loud with all the music.

Always a great place to visit...!!! *** UPDATE *** Wow, how things have changed!!!! No longer a good place to visit!!! No prices on the drink menus, this usually indicates they are way over priced!! Not fair to the consumer or the servers. I don't care what excuse they have, this is deceitful!!!! Then, you can't even order a Long Island Iced Tea..!!! No custom drinks, you may ONLY order what is on their menu, but again, no prices!!!! No drink or food specials during leagues, they give no break to their weekly league bowlers.

We came here on a Sunday evening with friends. No wait time and it was fun. Food is what you expect at a busy place like this. Nachos were good and a decent size. You pay by the hour and we were able to pay for 30 min since it was less than an hour until closing. The lounge is only $5 more than the regular bowling areas. Definitely worth it.

Been bowling in the Pinz league for 8 years now. Beer prices are insanely high, the lanes are extremely inconsistent and we’ve been without music for 4 straight weeks. What are we even playing for? The only upside is the awesome staff and the teams in the league. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN!

With 12 people of family we visit this place. It was so much fun and joy to play and be together. Will never forget this evening! Visit for yourself with friends or family and never be sorry.

The bowling aspect is great. It was clean and we had a lot of fun. The front desk gal was friendly. The food is terrible. This is the second time we have gone and I don't know how someone can mess up burgers and pizza....but I will never eat food there again. The waitress never came except to collect the bill. We got up to order, got up to refill drinks and get ketchup. She never checked on us even once. When we first got there there was only two other lanes being used so it wasn't busy.

I planned a birthday party for my son in the Z lounge at Pinz. It cost over $350 and the service was terrible. They were very busy, with 5 birthday parties, they did not tell me this ahead of time and asked me to be there 15 minutes early, it took over 20 minutes just to check in and an additional 15 minutes to get bowling shoes. Our pizza was supposed to be out at 12:15... It never came out. Got it after 1pm. We needed bumpers on both lanes and the bumpers would come out for awhile then drop again. The server that checks on you doesn't know anything about the bowling lanes, food, etc and they are the only person checking in regularly, if you want to talk to someone who knows something you have to wait in line another 20 minutes. Have them 2 stats because the facilities are nice and the food is decent. Was not worth $350 at all though.
