We
have
loved
Idaho
Pizza
Company
and
have
for
a
long
time.
Never
had
any
issues
with
food
or
service
with
the
Nampa
location
that
we
had
previously
used.
Recently,
we
moved
to
the
Meridian
area,
so
the
Fairview/Meridian
location
a
new
store
for
us.
The
first
two
times
we
used
the
Fairview
location,
the
service
was
fine,
but
for
what
we
were
paying
(they
are
one
of
the
more
expensive
pizza
places,
but
that's
fine
if
I
get
great
quality,
which
I
have
in
the
past),
the
pizza
toppings
were
pretty
skimpy
compared
to
what
we
were
used
to.
We
stopped
using
them
for
a
few
months.
This
week,
my
wife
and
I
were
craving
a
good
Idaho
Pizza
Company
pizza,
so
we
took
another
chance
on
this
location.
The
person
taking
our
call
had
a
difficult
time
getting
our
order
correct
over
the
phone,
then
after
five
attempts
at
getting
the
credit
card
number
correct,
we
finally
got
it
to
work
(by
this
time,
I
would
have
just
said
forget
it
and
hung
up,
but
my
wife
was
more
patient,
still
VERY
frustrating).
I'm
not
sure
if
he
was
distracted,
or
what
the
issue
was,
but
it
was
a
more
difficult
process
than
it
should
have
been.
Got
the
pizza
quicker
than
expected
and
the
pizza
itself
was
great
this
time.
The
issue
was,
we
ordered
pizza
twists
with
ranch,
which
my
wife
repeated
this
several
times
(they
have
the
best
Ranch),
and
received
marinara,
which
is
the
one
thing
that
isn't
that
good
at
Idaho
Pizza
Company.
I'm
sure
it
sounds
nitpicking,
but
when
you
spend
$40
on
a
meal,
you
expect
to
get
what
you
paid
for.
This
is
three
times
we've
ordered
from
the
Fairview
Meridian
location
and
three
times
we've
been
disappointed.
We
called
after
the
delivery
and
left
a
message,
and
have
yet
to
hear
anything
back.
I
love
Idaho
Pizza
Company,
but
I
think
we'll
skip
this
location
for
a
long
while.
