Our family goes here regularly. We absolutely love the food and the owners. Family owned and run. They know us by name when we walk in and actually care about us. We are not just a "customer." We have become friends. This is one of my daughter's favorite places to go and visit. I am so thankful to have such a wonderful small business here in town. They go over and beyond every time we visit. We love State Street restaurant!! Definitely go and support this business. You won't regret it.

We meet family at a halfway point to eat and hang out and we're treated like family! Such a huge variety of food! We had 10 people and all had different meals and all were very happy with our choices. We stayed for a while after eating and then got ice cream. Great food, great service, and great people!

Huge variety of foods and everything our group ordered was delicious! The portions were generous as well. Maricia was super sweet and helpful, she made our first time (certainly not our last) welcoming and memorable!

The owners take great pride in their food! Excellent quick bites such as fresh cut sub sandwiches, hot dogs, burgers, pizza puffs. Also some amazing homemade pork cutlets, pierogi, golabki. The food is great, people and service is amazing. Interior is unassuming compared to the quality of food! They WANT you to be happy! (I hear their pizza is good also, and the banana split looked great).

Grabbed a bunch of food last minute after my son's baseball game. It was around their closing time and the food was fresh, delicious, and the service was great. My family will definitely make this our go-to place! Support Local

The reviews are really good on this place. My first experience was just ok. I ordered a hot sub called the Depth Charge (I believe) and my kid got a turkey and cheese sub. My sub was just ok in flavor and it was supposed to be hot and it was served lukewarm. I'll come back and order something else on the menu and update my rating then if the food is better. As of now I'll say this place is ok at best.

Great good and very good people run this establishment. Everything on thier menu is delicious! The roast beef combo sub is my favorite!

I've ordered the Polish dinner several times - really the best polish sausage I've ever had, and the sauerkraut and pierogi are excellent too (and I grew up eating sauerkraut). I think their pizza is the best in Lockport. Definitely recommend their food.

1st time customer, the gyro was ok and the beef sandwich had the right amount of beef, cheese and sweet peppers but it absolutely had NO Flavor, that was disappointing. I then had a taste for the butter garlic fries, that is the worst attempt at BG Fies I ever had. Just adding butter and garlic powder is NOT BG Fries.

People in here are very nice. The 1/2 pound burger needed a little more seasoning. Fries had a little more salt than needed. But I'll definitely be returning to try other things.

My babe brought me here I'm from Chicago and he is from here Lockport Joliet . And I tried the chicken and shrimps and fried mushrooms, they were delicious. I didn't care to much for the coleslaw but the other food that we order was very good.

A very friendly staff that genuinely cares about your food and experience. I've eaten here for years and never had a bad dish. The polish plate is great if you are craving some comfort food. I would also recommend the Italian beef. Very tender and not over-seasoned. This isn't fast food, it's good food served quickly. Keep up the great work!

Best food in town for the price. One of the best Italian beef sandwich I've had. Ever time we get good there we're are very happy at how food is.

Worst pizza i ever had hands down. Crust was hard as a rock. Parts of the crust wasnt cooked. Meats on top were cooked but most the cheese wasnt. Wings were ok but there spicy weren't spicy at all, that was very depressing. Delivery took them an hour and a half. We were told only an hour. We were .4 miles away.

Everything they make is good! Best Poorboys & gyros! Haven't tried the pizza yet but I'm guessing it's as good as the rest of the food.

I appreciated how our server explained every dish in detail. He was very attentive and patient with us being a large party. The concept for each dish was unique and the flavors were well executed.

Excellent. My wife got a gyro, I got a turkey sub. Both were more than ample portions and reasonably priced. Good food can be found at a lot of places though, something that set this place apart is that the staff are extremely friendly and seem to genuinely want to help you. Overall, a great place to get a bite to eat.
